Yes. If you only need to view Chinese characters then all you really need is the font set. there are several sets Google droid.cab fallback probably easiest. If you also need to enter Chinese text then you additionally need a SIP. You'll find a thread on it already at "Chinese on English HTC HD" http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=469199&highlight=font+chinese+fallback

别用那个粗体的，直接用电脑版的没经过优化肯定有越界，用那个v6修改版的基本没问题

I use FingrKeyb, which you can find in the forum, for my Russian keyboard. Have to say it is great to use.

I believe you installed the WWE (World Wide English) ROM.
To read and write Chinese, you need to install at least one Chinese editor, e.g. CE-Star.
You may access other Chinese Forums to learn how to add Chinese input for WWE ROM.
Please search and post your questions in the right forum or section.

朋友，和你我就发中文了，输入法我当然装了，而且试了好多个，不是在SENSE界面下有短信一项的对吧，就只是在这个界面无法输入，只要一打中文就会跳掉，我郁闷。。。你有什么解决办法？

对的，马尼拉里的，我都把论坛里的ROM要刷完了。。。都有这个问题，该装的补丁都装了，你用的是哪个rom？对了，GTX的马尼拉主题你有用么？基本上装在哪个ROM里都有BUG。。。。但我实在是喜欢gtx。。。。

There's plenty of answers, what you should have replied with was what you've already tried and any errors you may have encountered. To get real help you need to show some initiative at least.
