Days after google announced its 4, 7, and 10 nexus devices, i've been doing some thinking about it. And decided to express my thoughts on the matter, being on a CDMA carrier, this binds me in a snatch or pass situation. Hoping to hear from those in my similar situation, and all those who are on GSM carriers, will you pick up the Nexus 4 even if you just recently upgraded or activated a new phone?. Can this purchase be justified if you own an up to date phone such as Galaxy note 2, Galaxy S3, or maybe iphone 5 perhaps. Looking forward to hearing your feedback!

Nexus logo changed to "with Google"
Lockscreen has shortcuts to Google Now and camera.
Interesting to see a different version of the Nexus 4.

Well.. this is interesting..
EDIT : Actually, this might be a one off device. Like he said it's a preview and it's not the final version.
Worth noting it might stay like that because google does not sell the phone here. Its brought down by LG in an exclusive deal with the site flipkart.
Retail is with a one year warranty by LG and not google like those retailed from the play stores abroad.

Red back and bloatware...Doesn't sound like a Nexus. Could be similar in specs to the Nexus 5, but will most likely be an LG branded phone, so no support from Google, which means not a Nexus.
Doubt it, after VZW's stunt with the Nexus 7 as well as the **** show that was the VZW Galaxy Nexus I get the feeling Google is just done with them.

Alright guys,
It's been an exhausting 2 weeks. I bought a Note 5 unlocked from Tmobile. Tried connecting it to Freedom Mobile (Canada) and wouldn't connect. After a bunch of research, I decided to Root via ODIN.
Now I figured out a way to get the Service mode open, but none of it makes sense to me. I need to force the phone to AWS Band 4. If anyone can guide me in the right direction, it'd be greatly appreciated. Attached the menu's below.

I recently got my hands on a Prototype Galaxy Note 9. Thought I'd share some photos on here before I make a video or anything on my YT channel on this. Any input on what to try on this device would be wonderful since it seems to have some sort of flag tripped in Download Mode. It has T-Mobile firmware for some reason (the earliest release build) and doesn't update OTA.

If there's nothing neat to do, I thought I'd at least share this cool piece of Samsung product development history. Plus, a flat Note 9 is pretty cool.
Oh god that looks amazing, i'm getting tired of the round gimmick
