I haven't full played with 4.2 yet, but hopefully after this project, I'll move onto 4.2. Only reason why I went with 4.1.2 because I love it, and I'm more familiar with it so I can at least provide more stability to all the users.

Thank you! I will try and get another release finished within a couple hours hopefully if everything goes according to plan.
Next release should include centered clock, battery mod, and extended power menu options. It'll also include a few tweaks and extras, which I'll state in the changelog once everything is done.
Enjoy the ROM and please let me know if anything needs changing or if you have any suggestions or requests.

Yeah, your ROM seems to have the AOSP look, I would suggest you to use some graphical customization like wallpapers, a ROM specific boot animation etc.
Well, I would advise you to go timely and steadily. You will get a lot of time to push these suggestions into the ROM :good:
Again, Good job

Oh yea definitely, I just thought I'd start off basic and slowly move up with the mods and features. I don't know about you, but I really hate when the first release has EVERYTHING and the next releases are really nothing new. I like to keep my users waiting for the next release
Thanks for testing!

Second Release is finished. I've updated the first post with new screenshots and the new download link, as well as I've edited the changelog with all the correct features and mods that have been added in this release.
If you have any requests please let me know so I can add them into the next release!
Enjoy the ROM and please say thanks

Hmm..i just want transparency statusbar, date setting like slimbean rom, aokp weather on pulldown,etc..

please integrate the rasbeanjelly black theme.
Wow! Glad to see a 4.1.2 ROM. 4.2 is too clunky on the NS. I am actually using a vanilla 4.1.2 AOSP ROM as a daily driver. Stick with this but also stay to the spirit of your ROM, that is those who want a fast, slim and modded ROM. Avoid making this a slow, clunky and bloated ROM. I'll give this a try and later and see if it can lure me away from my DD. Thanks, dev.

Well I'l see what I can do, since not everyone likes those things. We cant please everyone so I'll pick and choose from some mods. In the end the ROM is meant to be fast and slim.

Maybe you will stay at 4.1.2
4.2 is not very good on the Nexus S.
And many Nexus S Users desire a 4.1.2 Rom which has a continue support, like me :fingers-crossed:
Don't worry, I'll continue to support my ROM. If anyone has any questions just post them here and I'll help to the best of my ability.
Next Release v0.3 Should be done within the hour.
Hi. Just finished downloading v0.2 and was looking at the zip file and I noticed there are 2 framework folders in the system folder. Would this cause a problem?

This ROM is in early stages of development. Not much works. It takes a while for it to boot the first time, just wait, it will though. When it does finally turn on, don't worry if the screen seems extremely glitchy, it is, you aren't just seeing things and it isn't only your phone. Things that are and aren't working are posted below. Feel free to send me a message if you can help out with anything that isn't working, seeing as I'm only a Junior in high-school, it would be great if this could be more of a community project. If you have any issues, just ask a question and I'll try to answer as soon as possible.

That's what's nice about the running on an AOSP kernel. Hopefully a working GB kernel will help boot the GB Blur.
Just did a little editing, gonna flash and see if I fixed or made any progress in the graphics.
EDIT: Forgot to sign it before installing -.- I'll try again tomorrow, I'm getting tired. Peace out! Till tomorrow of course.
Did you have permission from the original devs? I don't think so. I understand Jdkoreclipse is not a member here but there were others that were involved including myself. It is not wise to release something you did not ask permission for and obviously did not know what was put into it.
who would want moto blur on an HTC phone. THATS WHY WE BUY HTC.. SENSE FTW!!! SKYRAIDER 4.0 check it out!
No development being maintained also working with the original developers to verify credit is needed. PM me OP if you have any problems. Closing thread for now, also DO NOT create a new thread.

Changelog
Kernel Source: IllusionProject
Always follow the OP through and through.
The Emulated /0 folder is always going to be there, save all sdcard stuff on a PC or some where else before flashing.
If things are acting weird, or you have things going on and don't see too many people reporting it.
Redownload rom and gapps
Wipe data factory reset
Wipe dalvik and cache
Format System (upon flashing rom it will do this automatically)
Then flash rom and gapps then reboot system. (boot the rom and then go back and flash your kernel of choice, if that's what you choose to do).
Make sure your kernel choice is built after 4-19!! The Dev of the kernel should state that "3.4 linux kernel AOSP" as well in their post. :good:
Also if having issues, boot into safe mode and see if issues still persist. Boot into safe mode by hold power button and long press on reboot. This will boot you into no 3rd party apps mode, basically. To get out of it, just reboot normally
To enable Developer Options, go to; settings|about phone|tap build number 7/8 times
to enable reboot options,(recovery, download) enable advanced reboot in Developer options
Dual Panel mode will cause some weirdness in settings. Turn them of to set everything up and forget about it after.
All the tabletui settings work but nav colors reset after reboot
If you have the "tick" while playing music then disable "Screen lock sound" & "Touch sounds". Temporary work around for now
No PhotosPhere in this rom still...might get added but depends on stability and CyanogenMod
You must flash Gapps everytime you install the rom as it wipes system every time. Use the gapps in the original post, if you use other Gapps keep those errors to your self and adress the person that made those Gapps.
Facebook acts up and is weird?? Stop using the app.
Update system apps before saying things are broken. (Google Now)
If you decide to run a 3rd party kernel, take your issues about; speed, battery, and reboots to that thread, we cant change their kernel to make it better for you, they can. Thanks.
You will not have a 4g icon, it is an H+ when data is being retreived, when idle it is a 3g icon.
BUNCH OF THEME APKS
This is a work in progress, I'll update it as needed FAQ PART
What base is this
It is based off SlimRoms, with a lot of changes... It is it's own rom now
Which MMS app is built in?
A custom one, it has Themeable MMS and Popup. look in screenshots for my goofy face and pictures.
How to activate pie control?
settings>piecontrols>activate toggle. The trigger is at the bottom, slide your finger up slowly, and it will come up.
Where are the Touchwiz features?
In a Touchwiz rom.
How do I take a screenshot?
Volume down & power, OR... settings>powermenu>enable the screenshot.
Does this rom have Tablet mode and such things?
No, and there are no plans for adding it as of now.
Seperate Mods
Multi DPI Play Store- Inverted and normal play store with multi dpi hack.
Inverted Play Store- 4.0.2.6 New Inverted Play Store download, got from here
YouTube- YouTube app that allows Videos to play in HD over Cell Data, and allows screen off playback.
Apollo- Apollo music player. Install like a normal app.

Please utilize the Q&A post by mt3g as once it evolves more, the more you will get out of it.
Also, itsmikeramsay and mt3g run pretty chill threads, please keep the discussion to the ROM and valid troubleshooting with proper bug reports.
Above all, if you can answer someone's question in 1 or 2 volleys, then do it. If anything beyond that threshold, then open a Q&A thread for your issue.

I'm redoing it... thats why the build is alpha for right now... There's certain bugs and nuisances that appeared after adding it, so I'll be redoing it. v2.0 is alpha solely because of it. But yeah it'll be back, more than likely next release. I just wanted to get everyone going on this new base. i9300 devices just know this as Xone's first release, but d2 devices know it as a rebase.
It'll definitely be back, but better than what it was before in terms of functionality...

Aight folks, builds are now being pushed to "public" view! Give it 5-10 minutes to show in full. I strongly recommend a FULL WIPE/Factory Reset! Refer to mt3g's Q&A section if you have any questions, and refer to the changelog to know what's been changed! Remember peeps, it's "alpha" because Hybrid Settings isn't yet included!!
As always peeps, if you enjoy this ROM or like it, feel free to show some love. It's never taken for granted, and is very very much appreciated!!
Now I gotta get ready to take the wife to the doctor, might be able to find out the sex of my first "spawn of me" today! I'm stoked. Keep the threads cordial peeps, if any bugs are found, please politely inform us! Thanks again peeps!!

Due to my job i think this is end of the line, i'm working at a indie game develop enterprise so, i think we will see each other again soon, cya
Introduction!
Hello everyone, this is my first rom and all i can say now is that i want to make a rom based on Beautiful Design. We have a lot of roms but it's always the same thing, stock or AOSP and this is not good. We have MIUI but it's not 4.2.2 and is very buged and have only english or chinese language. We have a theme engine on AOPS but it's just for system, not app, so i decided to make my own rom and it's called...Luna, a rom based on design, i'm actually theming all system and apps inside to my perspective of clean design, so i hope people enjoy. Expect Week builds but don't ask about when i will release cuz i'm not a big developer, i'm here to learn, i'm a pro designer not an developer as i said. I want to make a new ROM CATEGORY, based on design, based on your opinion, BE SOCIAL!
Your opinion is very important for me, you have the power to change things, this is a Social Development, so please, if you want to check my progress follow me on twitter and my Blog
I need help and testers.

Thanks pal, i'm actually theming all apks, i know it's not much now but i think i included nice features for the first release XD, so i'm progressing, so expect more things coming in the end of july 2.
installed this and so far so good, No problems. No lags which is something I have found to happen on some CM based roms. Battery seems quite good so far but will give it a couple of charge cycles before I confirm how good it is
only query I have is do you know on the camera if there is a way to save your pictures to the external sd rather than internal as I cannot find that setting.
very nice ! I'll try it right now ! but the link is off ?!

As you know Google Edition phones don't have option to save on external SD card, so i'm waiting until the user TheUnkn0wn that ported AOPS camera to SIII to release new 4.3 update and i will include that and replace the one leaked from S4.

Why do you have to use superwipe, isn't just "clean to install a new ROM" in Philz recovery enough like in everyone else's ROMs?
And are the Gapps posted here themed or just like the others, because I'd rather flash my own light gapps but I don't want to loose anything that you've done

As i said, i begin theming but it's not released, this is like others from Cyanogemod and about Super-Wipe script, if you are an advance user you can wipe in your way, i just trying to help people newbie and preventing problems that people with super-wipe don't have. You know, Wipe everything and you will not get error!
I will add to Q&A, thanks pal

Haha you are welcome, if you like some camera that is compatible to CM10.1 you can say to me and i can include that for you. I'm thinking about include AWESOMENESS Motorola CAMERA, but i'm not quite sure if people like it. can you feed back me with some camera compatible with AOSP and that have SD card option?

For all: i'm testing a new launcher with quick settings and circlewidget, yes, from Motorola Razr M

Oka good, just flashed. So far so good, no lagging and you don't have that bug that makes settings crash when uninstalling apps like some other CM based roms! Would you want to consider compiling this ROM with Linaro for extra performance boost? :fingers-crossed:

I'm not a pro developer XD, BUT i'm here to learn, i will read about linaro and i will see what it is but i'm sure that i won't add undervolt or overclock, you can do this taping 7 times on build number, developer menu appears as well as overclock and performance menu, but i want to say that my rom is for newbie people, that drive crazy when the rom have a lot of options and settings and they don't know what to do. I want to make things simple and beautiful
As much as i know about Linaro, it is ARM optimization? I will learn more about and see what i can do
do you have other download links, mega just don't work for me. I want to try your rom too. thanks.

Yea I know that stuff and it's good that you're focusing on design, because pretty much all AOSP roms look exactly same. And yes, Linaro is just that

Okay, so i'm saving offline Linaro instructions cuz i will have to go out home, and i will learn about and if possible (and i want to do it) you will see it. Yeah, all AOSP and CM10.1 based is the same thing, i'm theming Apollo and Dialer for now, it's a hard progress but i can expect all major apps themed at least before july end. I'm theming with own artwork with photoshop and my Wacom Bamboo tablet designer XD :highfive:

Yeah you always get haters best way is to just ignore them or just say, i've put time and effort don't use it....I mean you should get more respect for what you do more like every developer deserves respect whether new or old. Sadly some people don't seem to see that and just demand and be selfish :/
Anyway I wish you luck with your rom keep up the good work
your the first person to get me to comment in like I don't know..6 months or so even though I come on daily just to see the roms xD

Bundled kernel doesn't include those options. It's a cm based kernel for stability. Those options are on the end user. Bear in mind, support is limited once a custom kernel is used.

Thanks for yet another new rom for the Gtab 2, I see there is also a GZ build for grouper. I will try GZ on both devices. Regarding the gapps, is there any advantage in using the NellyWhad gapps that I saw on your G+ forum?
It seems there are lots of different mods in those gapps, so what do you think?

No problem. As Nelly's gapps are aroma based, you don't have to select those mods if you don't want them.

Btw, your bootanim and wallpaper scared the crap out of me with with the Killer Klowns. LOL I just finished installing on my N7, as it's easy with multirom to check it out and at first glance it looks pretty cool. Will install later on my Gtab.
Lots of features and a very creative system ui, I like that you embedded Omni Switch into the build, as it's one of my favorite apps. The only minor glitches I came across so far are Validus Explorer force closes, in settings "disable force close notifications" is misspelled "diable" and when you click for the various available gapps packages in settings, NellyWhad goes to a dead link.
No showstoppers but I figured I'd just mention it. As for Validus Explorer, if it's based on Slim Explorer, the force close may just be relative to the N7 as Slim Explorer also force closes on it.
Overall, looks like a really nice user experience.
Thanks,
Mike T

The bootani takes some getting used to. lol
For whatever reason, the bootani for the gtab is the default cm one. Not sure why.
We're aware of the "diable" spelling. It isn't a big priority as long as it works (which it does). Wasn't aware of the dead link for Nelly's gapps. I'll bring it up. Validus explorer is based on Slim's. I just freeze it as I personally prefer ES.
Glad you're liking it so far. :good:

Omni recents? Check in Pandoras box for the recents switcher. It's either sense or slim. If you're taking about omni switch, that's under navigation.
