maybe you missed some step bro
Just download the stock firmware and flash with Flashtool , then try to install the ROM you wanted again carefully , and make sure you have all the requirements :good:

I don´t think you can flash a firmware at all using CWM.. the file doesn´t have a .ftf extension for nothing
I agree with nanostray.
I think there is no way of flashing a kernel with CWM.
CWM supports .zip files but it can't support .ftf files.
I see. Thank all for correcting me. Could you please give me the download link for stock kernal .ftf

Thank you for the link. Just to make sure, if we flash the stock file via flashtool, the custom rom and the custom kernal will be revert back to original(stock)? I want to know since now I'm using custom ROM and custom kernal. I'm noob since that modification were done by my cousin.
If you want just to revert back to full stock you could also try repairing your phone with SEUS

I also found this thread.
It gives all (I am not sure if all) the stock firmwares for Xperia SP.

Be careful with the offline-charging bug. Kernels on the collection page tend to have this bug. I use the .ftf from a repair with SEUS and my offline charging is working correctly

I always like newer in everything..I mean in technology .may be its bad .....
to be frank .266 is better many new rich features ....ram management is so poor ...hopefully bug fixing update fixes everything

Actually you don't need to if you have an unlocked bootloader. The kernel is also backed up in the Nand backup.
If you have a locked bootloader, your recovery won't be able to restore the backup so you have to flash it.

i was just about to say the same as pec0ra no need to flash
