Wrong forum, unless you are going make this a dev thread.
I would use something else, that is deodexed 4.2
Moved To General
A link to another site for a download, does not justify being in the dev section.

Sorry but development section is not for sharing links. There's already topics about that in general section.
Be reminded that unless you made what you share, or modified/KANG it can only be posted in this subforum.

And even if you didn't find any, this topic can only be posted in General Section, not in Development. Unless Ligux Team posted it themselves.

Development is for actual development here on XDA, not external links.
Please is there anybody who can port SGS3 lockscreen or is anybody interested ?
i think it would be great
I downloaded the SGS3 system dump perhaps if some DEV need any files i can upload them but please do this
Requests should not be posted in the dev section .

Well i guess who are you to talk and its a request about something heavy that only dev can do its not a tiny problem that i post in QA section and I already posted something like this in QA section but no dev replied
Who am i to talk? I am a person who knows and follows the rules. And you should to. And what do you think... just because you posted in the dev section, themers will start piling on this project? Post in the right section next time or contact a themer directly trough pm or email.

purpose
the purpose of this thread is to prevent spam in our most beloved development forum. I will try to adress the issue objectively and discuss why this is a drastic problem, how it came about and what we should do now.
This section had never been raped and abused so much in the last 3 weeks, since the opening of this section for our device.
You see, i'm not a liar:
removed.
Disclamer: I don't want to discretitate anybody, i'm just pounting out our problem.

[q]where should i post?
everyone knows that we got a q&a section for the i9000 and in there a i9001 thread. I know our i9001 q&a is lousy, but we can still post in i9000 because our friends don't mind it. You will surely get an answer in a few hours when you post there

1.)read before posting!
2.)search before posting! hint: There is a search box in the upper right corner. Use http://google.com , etc.
3.)don't post in development however you got your solution or not. You got the q&a for questions and answers so please use it.
If you want to have fast answers, you can also post in this thread, it's made for it and located in development, what do you want to have more?!?

2.) time to time we should also have a look into q&a and answer questions. if we had done that, i wouldn't have to write this.
My counsel:
guess we should make a q&a team. It's everyones fault why these people spam the whole section! So if we don't answer in q&a they don't see an other reason to post here....

this question is very subjective. personally, i didn't test them more than a few days, but I know slimBean from other devices, it's highly customizeable, slim (battery saving) and smooth. would recommend it.

If you really must ask that question im afraight youll lack the expertise to succesfully compile, build and package a rom.
If you feel lucky try searching around the forum and or google on how to compile amd build cyanogenmod for your device, also on their website is a quide/wiki.
Goodluck anyhow; keep us posted.

I don't know how but i just stumbled upon this rom. Why isn't there an official development thread for it? I tested it and it's light and fast and let's not forget about the awesome user interface ics provides.
I don't know if i'm allowed to post this....i just wanted to share with you guys. It's worth it.
All credit should go to erikcas for doing such a great job.
Because it's pretty much final, there is no point of a development thread, because no bugs means nothing to talk about. But you can post it, it's already public.
