Ics updates thread?

I was following the ics updates thread and now cant find it????...... so wonder either if LG released ICS or announced they wont? Both cases leads to delete the thread but i got no clue what happened

Not quite sure of the question here... but this isn't a ROM at all... it's an OTA update for the WiFi only Nexus 7, which contains 'patches' that will update factory stock Jellybean 4.3 (build JWR66Y) to factory stock KitKat 4.4 (build KRT16O).
Other than perhaps having root access and a custom recovery installed (CWM or TWRP), you'll need to be currently running unmodified factory stock Jellybean 4.3 (build JWR66Y) to successfully avail yourself of it.

How to Get official GPE ROM

Can anyone give me a detailed steps on how to flash the the GPE official rom on my One??
