Don't worry you just Bootloop.
What you have to do is download rsdlite, the motorola driver and the firmware were you come from (EU, GB, DE...), it's an ".xml" file.
Install the driver and rsdlite 6.0.4 on your computer.
After, you have to power on your phone in fastboot mode so press the volume down button and power on in the same time during 5s or 6s, your phone will boot in fastboot mode, stay in this mode and connect your phone to your computer.
To finish, open rsdlite, (you'll see your phone connect) select your ".xml" file and click start.
That's all
If it's not working there's an other solution but normally it'll work like charm!

I'm new to this phone, but my old motorola defy, when in bootloop, need cache/data wipe.
Start with cache, if still don't work, wipe all data.
Hope it works.
Try this:
Download fastboot file here:
http://koushikdutta.blurryfox.com/G1/
Dezip your xml file which you download before ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1933308 ), take the file "boot.img" and put it on your desktop.
Dezip the files from fastboot.zip on your desktop
On your phone go into fastboot mode and connect it to the pc.
Open a terminal (right click, as administrator), write:
"cd desktop"
and after:
"fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Press enter, wait....
your phone reboot!
Hi,

I can't see the file boot.img in your directory
The file boot.img is named boot_signed so rename it.
If you don't arrived download the firmware where you come from and dezip it (you'll see it that's obliged)

Hi all I am following the info for this rooting method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544654 when i get to the section where i try and type comands in with the phone in fastboot i get errors saying cant load radio.img and it won't find the device with "adb devices" command but it will find it if the phone is on and running and pluged in to usb its a rogers htc dream using sdk 1.6 any ideas ?
what kind of phone do you have?
He has a rogers htc dream.
If it says it cannot load the .img make sure it is in the folder that you are operating from. If that still doesn't work, then make sure you have adb/fastboot properly set up

there is a sticky in this section and it points to another guide if you can't get it with that one.
I think the problem is getting the computer to recongize the phone in fastboot mode because when I try adb devices it returns a device but when the phone is completly booted but will not return device in fastboot runing windows sdk 1.6 and I updated the driver

the phone wont be recognized as a fastboot device if it is fully booted. It has to be in fastboot mode to be recognized. Boot phone into fastboot (back+power) then your 3 androids skateboarding screen. it will say fastboot. plug in your cable and it will say fastboot usb. then try fastboot devices.
Should it matter when I plug in the usb cable have tried putting it fastboot mode already pluged in and it says fastboot usb but the commands don't work should I plug the cable in after fastboot is started
It shouldnt matter.
allright got all the steps to work except for install the new update it gives me errors and says "e:can't open /sdcard/update.zip
(bad)
installation aborted"
What am i doing wrong?
you need some vodka, it will all work out ok then

i got that one and the md5 didn't match, re-download your rom.
Windows users should already have :
<<adb drivers>>

and
<<usb drivers>>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
so u did root. u unlocked bootloader. u flashed a recovery and u installed a new rom. one day u start "digging" things to see if u can delete all the unwanted files so u make the phone faster and accidentally u deleted an important file and now it cant boot and it cant go into recovery. you are wondering what you CAN do now ! The answer is : Everything !
You can either go back to stock rom or
you can re-flash the recovery and then reinstall the rom.
1. Download the platform tools for your machine ( windows , linux or mac-os ). Here i have the adb fastboot for you.
2. Copy the recovery image to a location on your computer thats easier for you. The recovery image should have .img extension. If it is in a zip file, extract the .img file from it before proceeding.
3. Connect the phone to the pc and open cmd inside the fastboot folder you downloaded ( windows ). The others not on windows must use cd [path to their desktop,inside the platform tools where they see the adb file].
** If you are on a boot loop but the pc gets to recognize the phone even for a second then
4. Type
i) adb reboot-bootloader
ii) fastboot flash recovery recovery.img ( the command is: fastboot flash recovery [recovery image path/filename] )
5. When its done , reboot. Hold Volume down and power button to see if u get in recovery mode. :highfive:
Install the rom now the way you already know. There are many guides for that so i won't make a new.
cheers :good:
**Windows users can use this fastboot to unlock bootloader too. Lite fastboot commands guide provided here
**Linux users don't even need to download it , they can just directly download it from their terminal
I hope this thread helps a little those that dont know what to do when they delete an important file. *Pictures coming soon*
I have a serious problem, I installed the B133 and now the update and has left me a window constantly open
"Sorry, Unfortunaly the process com.android.phone has stopped." and do not let me do anything
I already restored but I get the fine not to the cust, any ideas?
how the Reverting back 2.3
I got the same problem and I can't go back to 2.3,pls someone help us :/
GuyS
Try to flash 2.3 recovery and dload it..
How do I flash it?I don't understand how because of huawei that is too complicated..
You need adb tools, google how to install them and enable USB debugging. After installing put the recovery image into the adb folder and type
cd c:/[position of the adb folder]
adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
Fastboot flash recovery recovery[name of recovery].img
Fastboot reboot
The problem is that I simply can't do anything when my phone is on!I only get a message that says "unfortunately com.android.phone has stopped" so I can't go to the settings and enable the usb debug mode
Boot the phone pressing volume down and power let's you directly get into the bootloader.. So just use the two Fastboot orders
So,I'm on the bootloader..Now when I try to open fastboot on my pc,only a black tab appears and disappears after a sec,is that normal?

u need to get 2.3 recovery from somewhere I dont have it.. put it in there in folder and flash it there is command first one..
if u want u can force 2.3 ROM via adb .. with second command
I think I have a recovery from huaweiupdateextractor..
This is what I get,and it seems like fastboot doesn't recongnize my phone..

u need to be in bootloader.. and those your typed commands are nonsense .. type ; fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (when u copy your 2.3 extracted ..
Edit : Sorry, nonsense. Didn't saw post above
This is what i get.. View attachment 3078641
And by bootloader you mean the system recovery?Where I can do a factory reset?
Type: Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Then you are able to flash another firmware or to do a Factory reset
I typed it several times,but I don't understand why it always shows "cannot determine image filename for recovery.img" like on the screenshot I posted earlier,I don't understand because I moved the recovery into the ADB folder
edit:It worked when I deleted the second adb folder I had earlier..But now the thing is that it stays on "waiting for device" even if I'm in recovery mode
You wrote a couple of things, but not those four words...??!
---------- Post added at 07:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:33 PM ----------
I think I mentioned the mistake. You need administrator rights for this procedure, it looks like if you run cmd as a normal user..?

Hello community I need your help!
I was running CM 12.1 on my tablet and I wanted to make a factory reset, well... I did and because the tablet has to restart, it did and since then I got stuck on the TeamWin logo page
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
And I cannot go to the option, it just stays there
This are some of the output I get from ADB
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>adb devices
List of devices attached
0123456789ABCDEF recovery
And if I uses "adb reboot fastboot" it does, but then the output of "adb devices" and "fastboot devices" is null
I have tried a lot commands, but I always get the same results <waiting for device>
My drivers are working.
I already unplug/plug/restart the table but the <waiting for device> is still there
I still tried with this tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1951254 but it doesnt work, event trying a fastboot command manually doesn't work.
Any ideas!! please help!

I have the exact same problem i have been trying all day to find a fix but no luck D;
Fixed it DUDE I Kinda Found A Fix i can know access TWRP DDD
1. Download This https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B4lZE...xport=download
2.connect kindle to pc and boot up the kindle normally
3.extract the Zip and open tha bat file
4. select option 4 It should then say waiting for device
5.open up cmd adb and type adb reboot-bootloader then it should say clearing cashe or user data then after about a min power off ur device then power it back on
6.then it should now say clearing cashe or user data On of them then after a min switch of ur device then back on and team win should load the next problem is that i cant send files through to my kindle so i cant flash anything. maybe i need newdrivers cna someone link me to one.
Edit; reboot The device again and it should boot into cm12 but once again im stuck in a boot loop and unsure of what to do the boot loop is just the cm12 logo it does not go onto the actual os
nvm lol wait about 5 mins it should boot.
Solved: This thread may be deleted, sry for bothering you.
I wasnt aware of how to get into fastboot from the stock recovery: Turn off device (Hold down VOLUME UP, VOLUME DOWN and POWER at the same time for a few seconds), remove SD card (in case there's a ZIP that will get auto executed) and boot into bootloader (VOLUME DOWN and POWER for a few seconds).
Old post:
Hello Community!
I'm stuck on the stock recovery with neither fastboot nor adb recognising my device and flashing from SD card giving me "check cid failed, Invalid operation".
How did it come to this:
Tried out Costum ROMs (Linage & Carbon),
restored old backup with TWRP
thought I'd wanna see the stock ROM,
flashed boot image and stock recovery according to this guide
thought it would be a good idea to reboot
regret the last part cause stuck on recovery.
What does it look like atm:
When I turn on the phone, it will stay in the booting screen for some time (white background, "HTC powered by android"), go black, go booting screen again and then go stock recovery (black background, red rectangle with exclamation mark inside)
So I hold VOLUME UP and press POWER, which gets me here:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Tried them all, check cid failed, invalid operation.
When connecting to PC, Windows gives me the devices recognition sound, but adb and fastboot act as if no connection:
What else did I try:
Uninstalled HTC drivers, reboot, install HTC sync manager, uninstall sync manager but leave drivers.
tried different ports and cables as well as SD cards
I don't get why it won't flash from SD card. I tried with different TWRPs in zip, rar and img format, named them 0P8BIMG.* and 0P6BIMG.*
When there's no SD card inside it gives me an error, so it does recognize the SD card.
Last but not least about the bootloader: I locked and unlocked the bootloader shortly before this all happened, so I guess the bootloader is unlocked. However after all I'm merely a noob in all of this, so what do I know.
Any unbricking suggestions?
