Google's Intelligence - Nexus 7 General

Friends, check and see the intelligence level of GOOGLE NOW yourself. Ask "what is photo viewer" and post what you get. Again, ask "tangent of 90 degrees" to get an unbelievable answer.

Tangent to 90 degrees - some 1.6333 blah blah
This one is good,

Most expensive app you have seen. :)

Title says it all! I don't think this has been dome before so, What is the most expensive app you have seen? Preferably keep it android play store/ market, but I know there are some ridiculously high apps on iOS, so those can be posted too.
To begin, app I've seen was smartstay app for 160$!
Another was some kind of home security app that was 500$!

Modern Combat 4 nexus 5 clan

Hello nexus 5 community. On the xperia play we had a clan for mc4 and planning on making one for nexus 5. Who's interested? And what should we call it?
Put your usernames down here so we can add each other (for other Gameloft games too) and leave a suggestion for a name if you have one.
NAME IDEAS
(Mine)- just throwing out lots of choices
*nexus nighthawks
*nexus nightmares
*nexus thunder
*nexus raptors
*nexus five falcons
*nexus alliance
*nexus Furies
(Others)
*the nexi
*nx5
*hammerheads
*n5n
Sorry for the rough looking thread I'm doing this from my phone.

Wow I can't believe that wasn't the first thing we thought of lol
Also please post your usernames guys so we can play online together and make a clan one we decide on a name and who wants to be in it.
Even if you don't want to be in the clan just put your username so we can play online
Sent from my Nexus 5 using xda app-developers app
Once I receive the device and download the game I'll be sure to post my username. In the meantime the hammerheads is a pretty sweet clan name IMO
Hammerheads isn't bad. But remember to add your clan its limited to 3 letters.
On the xperia play forum it was XPR = Xperia Play Reapers. For the nexus 5 I think it could be a bit trickier to make something fit with 3 letters.
How about NX5 or Nexus 5 Nightmares... N5N? Thoughts?
Edit - to add me my name is,
jgregoryj1
Edit 2 - thank you abdel12345 for taking the reins on this. appreciate it.

When you enter a clan name from within MC4 it limits you to am abbreviation of 3 letters. So unless it was allowed up to 5. It could be HMRHD. I'll try it again now... But last time I looked at it a couple days ago it was still restricted to three letters.

Normally I'd agree with your point, but here I think this thread has value - if perhaps for only a limited time. I've been reading the other thread religiously, but it -- like many threads lately, has become (understandably) heavily involved with operation on "L". It also branches off on many (valid) tangents on the subject - which is absolutely the point of the thread. However, easily lost in all that is this one simple tip that seems to resolve the one key, basic problem for those of us on KK who have the update & who are otherwise fully compliant and increasingly frustrated -- this gets it to work. So, for the sake of clarity & simplicity, I feel this is a perfectly reasonable & extremely valuable topic for the week or two... or three in which some number of us will be endlessly checking to see if we've finally had the feature flipped on. At the very least, the clarity of the thread title alerts members that some of us may actually need to "Force" it to work.
In other cases I'm not nearly so keen on breaking down subjects to such a granular level.

Go take a nap NaterTots, you're apparently grumpy. Despite what he wrote in the first post, this is a very helpful thread. The other thread didn't even have this solution, and goes about installing various APKs to get it working. In this case, you type 3 words into the app and it now works. Hugely nice.

That I kinda doubt. There was great flexibility in 4.4, but an early update (either KK or Search, can't recall which) cut us back to just OK Google. I suppose they wanted to limit chances of accidental triggers. With hotword everywhere I'd think they have even more of an incentive to keep this limitation in place. Ah well, it's no big deal but I can't help felling just a bit goofy reciting that script. :silly:
Nope no dice :crying:

Lousy 'trick' will only work on after the device is actually enabled. As to country-centred that's why I expected it to still work on UK English. I had only changed to US English out of frustration as I was waiting & waiting for the feature to kick in. I'm not actually in the UK, but I do prefer her speaking voice.
This kind of messed up my voice search. It recognized "ok google" to open up the search but nothing else. I had to delete Search data to get it working properly again. =\
