[Q] "Unauthorized Request" Stock Browser - Galaxy S I9000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
I dont remember the exact time after which firmware I received such problem. Now on CM10 stock browser always loads blank page "Unauthorized Request" while opening any page.
Phone can't connect to the Internet, but calling/messaging/wifi works perfect.
APN configured correctly, data option enabled.
Google knows nothing about such problem: "Unauthorized Request"
Tried another modems - problem remains.
Help!

Problem fixed. It seems it the problem was on the mobile provider side. Calling to service center completely solved problem.

[Q] Can't send text messages on vibrant? please help

I got a new galaxy s bell vibrant today because i lost my old one :'(. After unlocking and flashing for hours (it was difficult because it came with froyo 2.2 and was hard to downgrade), i finally got it running darkys extreme 9.something and I've got data, calls... everything working well with good reception.
The Issue: I cant SEND text messages, but I can receive them
i've checked my APN settings and they seem to be fine.
Any ideas?
Edit: I've noticed that my phone does not know its own number (shows up as unknown)
Put A ROM ON that does not break your phone .

I encountered a similar issue just yesterday after weeks of no issues. After some digging, found that the SMSC number is missing.
Which provider are are you using? Once you know, do a search for <provider> smsc number.
I presume you may be using the stock messaging app. If so, go to Menu, Settings, Message Center. Enter here.
When I tried via codes option, it would not work.
I hope this helps.

[Q] MMS dissapearing on Galaxy Note

So I did a search but couldn't find anything related to my problem.
Galaxy note, from Germany. Currently on LA6 recently rooted, but the problem was present prior to rooting as well.
Most of the times when I receive a MMS it is either not downloaded at all (yes the download automatically setting is set) or shortly after it is downloaded the message dissapears. It's like its deleted. Without me ever seeing it.
This happens with the stock message app as well as chomp.
Even if the message was not downloaded and the little - failed to retrieve message- is displayed, that dissapears in front of my eyes. As if automatically gets deleted.
Any ideas or anybody else had the problem?

[Q] Issue with out going MMS

My phone just suddenly stopped being able to send mms/picture messages (it was working fine uptill yesterday). No new apps have been installed, tried battery pulls but its still not working. When i try to send them. the phone will say "sending" but the message never gets sent, it will just stay that way until i delete the message.
Im in Pakistan so am using the international GSM note gt-n7000. Funny thing is, I am receiving mms just fine and can browse the net using the data network connection aswell.
I was on stock GB when the issue started and now just updated to stock ICS 4.0.3 and the problem still persists.(im non rooted btw)
Also the few other people i know who have the same network as me, but are in another city are experiencing no problem whatsoever.
I have tried everything i could think of, using the default access point settings as well as manually entering them but nothing seems to work.
Could this be a problem with my phone and not my network?
Hi, I am having same issues on AT&T: i am unable to send/receive MMS/connect to inet. Everything worked fine before the ICS update.

I would suggest that you call ur operator pertaining to this matter.
By the way, could you tell us what is your Modem, kernel and ROM?

its all stock, have yet to root the phone, the ics is the official Germany release. The problem started when i was on GB and persisted when i came over to ICS... i can cope with a network problem, just hope its nothing hardware related..
Do you have other Sim card from other operator? That is another way to isolate the issue

[Q] MMS Downloading Error

Hey all,
Recently, my Galaxy will not download any sort of MMS messages, whether they be picture messages or part of group messages. The message will just be a pending download for a minute or two, then stop and say "Error: network error occurred". I have contacted AT&T tech support many times, where they reset my phone's connection to the network. I will get exactly two MMS to come through and then the problem starts again. Every third MMS, I have to contact tech support again.
My phone is rooted with towelroot, but I noticed the problem before I rooted it. Any suggestions on what this might be? I'm about at the point of trying a factory restore on the phone to see if it fixes it, but I'd rather not if at all possible. Thanks!
Try setting the apn for the phone. After installing a ROM from the international S5 my phone wouldn't download MMS. I fixed it by setting my apn.

Xiaomi mi3 on Android lollipop by Ivan MMS problem

I want to say Hi first.
And now to the problem- my mi3 does not send nor receive any MMS or other file related messages (such as carrier setting messages) since I installed the Ivan rom, nobody else reported this issue on the romrom page so there is no fix, this is weird enough because everything else works perfectly (including sms, Internet etc.) i only discovered this issue by an accident.
My by someone will tell me how to fix it, because I need to sometimes send MMS
From which country are you from?
Poland, on the stock rom everything was fine (except of multitasking-thats why i switched)
Ok, because in France I had the same problem, I had to change the MMSC from my MMS APN to http://212.27.40.225 instead of http://mms.free.fr .
It seems to be a problem shared with Samsung devices, so you should start with a google search like "MMSC [your carrier] samsung"
problem is that i already changed the APN i tried several ones, and even if my APN was wrong the phone should receive Carrier messages (Carrier settings) no problem.
Surprisingly, the factory reset helped (and I lost all my data because the cwm recovery corrupted the backup ) anyway the problem is solved.
