Galaxy only boots on usb/adapter

Guys,
I have a problem with my samsung galaxy s i9000 it won't turn on.. When it is turned off and i press the power button a short animation of a battery comes up (2sec) and then it turns off again..
When the phone is connected to the adapter or usb it boots fine and works ok also when the cable is disconnected. Problems starts over again when the phone is turned off.
Im running froyo atm flashed official with kies..flashed it.. Clean install.. Before flashing the phone had the same problem. Problem started with the notification usb connected when the cable was not connected. That notification is gone.. But problem with booting remains..
Someone have a solution or just send it in for rma...

I'm also having the same problem. Maybe something is wrong with the sgs usb driver. I think the charging symbol should only shown up, when usb is connected. Sometimes my sgs shows usb connected, but the cable has been removed far ago....
Any ideas how to fix this?

[Q] Got new HTC HD7, but have problem!!

Hi friends,
I have new HTC HD7, i bought it yesterday. First, i put it in charge for 3 hours, after that i turn it on, but after 5 min it restarting by it self!!
And now the mobile is still restarting & i cant go inside the mobile!! I just can see the boot screen with HTC logo!!!!
And when i put it in charger i didn't see the light that is charging !!! I tried the charger & the USB from my laptop!!
could any one tell me why is that?? & what is the problem & how can i fix it!!!

send back for warranty.Normally when you plug in your device to your wall socket or pc it will go to htc logo and go to windows screen.

HTC HD7 usb problem

When i connect the phone to usb cable, the display go black and it will reboot if i unplug it. Does anyone have a similar problem? and how can i fix it?

Could be your usb connection on the phone has been damaged...Or try using another usb cable. My hd7 would not charge a week ago and i thought my phone was pooched. First thought i damaged the connector turns out it was my cable..The cable appeared okay but once i swapped a new usb cable it was fine....Hope this is what it is for you....

Charger and computer not detected mobile and not restart even
I was on jelly bean MIUI and my battery got off but when plugged the charger to charge the mobile ,it gave only red light which turned on and off and after when I connected to the computer though data cable neither computer detected noor SUR LT detected it and mobile not restart even I tried all variant mobile didn't go to the downloading mode ..I pressed all variants home plus volume up and down together or up button,
So guys I need you help, what could this problem for and what I do to get rid of this problem … SUL is not detecting it ..what I do ??

Battery is dead charge your x6 with power socket.
Just try it.
Don't use computer for charging.
If nothing works out then its time to replace the battery

remove the battery
just remove the battery, connect it to the computer and check if the SUT LR can detect your unit.
if the status is phone connected, then you can flash a ROM (i would recommend RC3)
it worked on my unit.

i'm facing almost same problem when i plugged in my charger, displaying red light on battery icon in screen , but when i removed back cover of my mi 410, charging is started . what is the real problem , plz shought out my problem

pls help me.....! i faced charging problem in my spice mi 410 , my phone gets charging nicely when i removed its back cover ,but as i attach back cover into phone , phone battery goes drain and simultaneously shows red battery icon in display screen. my full charged battery drains completely in this way within 1 minute , but again when removed back cover battery shows charged & runs in its usual course.
pls suggest me is it hardware problem or what? is there any way to shotout this issue ?

maybe your phone's circuit somehow touches its back cover, as the cover made by metal, so this can drain ur battery

[Q] USB/Charging Problem

Hi
When I try to plug my HTC One into my computer or the usb charger, the phone goes into Car mode and a message pops up in the notification center stating that the phone cannot be charged and that I need to use the charger I got with the phone.
I am using the charger (or USB cabel) that came with the phone. Thinking it was a software problem, I did a soft reset but the exact same thing continues to happen. The phone does occasionally charge with the USB charger but connecting it to the PC is a no-go.
I tried using the charger I got with the HTC Media Link HD but that won't work either.
Help would be extremely appreciated as I'm feeling quite uncomfortable with this happening.
