HI,
I was trying to root my phone and at some point along the way i ended up gettin a screen with a phone lying next an exclamation mark.
I can still go into HBoot and i do have a goldcard, can i save my phone??
Edit: I hve no idea why but my phone has miraculasly fixed itself, so im am very sorry for my premature cry for help but im sure you can understand my deperation in trying to make my phone work again.

i am sure we all can understand ur desperation....
i gues what u have done to ur phone is, while rebooting u must have pressed some keys like home & end or menu simultaneously... that has taken u to an intermediate level before u get the recovery mode....
at that point of time u got scared right ??? its normal.... anyway enjoy... u got ur phone working by itself.... cool...
Hi guys i need some help i want to remove the 2.2 from my wildfire i cant get into recovery as wen i try i get the red no go signal ive look all over google to try for find out how to get recovery back on to my phone and no luck. i think i may have got the wrong 2.2 cos my phone seems to be slow i cant use unrevoked cos there isnt a root for it yet so if anyone out there knows how to do please let me know

I have a problem with my nexus one that started when i used to power it on .. it stucked with the boot menu ( the X that appears when u start the phone ) and doesnt boot to android so i rooted it and tried to install a rom but it didnt work... and now when i press the power botton it vibrates 3 times and doesnt boot... also when i try to access the bootloader it doesnt access it...
is there any solution that i can reset it to be able to enter bootloader?? because as i know that i cant do anything if i cant get to bootloader..
please help me with this problem because i am hoping that its not bricked and i dont wanna throw it away...

What do you mean you rooted it? Do you mean you unlocked the bootloader (that's entirely different, by the way), or something else?
What exactly have you flashed on it and how (specifically) did you do it?
It's kinda irrelevant how he got there. I can't think of any way to access a phone that won't boot - can you?

i meant by rooting that i unlocked it and installed a rom like cyanogenmod and modaco but both didnt work, i mean when i power it on, it get stuck on the X in the boot menu.. and now it wont boot to this menu and i cant access the bootloader..
well i thought that since i cant access the bootloader then i wont be able to do anything but i thought that i can ask here since guys u are expert with this phone so if u can think of anyway to reset the mobile... and i hope its not a hardware failure :S

I have the same problem here... Cant access to the bootloader menu my phone cant do anything except charging and vibrating 3 times while I'm trying to power-on it
cant see nothing on the screen . always black screen
Before what is happening now I tried ROM Modaco & Cynogenmod with recovery image Amon_RA
Note: My Nexus One is bootloader UNLOCKED.

Did you do a nanodroid backup? If yes, then flash it.
If no, just reflash the ROM.
