1800mAh for $6 after shipping. That's a steal!
Edit: after closer inspection, i'm a bit skeptical. i think it's for the original exhibit, and because of our name change, the seller was probably unaware and accidently listed T679. just my theory... unless they use the same battery??

Some people might not want external charging and just want to use what's available in their phone's battery. I got over 2 days of normal usage without charging in-between with that battery.

XDA must be getting buggy again, on my display it shows i quoted IRX120
Edit
Hmmm I will try an explain the reasoning behind that statement in hopes that maybe some good will come of it. .
When a post shows a quote its fairly easy to determine that the post is directed to the person being quoted. If the post has a question most of the time it wont matter who replies the author will appreciate the reply, if the question is appropriately answered. Ofcourse its always a good idea to look at the context of any post for there may be reasons why it is being directed to a single individual.
If we look at my first post we can see i quoted IRX120. The reasoning being is he says, or atlest implies to have personal experience with a company that sells "extended" batteries (may have just been hearsay, that would have been clarified). Now you may not realise this but there are atlest some dangers in shopping online. And if you find someone who can vouche for a company, that they can make a claim to have had a possitive experience with a company, well that could be about as good as gold. Ofcourse we need to look at the person making said claim but given the situation is seems reasonably safe to take IRX120s word for it.
Now no doubt in your own way you were just trying to "help". Ive seen many people (my self included) in this exact situation just try an help. What usually happens, in this exact situation, is the person just comes off sounding like an arrogant assss. Ofcourse that has never helped anyone i am aware of. Has it ever helped you?
Btw here are a few af the problems of shopping online http://www.forbes.com/sites/abegarv...ngers-of-online-shopping-precautions-to-take/

I have actually noticed on a couple different devices that rubber cases causes a phone to heat up a lot faster

What case do you recommend for the Galaxy Exhibit? I don't like the blue back cover, so I want to cover it with a black case. Also, do you use a screen protector of your Exhbit?

screen protectors are a waste of money, i have my phone now over a year, and my screen looks better then the rest of the phone lol. i have not yet found a case that i like for our phone.

This is the case I use. Might not be pretty, but it does the job.

I haven't noticed any heat issues with this case either. In fact, that might even explain the honeycomb design. I've always kind of wondered if it was there for a functional purpose, or just looks. Maybe it's something to do with heat dissipation.
Not sure where else to find a case like this (maybe eBay or one of those mall kiosks) but mine originated from my carrier. They called it the Affinity skin.

Mine is almost identical except it does not have the honeycomb design just flat

About the extended ebay batteries. I got one last winter 1800mah. Turns out it lasts less than the original battery. I now use the original, and keep the "extended" one as a spare just in case I run out and don't have time to plug my phone into my laptop's usb.
I guess YMMV, but from my experience you get what you pay for

Look at the D30 from T-Mobile. You can paint the inside of the clear plastic back or use colored paper and knock out the holes. This is an option that works wellwell

i know everyone probably heard this tip for batter life, "turn off wifi when not in use" . when i read it, i was like blah blah blah. i went ahead and tried it, WOW what a difference ! i went from having 7 to 10 hours standby , to 40 hours. that tip on this phone really works well. i think it only works when you are in a no wifi area with wifi off. basically, searching for a wifi that isnt there REALLY drains the battery bigtime.

This is my 2nd Android phone, and ever since my first, I quickly got myself in the habit of manually toggling Bluetooth, Wifi, and GPS. Bluetooth and GPS are always off unless I'm in the car. As soon as I leave work or home, I turn my Wifi off. It's more or less second nature for me to do it at this point. And when I do forget, the reason I usually get reminded is I notice my battery draining much faster than I expect it to be. When I look, sure enough, I forgot to shut off the radios I'm not using.

Here's the case I use currently : http://www.ebay.com/itm/BLACK-GEL-T...092483?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item564a1539c3
It's a really stylish gel cover (black). This particular case is sold by multiple sellers on ebay, and always around the price of $2. The seller I picked mine up from had free shipping and included a screen protector! The case is great looking, easy to clean, and awesome to grip!
Here's the case I had previously, my first case used with this phone: http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Samsung...786337?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item46082b9ba1
Another low cost and stylish case, it comes in the color white and is made out of soft silicone! I loved the white look on this dark phone, as well as the amazingly smooth finish the silicone offered. I ran into two problems that caused me to replace this though. First off it dirtied really easy from a combination of it's color and it's material. Second, a tab that held both the front and back plates together broke and which eventually caused the case to crack as well.
This isn't a holster I owned , but it's on my wishlist: http://www.daydeal.com/product.php?productid=42375
This holster looks sleek and will definitely keep my phone out of my pocket, but not too far out of reach.

I got one of those generic gel cases for $6 for both mine and my dads phone, and I just left the screen cover on that it shipped with, workes just fine for me.

Has anyone tried this specific "smart cover" case?

I looked around for smart covers on ebay and found the cover below. It doesn't fold around like this case does and in general looks more stable judging by the pictures (they could be wrong though).
Have any of you tried it? I have not found a review of it yet but I figured it might be worth asking.

Looks cool, but it would have to be much more stable than it looks to me.

Yes I have this case, I tell you its a beautiful case to hold and look at. There are other colour variants available which I got the red one.
Its very sleek, doesn't add much weight or bulk to the device.
The sleep functions works brilliantly, and doesn't lock the device when you fold it over to hold like a book, which some do.
ONE DOWNSIDE!!!! - The stand is very hard to figure out (i have not yet figured how to fold it to make it stand up haha !)
Hope this helps answer your questions.
And I genuinly recommend this case as its ace ! (that rhymes weee)

Have you got a link for any of the other colours? The ones I see in multiple colours are the ones with the wrap-around magnetic closure in the back (which I have, I'd like to have one that just lies over the screen for use at home).

You're right mate, asif
Yeah the coloured variants have a lip that does go round the back, but its not noticeable and surely you want this to keep it nicely closed and secure?

I think it's noticeable, especially when I have that extra flap to fold back over when I'm using the N7 in my hand.
I want to keep it closed and secure, sure, when it's in a bag or something. But my N7 spends most of its time on my coffee table or bar; I'd love to have a slim case with just a flap over the screen to keep the dust out. That doesn't cost $30+ like the Poetics or Portenzos of the world.

So do you have this exact case or not? I've seen the other ones and I'm not interested in them after reading the reviews. That's why I started a new thread about this one. If you do have this one, some pictures would be great.
I went and ordered one of these, but likely won't have it for a couple of weeks since it's coming from China. Will post my impressions when it arrives.

That's a different case, with the wrap-around flap on the right side. I already have that one.
look, heres the deal, that case may look pretty but any case like that wont stay closed. for it to be closed, there would have to be magnets along the edges like the portfolio. any case maker that says the case will stay closed without magnets on the border is lying.
I own one and its awesome. Buy it.

I have to admit, I never really liked these cases... but after seeing that YouTube review online, I'm curious enough to give it a shot.
I'm absolutely in love with this Speck case, but I do have a minor concern with it. I use my Nexus 7 frequently, very frequently, and not only that but I use it for work. I'm continually walking up and down the hall at work going from one problem to another, using my N7 along the way. As a result, I'm concerned I may wear out the clip on the Speck case quite a bit. This only became a thought when I realized the clipping mechanism is significantly easier now than it was when I bought it. Broken in? Maybe. Will it get even softer? Very possible. This case ensures that won't happen since the magnets of course don't have physical contact to wear like that. While the higher stand up position seems a bit easy to topple over, the other one with the N7 (one I'd likely prefer anyway) looks a bit better in terms of stability.
At any rate, ah, I bought one just now - we'll see what happens when it gets here.
Edit - for what it's worth the one I ordered did indeed have the magnetic flap that goes around back to ensure it stays shut. I'm not sure I'd consider one without...
Case arrived today, so far I like it, the cover lies flatter than the eBay case with the extra flap, and it feels slimmer. Only downside so far is that it sometimes puts the tablet to sleep when I fold it back. We'll see if it gets better over time. I'll try to take pictures when I have a chance.

maybe slip something to block the magnet on the back? not sure what can maybe help on that front, but maybe a little thickness might be enough.
Side note, anyone have this and the poetic slimline case? I got the first case they had for my uncle, but it's a bit difficult for him to open. I'd get him a portenzo like mine, but it might actually add more bulk than I'd want for him.

||REVIEW w/Pics|| Mugen-Powered 6400 mAh Extended Battery

STOP, IF YOU COME HERE TO FLAME, BASH, SAY NONSENSE THAT DOES NOT RELATE TO THE TOPIC, DO NOT CLUTTER THREAD, THANK YOU
Firstly buy it from this like so you do not buy a fake on eBay.
http://mugen.co/samsung/samsung-galaxy-note-2-n7100/mugen-power-6400mah-extended-battery-for-samsung-galaxy-note-2-with-battery-door.html
I do know the fact that there are reviews of the Mugen battery, but most are only saying whats great about the battery. I want to give every perspective of this battery for the fellow users of this community.
So receiving the Mugen Power Battery I can say, the first drain (56%) lasted me from 9:30 AM to 8:09 PM at 15%. Which is the beginning of the cycle. I liked that reassurance that 50% was like 100% of a stock battery. I have used other Extended Batteries, such as Gorilla Gadgets 6400 mAh, Hyperion, and Onite. Each one I had to send back due to the fact that each FAILED to even last me a whole day (possibly just my experience).
FEATURES
I love the fact that it has NFC Capability (works even better than stock NFC chip on stock cover) but as well as the kick stand in the back. It gives it more of a USER friendly/iPhone killing feature. (dont kill me apple)
SHIPPING
The shipping of this unit took about 10 days which is what it was advertised. I would've liked the option to pay more and get a faster shipping but at the end I received the unit. (Free shipping from Hong Kong 10-15 business days).
OVERALL FEEL
The plastic back cover actually feels like premium quality plastic (weird as it sounds). I feel that if Samsung did make an extended battery back cover, this would be an equivalent quality.
STUFF
Now i know the Zerolemon has a 9300 mAh battery for our device and is a monster. Especially at the cost of $40 USD. However, I am not bashing Zerolemon, it doesn't support NFC capability. Now i know most do not use this feature and could care less about it, but being a High School student and College Student, I send files, pictures, voice memos, etc. to my other peers through NFC and it is a must.
CONS
yes of course this unit has its flaws.
-Came with a leather case that does not seem to be able to fit pockets unless you are carrying a satchel(murse) or a trench jacket.
-Kickstand may be vulnerable to flinging around in the future
-Does not come with any protection officially by Mugen (not many customers must be happy)
-Backdoor could've been designed a little bit better, material is great, just the design could be more User Friendly.
-Cost $99.50 USD which is ridiculous other batteries such as ZL are more than half that price and has more mAh, so saying that the NFC capability was another $59 USD
PROTECTION HACK
Pics below, but they are metal (Aluminum) bumpers that cost around $12-20 on eBay and Amazon that can protect the sides of the phones. I think it looks great and makes me feel a little bit more confident holding the device.
One Month Review of Durability
This phone has lasted me two days of use everytime. I know thats not that much of a woo factor. However, i am a college student. That being said i utilize this device more than 300 times a day. Not only do i use it multiple times im using it for long period of times searching for data or watching youtube videos. Basically replacing my laptop when in public. Now this battery doesnt only save me time by not charging it every time i come home. It also has this nfc chipset that is so accurate that i use it everyday transferring files from my note to my friends note or s3 or s4. This battery makes this for me a beautiful device.

Great review! Good job!
I just want to add a few more thing, something that came from a discussion with Mugen rep on this forum when I was trying to make a point about the price. Those of us who live in the US are fortunate enough to have a lot of choices where to buy a battery. The choices get narrowed down in UK, Germany, Italy. But for the rest of the world you are out of luck where some companies are not dealing with Amazon/ebay local to other countries. Beside NFC support, another thing that sets Mugen apart is their global coverage where they will ship it to you around the globe.
Also, unlike most of the other companies who license HK batteries and re-brand and sell it under their own quality control with a warranty, Mugen designs their own stuff in-house and has a dedicated R&D. Plus, when they say 6400 mAh, it's accurate and actually a bit more then double capacity of stock 3100 mAh.
Excellent pics and info.
I'm curious about how the reception is with the metal bumper. Some would say that it blocks the antenna in some way from receiving signal properly.
Have you seen any difference from no bumper to bumper?

Update 2:
Well all i can say is... you get what you pay for. I paid 30-40 bucks on other batteries, excluding the Zerolemon battery. And i can tell you that the price will give you reassurance that you will get a premium battery. But i wouldve insisted around $75 USD or less. Not $100 USD. now i can tell you this. I left the phone overnight in standby without charging and woke up from 67% to 65% only 2% is gone. Running Tweaked 2.5 with Neak 1.6 kernel. Look at screenshots below to see my day of use. Only used around 30% total today and i did use it with actual intention to run the battery down.

Without a doubt you will get a better bang-per-buck with ZL, higher capacity and 2.5 cheaper price, but with ZL you lose access to NFC and have a big more weight (maybe 40g or so?). Plus, ZL is about to release a new rugged cases. With Mugen you can still have NFC access, so its a big deciding factor for those who still need it. Also, keep in mind there are other double capacity batteries, such as Hyperion 6200 mAh for $18.99 on amazon (plus $9.99 honeycomb tpu case which goes on top of their battery cover). I haven't used Hyperion but read they really improved their product since S3 and Note 2 batteries supposed to be on par with Anker (which unfortunately stopped selling 6200 mAh). So you have choices, although you have to consider that Mugen will have THE BEST quality, and extra money is because they have their own R&D and international support and ship worldwide (other vendors are tied up to their "amazon" territories or ebay).
So, I would start by deciding if you do or don't need NFC. If it's part of your daily routine, then ZL is out of the question. Otherwise, it will be the best value. Maybe wait for a few days when they supposed to announce their rugged case. That can persuade your opinion as well
I hardly used NFC
But zl stops me from buying it coz of size and the thought that it will look really odd while attending phone call or using that thick a#s n2

Regarding dimensions...I took para from the zl thread
So let's start with dimensions to give you an idea of how triple capacity translates into footprint increase. Just for the reference, original Samsung OEM 3100 mAh battery is 75 mm x 56 mm x 5.6 mm (2.95" x 2.18" x 0.22") and weight of 54g (1.9oz). The new ZL9300 is 110.8 mm x 71.6 mm x 6.2 mm (thinner side) / 12.9 mm (stacked up side) -> 4.36" x 2.82" x 0.24" (thin) / 0.5" (thicker side). The weight of ZL9300 is 166g (5.9oz), and together with TPU case your Note 2 will clock in at 330g (11.7oz).

Im going to just say everything vectron says is 100% true and right. I do reccomend the ZL if you dont mind losing NFC. It is more cost effective and you shouldnt worry how big it is if it lasts you 3 DAYS!! LOL
you should use it for the heck of it to show the boss you are a busy man and working your a$$ off!

To reply to your IM and the question above, thickness of your phone will be the same with Mugen and ZL because triple capacity doesn't mean triple thickness since they spread/extend their 3rd battery. I guess you can see either of these batteries will double thickness of your phone, and then depending on case you use it can get bulkier. Mugen uses battery case and you might want to get additional tpu case on top of it (not sure it those honeycomb ones will fit?). With ZL you will not have a battery cover but rather a thinner tpu case that will server as battery cover and a case. Not sure how thick their rugged case going to be, but it will be dual layer.
In my opinion if your main requirement is to extend battery life and to save some money and you don't care about NFC, ZL will be a better choice for you, boss!

tks for replying.
(u must be think i am some kind of asshole.........but no i am nt) the point of me asking same thing again and again is i want to know the total thickness the n2 turns into (how thick is ur n2 after addin 0lemon in Cms /inch's) . i want to know this ........so that i can check/ imagine how thick n2 i will have to carrry (and i guess weight wise it must around 600gm ?)....................... i dont want to have pain in hands due to weight or face inconvenience in using !!
Once again..thanks for answering all my stupid questions. I hope u gonna answer this one with no twisted answers :silly: . boss
I will measure it once I get home, don't have ZL on now - only use it on the weekends.
And for the record, I don't think you are arsehole If I would, I wouldn't take my time to answer your questions

Be careful, if the batteries aren't properly made, they can go off (if it has a bad overcharge protection circuit). In India many people used to buy fake/duplicate Nokia batteries and had/have similar results, giving Nokia a bad name in some cases. Not often but definitely occurs. Just saying because it doesn't even mention the brand.
Better off with zerolemon battery and dual layer case.

Do not take the risk
wonder if it fits the Verizon model.
btw the zerolemon one has issues with obstructing the camera and the buttons not working very well. (at least from the few reviews I can find)
hmmm if someone has the zerolemon one can you let me know if the portion around the camera is able to be dremel'd away a bit?
Might have to get one and see if I can 3d scan-edit-3d print a new one at a friends house

That would be so epic! Keep us posted please! Lol
I contacted zerolemon about the case.
Looking at pictures from reviews and amazon/their own site, I have a feeling they changed the case around the camera.
the reviews I have seen show it more of a contoured shape but the one I see on amazon its square and a little further away from the camera.
If they changed it I may order one and see, if it blocks the camera I will see about dremelling around the contour and see if I can "fix" it lol.
I've got a Kinect set up and ill 3d scan the parts before hand and look at modifying for a 3d printer.
Ok got a response from zerolemon.
Hello,
Thanks for your question. The camera part of the case has been widened to fix the obstruction issue, but the power button doesn't change.
So the camera is fixed. No dremel needed.
The button issue might not be a deal breaker, I usually use knock on to wake it. Volume could be the clincher.
I'm gonna think about getting it since its half the cost of the mugen one and I like how the zerolemon one doesn't have the plug dangling.
According to the video review the verizon g2 does fit.
I know this is a kind of old thread but seriously, the pics on that eBay listing look horribly photoshopped. I would be very cautious buying this case. Look closely at the buttons, and why is the entire case clearly visible, except the top. The top part of the case is extremely blurry. I don't know, something looks fishy about it.
Hi Guys Here is the same one but cheaper.
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/3800...tery-Flip-Case-For-LG-G2-Free/1826951488.html
In a couple of weeks I'm going to give it a try the price makes me doubt of the product.
I have two ZeroLemon G2 battery cases (the seller sent an extra one and never responded when I emailed them), the second one is unopened. I'd be willing to sell for cheap if anyone is interested. It takes some work to get the case on correctly (specifically the volume and power buttons), but is otherwise about what you'd expect for such a product.

The one I'm using is square, so the unopened one is presumably square as well. I'll have photos up shortly. I'd be asking $20+shipping (I'm near Cleveland, OH). I can't imagine having a need for 7000 mah worth of G2 batteries in my house. The only time I ever use the case is when I'm driving Uber, I like to have Waze, Dash (connected to a Bluetooth OBD adapter), and audio going w/o having cords in the way, and that's the only way to do it.

This is everything that comes in the package, minus a couple of items. One is the glued-on screen protector. I didn't like it so I took it off. The other thing is there is a backing plate with styrofoam on the other side. This goes in where the battery would be if you are choosing to use the phone and case by itself, without the battery. I don't know where I placed mine, and I can't really see ever needing it anyway.
G2 case next to my old Nexus 4.
The camera and power buttons from the outside. I apologize for the quality of the shot, that bathroom mirror is dirty. I guess I could have just used the Nexus 4 to take a better picture, or my QX-10 attachment, but I was lazy.
Why would you need to use this? In my opinion it makes phone too big which isn't as comfortable at all!
Durability. I work where it can be dropped on a concrete floor easily. Or if in my pocket crushed. Plus the extra battery is nice.
Thank you Sean35. Just got the case today. The Verizon g2 does fit with a little extra efort. Agree the screen protector is coming off lol. Only issue i have is the "incompatible charger" bug. I am rooted running a custom kit kat rom so gotta figure that out.

Mugen Battery case

Anyone get this yet? I bought the first battery case available and It was great while it lasted but couple months just quit working. Thinking of getting this but damn $100 is a lot for a case
http://mugen.co/mugen-power-3700mah-battery-case-for-htc-one-m8.html
I bit the bullet and ordered this case, hopefully it will be much better than the cheap generic case which was great for 2 months than turned out to be crap.
Mugen appears to have a good reputation
I picked a 4600 Mah one off eBay for 29$ works great. Get 1.5 charges out of it
Yeah I bought one from mobilefun it was the first battery case available that I know of. It worked great would charge the phone real fast and was for the most part reliable. Than came the day that it refused to work at all...
BTW, picking it up tomorrow, pretty fast considering it shipped from China. That might explain the $20 shipping fee. Which is perfect I'll have it before I go camping next Wednesday
I'm eagerly awaiting to hear how this case works out for you. Very interested in it.. Can you post some pictures when you get a chance?
Just got the Case, will take pictures later. I can tell you that the case adds a lot of bulk. Protection seems better than the generic "power jacket" from mobilefun.com. still feels vulnerable if it were to fall in it's back. It says that it's charging "AC" as opposed to "USB" I was listening to music(not streaming) while using GPS and the it still appeared to charged as opposed to flat lining or worst draining.
The volume and power rockers are accessible however the case makes it difficult to actually use them. Taking the phone out of the case is a real challenge

Thanks for the first impressions and pictures! I don't mind the bulk if it substantially extends the life, but that volume rocker cutout is worrying. Wish they had built buttons into the case. Have you used headphones with it? Curious how snug that opening is...
Hell, I get 1 day 10 hours a charge according to GSAM I'd think if you doubled your battery capacity you'd be getting a lot more battery life than I am. I by no means a power user but I am on my phone a lot during the day. My biggest issue now is whether to charge when I get home at night or try and make it through the next day. It's a good problem to have. Right now I'm at 49% and I took it off the charger yesterday morning. I love this phone.
That case looks cool if you need the extra power. I'll keep it in mind if I need a power case.

It's honestly not that bad, I wouldn't say it's a game changer. I can easily charge it to a full charge. Today I charged the phone at 20% first half was heavy use GPS and YouTube when I got home. Then I let the phone be and it charged it to 80% now if I wasn't using GPS or wasting away for an hour on YouTube it would be 100%. After a full charge the battery will be dead. If I were to use it heavily the whole time I suspect I would get 60-70% which isn't terrible considering otherwise the phone would be dead. I do recommend this but I feel $100 is too steep. Shipping is $20 but it took me 3 days to ship from Hong Kong so I can't complain about cost of shipping. If you share on FB you get a $4 discount
all after market batteries come from china, and probaly from the same manufacture, they just slap a sticker on there to make it cost more.
buy some other brand for 15 bucks rather than 100 and it work just as good.

It's my understanding that mugen has a better reputation than some no name brand case which is why I took the chance. Mugen makes extended battery and cases for many phones such as Nexus, Samsung note and "s",s and I think iPhone. In any case I hope I don't regret this purchase. So far the device feels more premium and durable than the previous.
Being made by the same manufacturer doesn't always mean same product or quality. Coke may for example might make " Joe's Cola" does not mean that "Joe's" is as good as coke.
Mugen advertised that you can sync with this case... I call BS I can not, it will pop up on my computer as HTC one m8 mtp device than it disappears and reappears meaning it's connecting and disconnecting. That's a real bummer.
Another plus is that when you charge the phone it will charge the case secondly. So if you charge the phone over night you will have a fully charged phone and case

doesnt mean the product is bad, just mean one malfunction unit, you can buy another one and still better off than spent $100
And if that one dies? Just buy another one? So far I am really happy with this case, hopefully I will not have buyers remorse.
I get this case is too much for you, but the case has already been bought and its my money so really no point in trying to dissuade me

And you know why the cheap ones malfunction so much? Because part of what you pay for in the expensive models is the quality control and adherence to specifications during the manufacturing. So yeah, it's possible they are built in the same factories but that doesn't mean they're build to the same standard.
I'm all for saving money where I can, but I wouldn't try to save a few dollars on something as dangerous as a battery, which can and do explode/overheat while in your pocket or hand. But I guess that's up to you and your priorities.

*Update 50% discount code* Rugged Case for Note 5, a beast, Otterbox and UAG together

i have used Otterbox cases for years for my iPhones and galaxy note3 and my iPad 2 and 3 tablets. They are the primary choice for me , actually it should be only choice . Put on an Otterbox defender case for your phone , that definitely will turn your phone into a rugged device that can take a beat , if you do not mind the extra weight and the bulky!! I frankly have been afraid that I was going to drop my phone and beak it . But Today we are going to have a review for Note 5 from the Southern — Little Rock Series Defender Case for Note 5 from Little Rock Arkansas .Their Ceo contacted me via twitter , and offer a few samples to try out . Links on Amazon : Please click here

I have to say , this case is a besst , almost the same protection as otterbox ,but slimmer ;it looks like UAG , but have the extra front frame protection— a PC with a built-in Screen protector . (You need to peel 2 Seal Frame on the Screen protector before installation) The back cover is a clam shell polycarbonate shell combined with high quality PC .The inner pattern use a shockproof technology -so called bee hive suspension system, protects your phone from shock, vibration and scratches The ports are covered with flaps that are tight and designed to lock into place. They are designed to minimize the ingress of moisture or dust into the critical switches and ports. The phone front screen has a cover that covers all of it except the home button because of the fingerprint sensor. The edge of the case is high around the front of the phone and you can get the fingerprint sensor to work but because of the new higher angle of your finger's approach you may want to rememorize your finger prints. All of the controls are accessible and the dual cameras and flash are uncovered to allow you to still take good photos and videos. After several days use , It did protect my Note 5 from drops . It is a rugged style case , You should expect your phone gains some weight and thickness, but it is slimmer than Otterbox Defender . the case is durable as a beast. During the review , my little girl just slam this case several times against the wall as usual , seems like she is a very angry Titan try to destroy everything .But , as we all know , she needs some more energy to let me have a new iPhone 6s plus . The protection is paramount, and all other considerations—even inconveniences—are set aside. The Pros There are many pros. 1.In addition to the outer foam, there is an inner bee hive pattern that further cushions the back of the Phone 2.To me , the out side silicone is just like an armor , i feel like my phone just like a sodier in a battle . 3.Fully cover the front screen , it does protect the vulnerable and valuable touch screen .but will not affect any functions 4.Fully Access to all the ports , you can use all the function without take it out the case . 5. For 16 Dollars , is quite good price for me and my family .You will never know how much you need to pay after the marriage and Children, 6. The button works perfect , and it works with my wireless charger The Cons 1.It is not easy to take the phone out of the case , that might takes you serveal times until you get pissed off 2.This Case is a little bulky 3.The bottom silicone cover might get a little bit loose in the future , which i am worried about, in 1 years maybe Durable , easy to carry , bulky but rugged , lower price with full otter box function , i recommend it for everyone ,who wants to have full package protection

Great Case!
Instead of starting another thread with a review, just wanted to +1 the OP. This case is a great value at twice the price! The fit is on point, and it's the first time I have had a full cover case like this that I am keeping on my phone. It isn't nearly as bulky as the Otterbox, but offers every bit of the protection. Looks good, everything works great...I forget the whole thing is covered!
