Is is possible for someone to create a flashable ICS V301 zip via clockworkmod as i am currently running cm7 rom and smartflash tool is not working properly on my pc therefore i cannot update to the official LG stock rom or a custom rom that uses the new partition layout.
Thank you in advance
No, you need to flash it to get the new bootloader.

if smartflash does not work...no issues
just go to Stefan's thread and use NVFlash....you are done mate
if you are not on new bootloader and not interested in flashing the new bootloader and change partitions, then the only ones available ROM is MIUI and Tonyp&Harsh's ROM

kindly please direct your query to Arky's thread and the Moonrom thread with regards to flashing the respective roms... lets help make the DEV section clean.... Thanks....
To answer your question : as per instructions on those threads... make sure you flashed CWM recovery or FeaMod recovery (1.2 or 1.4) before you can flash any CWM based rom. I think moonrom v.4 uses the new KQB rom so you have to flash it first via odin then install CWM / FeaMod recovery to flash the said rom...
Hello Guys..I am Experia user,.now I want to learn about how to mod Galaxy mini.

first you will need to be on gingerbread
then you should install cwm recovery from Odin (no unlocking required)
then just choose your favourite rom and flash with cwmr

I search and get a thread that I can start to root and instal cwm on froyo ,is that right?
how about kernel and unlock bootloader ??do you mean the default kernel has support all custom rom ??
no need to root froyo just upgrade to gb with the help of Odin multi downloader
we have recovery.img so no need to change the kernel and in every rom its supported kernel is baked
so I must upgrade to official ginger then rooting and instal cwm ??
yes you will need to be on gingerbread either official or unofficial
and rooting is not required to install cwm recovery
and a big warning is do not use rom manager on this phone to install cwm, mobile will get brick

do you mean no need root to upgrade & mod this device??
yes no root for installing custom rom
as we are not flashing recovery from from manager and Odin do not require root
but if you want to be on stock and want to modify it then you will need root
Thanks for your time....nice to see this forum,God bless you !!!

Bootloader unlocking is the case of HTC phones. In Samsung phone, you don't've to worry about unlocking bootloader

Make a backup of your Data and Apps with Titanium Backup and Flash Back to ICS or JB with LG Flash Tool for clean Installation and remember always make a nondorid back up before you install any custom Roms in future.
Good Luck.
Don't Forget to thank SnXo for his post about flashback to ICS or JB.
THIS WILL RETURN YOUR PHONE TO STOCK SETTINGS.
YOU WILL LOSE ROOT, CUSTOM RECOVERY AND ANY DATA ON YOUR PHONE.
This is a Stock Rom for the D405 ONLY.
It's the latest 10D version.
Wipe System, Data and Cache and flash it with your custom recovery (works with TWRP).
This takes some time (10-15 minutes), so be patient

doest it work with D405n ???
No, it doesn't.

It is the latest official ROM, I just made a flashabele zip because the mentioned method didn't work for me.
I downloaded the kdz file for my phone (D405), extracted it and put the image files in a zip that I found for the 405n.
Is it possible whit a prerooted version of this?

I think that's not the sense of a completly stock ROM. It's just STOCK.
See other posts to root the L90....
great work
you saved my life many times, do you plan to make flashable zip of lollipop? or even older of d405?

If you want fast and stable custom rom, then try this: New build of CM10.2 in [Team Canjica] CyanogenMod 10.2 thread.

The phone is too old to stay many developers (not much left) :crying:
Here is CWM: update.zip
If you need kernel, then after flash this: [Kernel][3.0.101] MK kernel r6
I think these files are only going on I9070 phone. I'm not sure that will be fine on i9070p.
If I'm wrong, someone correct me.

Oh yeah great suggestion
Tomorrow i prepare ODIN and flash the latest official rom. After that from stock recovery i thinks i can flash the root.zip for root access....... using flashify for installing recovery and after that finally installed this 10.2 and after that install the kernel here.
I thinks it's not the best solution...... but it's but it's better than nothing I need only to use this i9070 only for emergency or backup smartphone

This is the right order for me after Odin;
in recovery: wipe, flash update.zip, flash mkkernel zip, flash root.zip and then custom rom + gapps.
I don't flash kernel on custom rom. You know that you need it or not. I think that's unnecessary. I would rather flashing kernel before flashing custom rom.
