I was an RC and a few months ago xda opened the application for moderators so I applied and was reviewed and accepted by the moderator committee.

Welcome to the official XDA ESPN Fantasy Football League.
Flastnoles11 is the league manager.
You must be able to log on at least once every other day and play competitively like its a paid fantasy league.
If a completed trade gets vetoed by 3 other teams it will be canceled. (I reserve the right to cancel bull**** trades at any time)
4 Teams make it to the Playoffs and the playoff games are 2 weeks a piece.

I agree it could actually be announced tomorrow, since if it's going to be available on Oct 31st/Nov. 1st, they have to announce it earlier, and press invites have to go out. Well it's too late for regular press invites for people to fly & attend in person, so Google may just do it online. But what is your source for "knowing this as a fact"?
