[Q] SuperChargerV06 vs Adrenaline vs Seeder entropy generator - XPERIA X8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Can some one please tell whats the difference between SuperChargerV06 and Adrenaline ..Although both of the them are meant for performance improvement ,i would like to know which one is better. . And how are these both different from Seeder Entropy. Can we use any combination of the above ??

As you'll find from reading this site, everyone has an opinion. These vary greatly. Some don't even "tell it as it is" and prefer to make themselves look superior to others by basically lying..
Best you carry out your own research and find what's best for your system. Post your results here to inform others!
Cheers..

1-Adrenaline boost is for GPU acceleration (graphic processing unit)
2-supercharger boost your ROM with some Tweaks like increasing RAM memory, improve responsibility,etc...
3=They are two different tweak & you can use them together
backup then try them ,cause it's a little bit hard
sent using" ultimate - ics - standard"

I myself use supercharge and seeder both combined and it works as charm..
sent from my phone using hands and brain...

Well Seeder can be enabled for both the tweaks!! And If You running on JB you might have a problem while patching the services.jar, as in after you patch them, after a while the services.jar stops to work and ur phone is stuck!! So i suggest Ram manager PRO!! if u runnig JB or else supercharger works like a charm!!

How to get max performance on 2.1 android ?

As title says i wanna know how to get max performance on stock 2.1 android
-Install Ram Manager Free and set 'Balance' mode
-Remove bloatware using titanium backup
-I don't recommend OC because if you enable the stock kernel OC module it will underclock the GPU and the phone will be slower, so on 710 MHz it's like 600 without the module.

dx's oc module actually underclocksat below 700mhz. so if he overclocks above that he should be fine. but i agree that it's better to not oc unless needed.

1. Don't use overclock with stock kernel
2. Facebook may lag your phone (don't install it if you doesn't use)
3. Ram Manager Pro is a great memory manager, u can use Supercharger V6 too
4. add the tweaks for 2.1 of this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1289539

I probably would not go for this older version, OK it has higher OC and so runns probably faster if it runs at all.
If you really want to take a OC kernel from Hellmanor I would go for one of those:
Download Adagio 0.1a - Stable version - http://d-h.st/cCW or/and
Download Adagio 0.1a - Stable version HIGH VOLTAGE - http://d-h.st/Uck
There is just this problem when somebody makes a ROM he probably wants a lot of ppl to use it and when you use a OC kernel that some ppl can't even get to run it's not to good. But yes speek with Hellmanor maybe he makes a version of his kernel with no or lower OC for the ROM and when that works they can always try a other version with higher OC.

i contacted him for a special kernel with only gpu oc and some stuff regarding battery and ondemand govenor ,, if it gets well i will post my rom asap ,, if not i will use gabwerkz's echlon kernel ,, i know some of u will have gps problems but i will try to fix it  ,,but thats if hellmanor's kernel isnt good which is 99.9% not gonna happen
Well I am using Toccata 0.3 and it is unbelievably smooth and very battery efficient (phone goes in deep sleep after 5secs) also the governors he implemented and the freq table used are good too!
I recommend you try Adagio 0.1a High Voltage
Sent from my LG-P970 using Tapatalk 2
I will try with that kernel ...

Go ahead release it with any working kernel
@rrgrrg
We can try different kernels available (StrongAccord, ZG or whatever). Later we can feedback which one works best. Later you can release a patch if you want.
By the way, there is a new V30c released by LG. Feedback is good, see if you can integrate...Thanks
ok now hellmanor made me a kernel with these specs based on v30c
-Ondemand tweaked for more battery
-some battery tweaks
-gpu OC to 280mhz
-leds are only white ,,its better for the ui :fingers-crossed:

And please use a dark theme. White is too bright and annoying. Ics is supposed to be dark.

Personall I like white UI :/ It's what makes Lg stad out somehow in terms of ICS
Btw having smartassv2 and conservative in the kernel would be great! conservative for screen off (set in setcpu) and smartassv2 is more battery efficient than ondemand... And why no blue leds I don't really mind but... it makes our OB looks like any other Android phones lol

Stock rom with V6 Supercharger?

Hello i installed STOCK ICS via kdz flash and now i wanted to know if its usefull to install the supercharger script or not.
Hi. You can use Supercharger of course, but it's a bit harder on ICS as it you have to manually patch service.jar etc.
So I would suggest you to install a stock-based ROM from here in the O2X Development section, for example DjangoManoucheX, LG Fuzion, CivZ Multi Flex, and all the others with the [ICS] pretag. Most of these CONTAIN integrated V6 Superchargers with patched service.jar. They all look and do the same as the stock ICS you just installed, but, in my opinion, they are much smoother, stable, etc. I'm using DjangoManoucheX myself and it's one of the best experiences I've had with my phone.
If you don't want to root or flash a custom ROM, then just follow zeppelinrox's exact instructions in his V6 Supercharger thread to get the full experience. However, it uses too much CPU, as some people stated it in the past weeks, so it may drain your device's battery faster, and other disadvantages. I hope I could help.
Ok thank you. Because of the drain i/we (a friend of me, and me) dont use dmx or other custom roms atm... customroms = gps bugged/bad camera
stock roms drain too much.. i must say the STOCK is really smooth aswell.. but maybe as u said the V6 is draining in the other roms... atm we got ~1.6% bat usage per hour

I've got the same drain, I hibernated all the apps with Greenify I could, so there aren't so much things running in the background. Also DMX doesn't use SuperCharger, it's still super smooth. If you don't got any problems with stock ROM's smoothness then dont bother supercharging it IMO, it affects multitasking and a few other things too negatively.
