International CC not working.

I finally got the N4 in the cart,and the enter spaming trick and worked.
But when i hitbuy there are technical issues
I am using US billing and shipping, but my CC is from out of us billing and shipping is in us, and the CC is international.
I have it added on wallet google, but when i hit buy it doesnt work

It has been said many times, you need a "from the country's playstore you buy" CC. Even confirmed by Google (to be fair, who listens to Googles playstore department anymore..

Google limits nexus 4 purchases to 2 AWESOME

A person in the market thread posted his order and it showed he ordered 7 on the 13th he claims that they were for presents but who knows. Anyway after all the high priced ebay items i was hoping there would be a limit and google came through. It seems if you ordered 2 the first round you couldnt order the same variant 8 or 16 from the same account. So a single account could technically order 4 phones. Another article stated that those who ordered more than 2 would only be shipped 2. Has this happened to anyone? Did you really need more than 2? I for one hope a lot over ebayers got their plans foiled with this one.

Too little too late.

If they could get enough stock in the play store none of these greedy sellers would be able to mark up prices so much.

Call Google or they won't honor the credit on shipping

If you received a back order and you received your phone CALL GOOGLE, because they will not give you back the credit on shipping until you tell them to.

Don't forget to check your accounts for the credit!

Wow talking about customer service really google has a long long way to go they need to learn not from apple but at least from your small bricks and mortal shop

How do you know they won't do it until you tell them?
I just got my phone 2 days ago, maybe they are working through stuff.
If I don't see it soon I'll call but IMO it's too soon to say they won't do it unless you call.

Order Date Changing on play store

Hi, be aware and verify your Nexus 4 order date!.
I made the order of the Nexus 4 on November 27, until friday (december 7) my order say that date. Now in the play store appear that my order has been made on december 7!!. Wallet still saying November 27 and my receipt says 2-3 weeks on Nov 27. I know someone from Puerto Rico that has the same problem and he make the order on december 13 (he is a limbo 2).

Shipping Refund Received Today (NOV 13th Order)

As the title says my refund finally hit my account today for 13.99. I ordered on the 13th of November and never called or emailed the play store so anyone else waiting for this should get it soon if you haven't already.

Did you get the notice via email or just checked wallet? I should be getting a refund too.

No email and I did not check wallet yet, i checked my bank account like I do every morning and it was there.
