[HELP] Problem With Animated Wallpaper for S2U2

Hi guys , im new in here and i think your precious help .
I just want to put an animated wallaper for S2U2 , specially this one :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353100&page=22
(The animated earth)
But when i put it in gfx folder after rename it to wallpaper.fix , I get A black screen . I know lots of guys had this problem but i never find the solution even if i search it on google or on xda.
I select Option 2 , disable random changing jpeg etc ...
So i dont know what is the problem.
Can someone help me please i really want to put this animated earth
Cheers
it should be called wallpaper.gif in the GFX folder
You will need to rename it.

want to create Live wallpaper but cannot programme

Can anyone help?
I want to create some animated wallpapers for myself, friends & family. No interaction, just a looped video.
I can create video's easily, been doing it for years, but I have no idea how to programme in any language
Is it possible for someone to create a template that I (and others) can just add a small video to and (somehow) convert to an apk?
I can promise I will not sell anything and will only be for people I know
is it even possible to use videos or are the current live wallpapers rendered on the fly?
any help/advise appreciated

I know the nexus boot animation uses the actual bootanimation.zip from the system folder. I'm sure you could create another animation.zip and redirected to that without much trouble. I hope that's a good starting point for you or whoever decides to help you.
BTW, the boot animation is basically just a short video clip with each frame saved as an individual png.

Like I said, you only have to convert your video clip into a boot animation, which is just an animated GIF with each frame broken out into a separate PNG image file.
Email the guy that made the Earth Live wallpaper. He can point you in the right direction.

Boot Animation for Energy Drink Lovers!

YOU MUST HAVE ROOT FOR THIS!!!!
Do not PM me about any 'no root' nonsense. I will tell you to look up what rooting is and WILL NOT answer any questions!
Although this is for MDPI devices (which hardly anybody has anymore) this boot animation will definitely be a favorite among energy drink lovers. It took almost an hour to make, but I did it and I'm proud of myself.
All it is is the Monster Energy logo cycling through the rainbow at 20 FPS, but it works. Please post your resolution on the thread if you want it to fit to your screen!
The current resolution is 320x480.
To install use jrummy's Boot Animations * Root application or similar
--OR--
you can rename it "bootanimation.zip" and use a root file browser to paste it in /data/local for 4.0 and up and /system/media for below 4.0.
**EDIT**
I don't know for sure whether or not the MonsterHighDef boot animation works as I have an MDPI device... Install at your own ******RISK******
*Edit 2*
I accidentally deleted all of the files I was working on, so new ones will be available soon (Probably on the monday following Thanksgiving). For now, I will upload what I currently have.
BluXnoWord.zip is a new theme variation from the original Monster.zip and BluXword.zip had the word "BlueX" on it which is a variation of the BlueZ default Cyanogenmod Bluetooth hostname.
PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS THREAD WITH YOUR DEVICE RESOLUTION SO I CAN MAKE ONE FOR YOUR DEVICE!!!
I'm not going to ask for thanks but it would be nice.
***SUPEREDIT***
I uploaded a .zip with all of the previews.
=+MEGAEDIT+=
If you're going to just download and not thanks me, that does not make me want to make more.
Seriously, I am going to delete this thread if people aren't going to show support.
