that should happen soon cuz the sgs2 leaks have been up for a while.
Samsung needs to get faster at this IMO

you don't need to be stock...yes wifi only...no it doesn't..flash through odin.

Coming from stock Honeycomb, do we have to check mark Re-partition via ODIN?

From my understanding the only time you check mark Re-partition is if you are coming from an MTD ROM. So I would think that if you are going from stock to a newer stock you shouldn't.

Well as far as i know its best to stay away from repartition. cuz thats the one thing that can brick ur tab if thing dont go according to planned.

I noticed there wasn't any stock, rooted and deodexed android 4.2.1 for the nexus 4 so I thought I share the one I created for myself.

Does this include gaps? and if so does the wallet app work with root?

Yes it does, it's a stock firmware that's been pre-rooted and deodexed. I didn't remove anything.
Wallet should work fine.

No you won't. The official updates are patches that need to be installed through unmodded firmware. It's very easy to go back using this kit if need be. Also, I'm sure myself or another member would have a pre-rooted version of the update pretty quickly after it's release so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I love my stock rooted rom the way it is, I just want it deodexed. Could I just flash this over it? Or do you think that'll cause me issues without a wipe? I'll probably just end up backing up and giving it a go. Haha.

You'll have to wipe. Odex files won't be cleared out otherwise.

Just clear cache/dalvik. odex files are on the system partition and do get cleared when installing a new rom.

I love you and i love that this ROM did not wipe the phone
I was running stock+root, updated no issues

When i flash this will it be the same as getting the ota except for the fact that this one is deodexed? Also this has all the fixes the ota has correct??

Yes this is the same as OTA just deodexed and is rooted with busybox.

Samfirmware download

Hi All,
i rooted my i9305, now they got a new 4.1.2 update via OTA however, because of root i cannot do the OTA update. Have found the firmware at samfirmware but i cant seem to download on hotfile. Any kind souls can help link to other server.

I tried to revert back to stock but fail to boot. Using boffela kernal beta 4 before reverting but still fail. Any idea? Stock xxuemkc rooted with old bootloader

I see people succeed in reverting back to stock through beta 4 but i can't. I have no idea why too but guess I have to stick with beta 4/5 for a while.

Let's say that 4.3 update has knox bootloader and not everyone wants to void their warranty by updating theirs.
Hmm.. It is also possible to flash only kernel by MobileOdin, I am curious whether it will boot then...

In fact some guys reported on this. And I am not able to flash stock kernel from mine ported boeffla either.
However I don't need stock kernel for anything, therefore it isn't the most important issue

do n910t roms work with the n910t3?

So I got the SM-910t3 fro T-mobile. I followed TEKHD's guide on how to root it and all. Are the roms for the N910T compatible with the N910T3? I had tried to flash TEKXodus N4 5.1.1 URv1 (USA-N910T /T3) on my n910t3 but it resulted in a fail in TWRP, and did not allow me to restore my back ups . I ended up having to use Samsung kies 3 to get my phone working again. I was wondering if anybody else with a n910t3 had been able to install a different rom. Any help would be cool.

when you flash the rom, do you have to be on stock kernel? I am on beast mode kernel right know. Also is super su on the rom file in your post? Thanks in advance

That rom is 100% identical to the OP, the only difference is I changed the updater script to match the N910T3. As far as the kernel, check the op.
