Since CM10.1 it is impossible to dial from the phonebook submitted to my handsfree in my Opel Insignia. The phonebook is correct, I can choose a number, but then nothing happend. If i dial dirct from the phonebook on my SGS everything works fine. Also incomming calls working fine.
In CM 10 it works without the described error. What can i do?

I have been installed microsoft voice dialing 1.6 and i get enabled voice dialing with my bluetooth headset and enabled reciving calls with headset.Because this microsoft program is very,very,very bad( Sometimes it is work ,sometimes not,it is very hard to speak name from contacts 40%,and if you changed name you must to spell it right and have conflict with other names in contact)
I instaled now VOICE2GO and must say it the best of the best voice program.
You can record your contact name or comand and it is working for 100%, and you have macros and can do everything that you imagine with voice dialing.
But i can only recived calls via my bluetooth device and can not make calls via headset.I must first make call via mobile phone and then it is transferd via blutooth headset.It is very strange because i can make call with headset only for last dialed phone number.
How are yours experinces with this program ,sony ,and bluetooth headsets.

Use Jack's Rom version 2.8 or later. When you install Voice Dialer pressing the bluetooth button will start it.

so any other ROM wont start voice dialing by pressing a button on bluetooth headset?
I'm using generic ROM and i installed voice2go and MS voice command but i can't find out how to dial using my bluetooth...

You need Audio Gateway profile, a system driver in your OS that makes your device receive incoming sound stream using BT headset. If you have it then it should work. You should get this driver browsing the web site of your device manufacturer or you can search a compatible ROM update browsing some other web resources.
I am using Nexus One and a BH 103 Nokia Stereo Bluetooth headset. I have problems receiving some calls. Sometimes the conversation looks like muted and a have to use the Bluetooth button in call screen twice to deactivate and reactivate the bluetooths to be able to receive the call. I did not had problems when calling someone. Did somebody had the same problem and solve it ?
No problems here. I am using the RC Froyo and works fine. I am using both the Aliph Icon and BlueAnt S4.
I am using android 2.1 stock as the telephone was sold . Do you think that maybe a upgrade to froyo will solve the problem ? You are using the same BT headset ?
I am the only one with bluetooth headset problems ? I want to pin point who is guilty the headset BH 103 from nokia or android

I didn't change any firmware so far. Only installed some applications .
I bought the Blue Ant Q1 and it has problems with voice dialing, that's the only problem I have found. No matter what I tell it to call it dials information.
I'm running Perception 10.1 and I noticed that Shazam and SoundHound absolutely do not work anymore. They will not recognize any songs. I also noticed that voice dialer doesnt recognize anything I say anymore. Example: when I say "Call John Kaiser mobile" what shows up is Dial and some random numbers.
Is this because the Perception 10.1 rom doesnt have the proper drivers for the Audience chip? Anybody else having this problem?
The only roms that worked for me with voice dialing are FireFly and Phoenix.
Also, whats weird, is when I use the microphone button on the keyboard, it picks up and translates what I say perfectly.
Have a bit of a strange issue with the galaxy S I9000 and also the I9100.
I always connect to my car using the rSAP bluetooth profile, the first time I connect to the car I enter the 16 digit code and set the device to trusted when a notification message pops up, a minute or so later I get a notification about a phonebook request, I accept this and I get the phonebook transferred to the car.
For the first 3 times of getting in and out of the car I get the phonebook, missed, dialled and received calls. Then after that it will not transfer the phonebook, I can tell it's failed as I go into the memory and look at the imported contacts and it's 0, usually I have about 190 contacts.
It will only transfer the phonebook if I reboot the phone, then I get another three transfers of the phonebook and then it fails again.
The car I have is an Audi A7 with MMI 3G+, but this was also the case with a Q7 with MMI 3G, both times I used rSAP mode for the call quality and SMS facilities.
I think it's something to do with the pBAP requests, but I'm not sure what.
I might check in HFP mode if the issue remains.

I have used Cyanogen 10.0 with Bluetooth in my Car.
I can Access the Call-List and the Phonebook an i can answer and make calls.
Now with Cyanogen 10.1 it doesnt work anymore.
I can pair the phone with my car, but i cant Access to the Phonebook and to the Call-Lists.
Also it is not possible to answer an incoming call.
Outgoint calls are only possible when i am dailing at the Phone.
Is there an General Problem with Bluetooth and will this be corekted in the Future??
