Temporary cases for US buyers?

Anyone find a good case to be re-purposed for the Note 2 until official accessories are more widely available? Preferably something I can pickup at Best Buy or order off of Amazon? I'm looking for something like the official sleeve type case. I remember I used a Garmin GPS soft pouch for my Note 1 until I could find a better case.
I had my Galaxy Note 1 in a Sena leather case and I love it, but it doesn't fit well for the new dimensions of the Note 2. I need a case! :laugh:

I got a cheap TPU case from Ebay. Was about $4 and had it delivered in 3 days.

Bought one of those cheao x line tou...they not to bad to use just for a temp short time...I was surprised how easily the buttons can be pressed ; )

What Kind of protection would you Choose...??

All of you could post on what reason you choose the kind of protection they prefer, so that others would have an insight on how to choose for themselves...:angel:
don't post about magnet cases/covers then ruin the s pen experience..

Have not seen it for the Note II yet but I loved it for my S3 and iPhone so I am sure I will love it for the Note II also

You could just use the Screenguard/Full cover option..
@all please do post te reason why you the specific type of case/cover..

I really hope Samsung comes out with this awesome case they have for the S3. My partner has one, and it covers the ports with a little plug and it's a very snug TPU case.

I'm waiting for the TMOUS version of the Note II to become available. If I could, I'd choose an Otterbox case for it. I've gotten great protection for my HTC HD2 using their Defender case. However, Otterbox has said they have no plans to introduce a case for the Note II "in the near future."

I promised myself that my next phone from my current s2 will be bare (caseless) besides a skin, such as Spigen steinheil glas and back protector.
On a side question, is the camera on the note 2 recessed? Ie. Not sticking out from the back cover?

Nothing at all. It's big enough as it is, but I do want an aluminium or carbon fiber rear replacement. Anyone know where I can get one?

Well I went with the book case from Samsung.
I thought it looked pretty good without adding hardly anything to the dimensions plus this way I have the screen protected and when I go to sell it for the next super smartphone, I put the original back price on and any scratches or hits on the back are instantly gone.
To be fair I don't normally like cases but this does not get in the way to much and when folded back on itself it makes a very good horizontal stand for watching videos.
Hope whatever you chooses works for you but imho whilst Otter boxes are without a doubt solid protection they just ruin the pleasure in having a slim phone.

Is there any case that is fixed on the phone only from up and down? Like this Ringke case for Galaxy Nexus? My only problem with cases for Note II is that the phone is already wide, so a case with sides fixing, make it wider.

[Q] Will N7100 back cover fit Sprint SPH-L900?

Amazon has a carbon fiber back replacement that says it's for the N7100 and I've heard the tabs may not fit my Sprint model. Does anyone know if this will fit or where I can buy a replacement more durable battery cover?

The Sprint battery door fit on my AT&T and T-Mobile Note 2's, and I'm using the N7100 battery door (stock one, same as Sprint except it doesn't say "Galaxy Note II" on the bottom). So by transitive rule, it should fit.

That can't be reel Carbon fiber for $3.50?

Galaxy note 2 zero lemon battery back cover

I bought the galaxy note 2 extended battery from zerolemon and the back cover was scratched due to accident drop. I am wondering where can I find another back cover for it (tpU case). Or is there a separate company selling different kind of case that compitable with zerolemon 9300mAh battery? Thanks ahead for any help.

The back cover can be purchased on Amazon for $13. There is also a rugged case coming out end of this month... price unknown.

[Q] Need a good quality case for my Galaxy Grand Prime G530

I need a case to protect my Galaxy Grand Prime G530 from accidental drop, I hope it has the muti-layer design. anyone knows?

Search on amazon and eBay, bought mine on eBay an aluminum case, for my country the price was a little more than 8 dollars. Is really good looking and very resistant at the same time, but in my case is more aesthetic than protective.

This case is GREAT!!!!!!!!! Not only it is made for protection, also the looks and the way it feel. It fit exactly for my Galaxy Grand Prime. All the buttons, the camera lenses are in the right place. I love this product. I recommend it to anybody that has a Galaxy Grand Prime.

Um.. Thats actually only 2 layers.. What you see is the Rubber cover, the exoskeleton, and the belt clip holder. Though it is a really good case, and in the stores they sell for 4 times more.
