I just recently flashed gingerdx 29 on stock kernel, but when I start Setcpu, i dont see a value above 600 Mhz.
Also I have checked the modules, and added the insmod line in hw_config, but still no effect.
Before this i was using gingerdx 26 and faced no such troubles.
Am i doing something wrong??
Thanxx in Advance

If you had readed the first post of my thread, you could read that since V2 I've included the patched libsqlite.so.

And, to say that yo don't HAVE TO patch anything, it's not mandatory, it will give you some advantages in SQL transactions, but without this patch your phone will work flawlessly.
I'll give a file to restore original libsqlite because to patch it can loss data in case of a suddenly lack of power or reboot of the phone.
Regards.

Escuse me if this isn't the right place, but I didn't knew where to put it since I have no privileges to post in the development forums, still my problem is that since I installed the latest Tsunami build (5.5) I wasn't able to use bigmem (amongst a few other glitches). I tried Devil Kernel utility as well as Semaphore to no avail, it says that it can't write sys/kernel/bigmem folder, I tried to create it manually using some file managers but without luck.
I'm quite stuck at it, perhaps some has acknowledge this very same problem and already solved, it would be much apreciated since my Samsung really need all the RAM it can get its hands off!
Maybe bigmem libs

Thanks... It's that with Tsunami 5.2 it worked, so I find it strange this 'downgrade', well a bit of things changed as well. I'll try to see if this solve it.
BTW do you know how to install the patch?

Send a private message to Tsunami developer
I will try a clean flash, and if you change the kernel, mount data and datadata anf fix permissions. If problem persists send a PM to developer.
When i have a question to developer I send PM if I don't find a solution.

Just upgraded to yours newest kernel.. It just saved me from rolling back to earlier version of CM.. As I was having a lot of problems with the newest version 10.2..But This 1.0.3 kernel has made this ROM a lot snappier and less problematic.. As I was experiencing forced closes and lethargic performance.. So anyway TY!!.. Job well done.. Its working flawlessly with 0 defects.. On My T-959 Vibrant...

Ok got it booting but it won't reboot to recovery from the rom. I tried 2 different roms. So I have to go to recovery by shutting it off and using the me combo as of now. If you can fid. a fix for that it will be good. What was changed between 1.0.1 and 1.0.2?

Cool. And if you add more over clocking I recommend not adding the 1100mhz step because it's extremely unstable on most vibrant devices for come reason

One more idea LZ4 zram from dertuefel's source. It makes zram compression decompression better without extra CPU cycles
