Just read the instructions in the OP, and refer to the original V28E/G thread by Stefan. If you don't know where to look, it's here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1986097. The instructions are very detailed and simple.

I have read that mate, but i'm having problems installing the APX drivers. It says "Connot install, drivers not signed in digitally". Where can i get the .zip file for this V28G-Stable-ROM and kernel?

You are asking two completely unrelated, but very simple questions... 1) Your problem with the APX driver is easily solved by restarting Windows with advanced boot options to allow unsigned drivers. Then you can install it with no problem. Google it. It was even mentioned here on XDA multiple times. 2) And the links to the ROM install package and the SP2 update are right in the OP in the dev thread.
Thank you so much for the help! I'm done with it now!

I see that you haven't read the instructions properly. You need to flash it via NVflash, not CWM.
Download the ROM (approx. 751MB). Now switch your phone off. Take out the battery. Press the Vol_Up and Vol_down button simultaneously. And then connect the USB port to your phone and PC. You'll hear a notification sound and you soon see that some drivers are being installed. Let them finish. Now download this file http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1327599 (See the first link, download the NVflash installer, which should be 18MB). Extract this file in a folder. Now go to control panel>Device manager>APX. Now right click on APX, and select update driver. Now select the folder in which you have extracted the files. Now press next and continue. It will say, successfully updated. Now extract topogigi's ROM. Run flash_bat . Follow the instructions on the screen. Enjoy!

I thought that if I use "that" link who contains nVFlash + CM10 and put it directly on the sd card, that will be it... same like cm9 and the rest..
Ok, tomorrow I will try flash it with PC and install ROM from first link up...
I wont say thx. yet... probably I will need some more help...

Don't mix in CM10... This ROM has nothing to do with it, it's based on the stock (leaked) ICS, plus a custom kernel. As it was said already, follow instructions in Stefan's thread for using NVflash, and you will be OK. Once you install the ROM, you can then flash SP2 through CWM.
Do i need to run v6supercharger or is it done by jst nvflashing???

No supercharger is a seperate installation
You need to download a terminal program from play.
This is the i use
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...251bGwsMSwxLDEsImphY2twYWwuYW5kcm9pZHRlcm0iXQ..
then open the terminal program
type <su><enter>
[super user will ask if you wish to grant adminstrator rights, say yes to this]
type <cd system/xbin><enter>
type <v6sc><enter>
This will launch the V6 supercharger setup, just follow your nose through the setup
i accept yes to all options with a yes/no option
i select the option of stable rom [there are three options given - stable rom is the first from memory]
once the script has completed running type <33> to exit V6
It's pretty simple to use, there are lots of options but just stick to the basics and you will be fine
I've only used it twice, on mine and my wife's P990 with no issues what so ever
hope this helps
Ps. the biggest mistake i made when upgrading from gingerbread to ICS was not to flash the baseband first. this is critical, otherwise you have to go back to a gingerbread rom, install the baseband and then install ICS again
OG guys...
So i will describe my procedure..
I flash my phone with the link Jishnu Sur gave me. I follow the instructions and i realized that i flash CWM on version 5.0.7..
So i flash one mor time with this link

So I continue to install extracting topogigi's ROM. Run flash_bat . Follow the instructions on the screen and i finnaly got it, but I am little bit confuzed..
Before, i had a baseband version 0725 (witch was written on my mob) and Kernel no. 3.0.3 something...
and of course, in the link, they recomend SP2 to install.. do i have to, and how??

This is awesome!! Finally clockworkmod for Galaxy mini!! Just a couple of questions:
1.- I have GT-S5570L (Latin America version) do you know if it should also work in this phone? FYI: I'm running Froyo 2.2.1 I have tried 2.3.4 European Gingerbread from Samfirmware (only PDA) and got stuck at Samsung logo
2.- Does any of those two files (recovery and update.zip) mess or overwrite "amss" and/or csc.rfs files? Because if it doesn't touch them I think I can try to flash it.
3.- I have a one package .tar file (contents: amss, csc.rfs, recovery.img, boot.img, system.rfs) with my stock ROM which I have used as backup a few times now, will I be able to downgrade back to Froyo after flashing CM7? (In case it doesn't work).
I know it's a lot of questions and I don't expecto you to answer all, but at least a few... we Latin American users are left in the dark and neglected by samsung, independent developers like you are our only hope. I'll take a look at your source code and see if I can start working with it too, but I'm still a newbie.
Thanks!!
Ok
Doubts: for swap we will use a third partition? And App2SD darktremor now works ?

In PC odin, the green bar is not showing when the cable is connected, I presume this has to show first?

Well congrats on trying to cook your own rom. Sorry it worked out as such though. But as a few others stated, please don't ever throw the link up for a rom that has not been thoroughly tested. Some of the best developers we have find issues, and this could have led to some serious trouble as we LOVE new stuff lol. But seriously, keep working on it, you'll be a chef in no time

First it might have caused it because you say its stock kernel and and I'm sure you didn't root the kernel and when you make roms do remember that the newer cwm's use edify and not ammend. Now If you need to learn something about development, you can PM me and will help and teach you whatever I know
if you use the kitchen blindly, then you have to end up with these kind of consequences only....if you deodexed doesnt mean you have developed the ROM....what you have done, is using the scripts created by the kitchen, which is no longer supported...you need to edit those or use someone else scripts to flash the ROM...
Here are the new JB Adreno drivers which will boost graphic performances on our 2011 Xperias. I've made a benchmark with Nenamark 2 before flashing the libs on my stock 587 and i've got 24 fps. After i've flashed the libs i've also made a benchmark with Nenamark 2 and i've got 31,5 fps. Also the whole UI is much smoother than before.

I had just found new Adreno libs in JBX ROM thread...
I thought that, if they are the latest release, they would work better than old ones. So I tried them with ICS ( Doomkernel and xDarkICS v.1 )
Result: More smoothness in the launcher, settings menu... Also tried them with Modern Combat 3... It runs more smoothly too!!! :victory::victory::victory:
Contras: Not found
EDIT: DON'T FLASH THEM IF YOU ARE USING GINGERBREAD (2.3.X), IT WILL CAUSE LOWER PERFORMANCE!

If I am on CM9 or CM10, can I flash it? I mean, it's only for Sony release or can i stall it on FXP's ROMs?
Probably it should work on CM9 too,i don't know,it's working great on stock based roms,i don't know about CM9. In CM 10 i guess that they're preinstalled, because it's based on JB.
Working like a charm
Got 31.7FPS on Nenamark 2
I'm on Paranoid Android 2.1
I install right now the FXP138 without the new drivers and I pass the Nenamark's benchmark with 31fps result. I don't think that this is necessary, I think the same that the other user, it's implemented by default.
Thanks for the information,
I have to admit I haven't come across it in the Xperia Play section.
Which is why, at cases like this, creating a "duplicate" thread pointing to the original can be allowed.
Xperia 2011 line consists of many phones, with differect subforums, so information that is universally applicable can be a bit of a hassle to find.
Also, I tidied up the OP a bit for you.
So, kindly proceed on topic and no more talk about whether this thread should be here or not. Anyone in doubt, feel free to use the Report system and refrain from spamming.
Thanks for your cooperation!
Great. It works for me.. I use go launcher ex and I still have 189mb of ram. I notice better fps on benchmark.. Max 74fps on quadrant.. Great. I got 70max bfor

I used the firmware files from the newest zip (/system/etc/firmware/yamato_pfp.fw and yamato_pm4.fw). Phone boots normally.
When flashing the libs, phone does not boot, just a black screen.

Why did you not include the 2 leia files (leia_pm4_470.fw and leia_pfp_470.fw) into your bundle?
Are they not needed?
RATIONALE
I am new to android but not to linux as i have used ubuntu for three years now. the ability to customize ubuntu to my like has been the main reason i have stayed with that OS. so when i purchased my first 'smart' phone in late June, i set out to customize my phone. i discovered the power of custom roms but to my dismay and that of other galaxy y pro duos users, there were no custom roms available (Technoduos and ChobitDigitalis roms are no longer in active development) so i set out to build my own rom. many have asked me to share my work and that is what i am doing today. it may not be as flamboyant and well-adorned as chobitsDigitalis and Technoduos roms but at least it is more functional than the stock samsung rom.
ROM FEATURES:
Pre-rooted using Chainfire supersu method
Fully deodexed
Zipaligned
busybox
init.d scripts support
bash support
14 Lidroid status bar toggles
go Launcher (replaces touchwiz)
MIUI music player (replaces stock music player)
MIUI root file browser
Darktremor app to sd
international CSCs with multilingual support (B55120JVLD1)
sysrw/sysro support via terminal emulator
comes with android terminal emulator
operamini v7 in place of stock v5
build.prob tweaks - video and picture quality, battery tweak, network tweak
init.d scripts including journaling, autozipalign on reboot etc
added icon packs
modded status bar and notification area

compatible with Compact kernel by Nitubhaskar
COMPACT KERNEL:
Note the kernel is developed by xda senior member Nitubhaskar who has given me the permission to add his kernel to the rom
the thread for his kernel is here
the kernel is going through continuous development and only links to kernel versions fully tested by me and other GT-5512 users will be added to the downloads section of this thread
if you use this kernel, make sure to thank the Nitubhaskar (hit the thanks botton) on the original kernel thread
FEEDBACK
Lest i forget, i would appreciate it if after downloading this rom or the screenings, you took a little of your time to share your opinions about the rom with us all so that improvements could be made to the rom. in this regard, please post a reply telling me what changes you'd like to see in the rom.

Installation instructions
Disclaimer:
you are installing this rom at your own risk. I am not responsible if you soft or hard brick your phone. i make know warranties - expressed or implied, regarding the use and safety of this rom. you are strongly advised to make a nandroid backup of you current rom before proceeding to install this rom.
Latest Stable Release HatyonRom v1.1
Before proceeding to install either the Rom or Compact kernel, make a nandroid backup using clockworkmod from here . this CWM recovery is developed by Millan.SIS so thank him on that thread.
This particular clockworkmod recovery is recommended as it backs up your current kernel (looking for source of this info) as part of nandroid backup
INSTALLING THE ROM
it is recommended that you use clockworkmod recovery to flash this rom
Copy the Rom to the root of your sdcard
Boot into Recovery by pressing volume up, menu and power bottons, release as soon as galaxy y pro duos logo appears
choose install update and flash clockworkmod recovery
Wipe data/factory reset (a MUST)
wipe cache partition (obligatory)
select advance option and wipe dalvic cache (optional but recommended)
unmount and mount the /data and /system partitions (you may format data and system partitions especially if flashing over ChobitDigitalis Rom)
reboot the phone and enter clockworkmod recovery again - credit to exelzor for this step which fixes system partition problems some people may have. Please thank him
choose install zip from from sdcard
select choose zip file option
Select HatyonRomV1.zip and confirm the selection
flash the rom and reboot
Starting for first time will be slow so wait and don't force stop.
Additional instructions:
once installation is complete and you are on your homescreen, type supersu and select the supersu program
when prompted to update the su binary, select continue (no internet required)
start file explorer (not the samsung app called myfiles!!)
hit the menu botton and browse down then enable the root explorer option
give it permanet root permissions when prompted by supersu
press back key and swipe your screen until you get to the screen having 'BROWSE', 'SDCARD' and 'FTP' at the top
beneath 'FTP' is a straight up-pointing arrow, tap on it to get the 'JUMPT TO' menu
scroll down to 'DATA' partion and select it
then select the app directory (folder)
once in app directory you will find operamini and android terminal app
select an app and press enter to install it
if prompted, open settings >> applications and enable installing software from unknown sources
instead connect to android market and install latest operamini and terminal emulator of your choice
FIXING TWO OPERA MINIS ISSUE
if you noticed you have two opera minis installed, uninstall the older version ie com.samsung.operamini-5.1.24639.apk (or a similar name) using titanium backup or link2sd
also remove this file /system/csc/comm_app/Operamini-5.1.24639.apk using root explorer or on terminal
1. type su + enter
2) type 'rm /system/csc/comm_app/Operamini-5.1.24639.apk' and hit enter
INSTALLING VER 1.1
Dowloadad the hatyon rom v1.1 update from the link on download section
place the zip file on root of your sdcard and reboot into recovery
enter clockworkmod recovery and choose to install zip from sdcard
select hatyon1.1.zip and confirm it
once install is complete, reboot your phone.
note it may take a little longer to boot for the first time
the same procedure applies to the other zip files on the download section of this thread
Please read post number 3 (next post) for info on how to fix wifi issue
INSTALLING THE KERNEL
after flashing rom, i recommend you use the phone for at least a minute before flashing kernel
to install the kernel, i recommend you follow the kernel thread link in my first post on this thread.
i will only give the names of the latest stable kernel versions in the download corner of this thread and maybe provide direct download links to the stable kernel versions (if that is ok with Nitubhaskar)

FAQS
Q: is the rom safe?
A: i'd like to say so, but i can't. i have tested it more than 20 times without problems but there is always the chance your phone will get bricked.
Q: will you continue development of the rom?
A: well, rom cooking is a demanding and tedious hobby. if there are many users, i will gladly dedicate my spare time to improving it based on user feed back. else, any modifications will just be for myself.
Q: i don't like go launcher, can you give me Touchwiz launcher (samsung default)?
A: Yes, if at least three people request it
Q: Are there any other launchers apart from go laucher?
A: yes, touchwiz for instance. we also have hololaucher, MIHome launcher- from popular MIUI rom and adw laucher.
Q: can you change this or that for me?
A: well, every rom chef knows that rom cooking is time consuming and one cannot always respond to individual queries. if many as for the same feature, i'd be glad to work on it. i will look into individual requests on the basis of their potential to benefit many others.
well, it doesn't hurt to hit thanks, does it?.

sorry, i uploaded rom about 15hours ago. since the network is bad in my area, i opted to make sure the upload was successful before i post about my rom. i hadn't inserted the link earlier on but i edited the downloads section and inserted the link few minutes after posting.
Note: i experimented with kernels at the beginning of my cooking. i unpacked my stock kernel and rooted it using rom kitchen and added the boot.img to my rom. it worked alright but when you you restore clockworkmod nandroid backup this time, it will say restore is succesfful but you get boot loop which i believe are due to modified kernel since i could make as many CWM nandroid backup and restores as i wished.
with the modded kernel, only backups made after using the modded kernel worked.
if user response to the rom is positive, i will dedicate one of my reserved posts to your kernel. i will give a solution to how to overcome problem of not being able to restore old nandroid backups after flashing custom kernel. i will also describe how to add kernel to rom before flashing. so go on and develop your kernel. my screenshot will make it clear i am using your kernel!
the captain is friendly with us. it seems that he intentionally let them slipped. another mod mostly will move them directly on general section (lol)
anyway, since it against "the rule" IMO we should ask his opinion about it. personally I think these thread should be here but our captain might have different opinion about it. don't worry, our captain won't delete this thread or close it. you can peacefully discuss this matter with him and got the best resolution for all of us.

Just a word
I want to confirm to any B5512 user, arbayong rom + nitubhaskar kernel is the best available software update they can get.
Am using both now, and starting to love my phone (I think no one was happy with samsung soft!)
@ arbayong!
I prefer not to have flamboyant and well-adorned rom to account of stability and functionality!
Thanks to both members for making B5512 a value!
Hey guys,
We are trying to flash this ROM but isn't going so well.
We haven't tried flashing the kernel is this needed to make it boot?
After flashing it says flashing is succesfull but when booting it doesn 't go beyond the Samsung B5512 screen (not the boot animation)
Here is some info about the phone:
PDA:B5512XXLF1
PHONE:B5512XXLF1
CSC:B5512XXLF1
Kernel version 2.6.35.7 [email protected]#22
Hope you have some advice (we have followed the guide in the first posted thoroughly)
Thanks for making this great project happen (same gos for making the kernel, wich is allso a much appriciated. Especially the OC and governers and 4ext)

so if you have done according to instruction.. it should have worked.. so.. questions..
where did you get your cwm version? whats the file name of it?
you must do this..
Wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
if you did the dalvik cache clean.. try without doing it..
both data and system partition must be mounted.. just make sure of it in advanced mounting option.. it should show unmount /data unmount /system options..
then how much time did you wait after reboot.. its reecommended to wait atleast 10 mins.. to make sure you didnt abort the bootup process in a hurry..
and a tip: if it did got stuck.. you can use 3 combo buttons any time while using your device to get into recovery.. while booting or using phone or whenever stuck.. so no need to remove battery and all that.. just hold it until your device reboots and u see samsung logo then release..
for the kernel part.. it is not necessary to have that with this rom.. or any other rom in future for your device for that matter.. but.. by having that you can have more features that also goes with the rom.. you can test the new kernels i release in other thread.. but please read my posts before doing so.. because i want testers to have some knowledge of how to recover their device if it soft bricks.. usually it wont.. my odin related 3rd post or 4th one in my thread explains that..

It will be the most foolish thing to do
MindCr has Rafael.Baugis kernel and after flashing it, kernel will be changed to Rafael.Baugis.
Basically you are only changing a 5 MB kernel by downloading 100+ MB ROM. Seems Legit -.-

That's how it's done with stock Recovery (I've started with S5830i with freshly installed S5830IXXLK3_S5830IBTULK1_BTU stock ROM if it matters):
1. Shutdown the phone
2. Hold the keys Vol-Up + Home + Power to get to recovery
3. "Wipe data/factory reset"; "wipe cache partition"
4. Select the option "apply update from sdcard"
5. Select the file ( 201212101860-E3-boot.img.zip)
6. Wait the end of process and reboot
7. Hold the keys Vol-Up + Home + Power to get to recovery
8. Select the option "apply update from sdcard"
9. Select the file ( JELLYBLASTV3.0.3_Ported_For_S5830IOLD2.zip )
10. Wait the end of process
11. Select the option "apply update from sdcard"
12. Select the file (201212101860-modules.zip )
13. Wait the end of process
14. Reboot
Kernel files can be found in this thread. Jelly Blast ROM is here.
P.S. I wanted to post it in Jelly Blast original thread but forum didn't allow me to do so.
