Lag Killer - HTC Incredible S

Don't know if you guys have seen this.

I use Sabsa Prime v10.0. Seems to have helped with lag on my Rom.
Says it can be used on all android devices.

Post in Android General.

As you can see, this is posted from my Incredible S, in the Incredible S forum to assist those with an Incredible S complaining of lag on their Incredible S custom Rom on their Incredible S phones.
Really...get a grip.
I.......that's my finger.

I meant post it in the Android General Section as well so that it can assist ppl with lag on other phones/roms.. U did say that it worked on all android phones..
Figure out what i mean before jumping to conclusions.

I'm not sure about this...
I am waiting on what experienced respected devs say about it.

Best ROM with full functionality???

Hey all, need a ROM with full functionality like MMS and WiFi hotspot. Also, good battery life, etc. Bare ICS or jb is preferable! But anything will do, cheers

If you want everything working and good performance, ARHD is it.
Its not the latest in terms of android or sense, but everything is working.
I see you're already on it The sense 4 ports are having problems with hotspot, but a desire s dev fixed it in his kernel, hopefully l0st.prophet will implement the fix soon in his kernel

I have to agree with @vizzy regarding this...
sorry, not trying to annoy you but you can at least read a few pages regarding the bugs in the ROM
i know the dev doesnt always put all the bugs in the first page, but you can always scan the last few pages to see the bugs being reported by others.
@vizzy is not complaining, but he's only telling you the least thing you can do. There are too many ppl asking the same question all over again without searching.
hope you understand ...
regarding roms, i really like MIUI.. you should give it a try
this thread isn't pointless at all. infact I was just looking for a ROM like this - pure ICS/JB, Wifi Hotspot working (don't care too much for MMS)... etc.
I think Ice Cold Sandwich is a good one. Wifi Hotspot defo works, not sure about MMS. There are a couple bugs, like if you update the YouTube app it stops working, but if you leave it at its current version its fine. And its bare ICS, so battery life should be good
There are also a couple of JB ROMS, but I don't think Hotspot works well on those.

Depends entirely on what your experience is. There's a big difference between learning to cook having never cooked a thing in your life, and learning to cook French cuisine if you're already a master sushi chef.
I'll play it safe and say I've never cooked a thing in my life, but my dad is also a system engineer and could help if I needed it. I'd rather learn without his help.

Start with an RUU. Run the RUU on your PC. Stop at the first screen after it's done loading, don't proceed, but don't close the window. Start/Run and type %TEMP% and hit enter (this will take you to your user temp folder). Sort the folders by date and open the newest. Here you should find Rom.zip. Use this as your base ROM in the kitchen. Root it, deodex it (or not), zipalign it, etc - and you end up with a flashable ROM from an RUU

Sry, I was just expecting that it would be an easy question for regular users who come here a lot (A)

I'm still on cm7.2 and I will be until we can get a new kernel. And it's able to handle almost any game I throw at it. Was on ARHD before that but not the same experience. Haven't updated my signature though

I run what's in my sig and it works great. I currently have 780 MB of free space on my internal storage. Combine that with clocking at 1.6 ghz and you've got a gaming powerhouse. I can run cod zombies with no lag and fancy graphics turned up. No sense user can achieve that.

The thread was taken down because it appears that there are still venom files in the rom it is under review.
If the moderator team finds out these roms the original by chun and the one just posted are being passed around via PM actions will be taken on the members involved.
Both these roms appear to be in violation of xda rules.
Using the work of others without permission and Turge has had made quite clear that he has given no such permission to any of the parties involved.
