X8 and W8 are the same.Same country prefer X8, while other country called it W8.My country called it W8 but I flashed that before and my W8 became a X8 Both modules are the same.

yeah you are right of course you unbrick your w8 with x8 ftf file...!! but why you made this thread "w8 ftf file" ..!! when x8 ftf file can solve your problem...why you need it badly...!!
Because I can't find X8 ftf file even...
& read the posts..
I wasn't sure that X8 file will work or not at that time..

this thread was made when he was quite new in the forum and because he was unable to find X8 ftf...now..gogeta and you, let the thread rest in peace

Don't do that you have 10% (if you have) chance to do it
You will hard brick your x8

I am turn back to stock ROM for few days ,using update service I revert back to stock
But my phone remains unlocked
I want E16i not E15i
Probably found every thing for x8
I understand both are same
I am afraid of Model number may change in pc companion or updateservice un x8 kernel.

there are a couple of guides here on how to relock bl. search is your friend.
also, going back to stock rom/kernel will not relock your bl.

Yes whenever,I come back to stock I too use it only. After all X8 and W8 are the same phones. X8 is Xperia branded and W8 is Walkman branded.

Yeah, my signature before is Locked 11w43 and I changed to 11w48
P.S: Buy some paid method unlocking like setool2 if you want to unlock BL or stop searching for safe unlock with free You won't be so lucky
