try goo.im and search for "ruu telstra", then the first one should be fine i suppose.

can you get into hboot/fastboot? if you can then use the HTC Vivid All-In-One Toolkit to flash a recovery (cwm)
if that doesnt work the use the HTC Vivid All-In-One Toolkit to relock the bootloader (assuming its unlocked)
once bootloader is relocked flash the HTC AT&T Stock ICS RUU in order to flash the ruu you must first download it on a pc, make sure you have htc drivers-then run the ruu like you would any other pc program...it will walk you through the rest of the way...if for some reason you cant download the ruu from the link above, i got the link from here http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-vivid-att/software-updates
let me know if any of that worked and/or didnt work...
i ran the ruu, rooted again and i am still s-off, can u tell me how to proceed

I need help too... I got that same file from htcdev. It's a Kernel specifically for Rogers HTC One but it's a .tar file. Do you know how to flash the .tar file? I currently have CWM recovery unlocked bootloader and rooted. I just want to get back to stock. I have a stock Rogers nandroid backup provided by XDA that I used. Now I just need stock recovery for OTA's but I can't find one for Rogers... I was wondering if this kernel provided by htcdev for Rogers HTC one will do the trick, if so, how do I flash it because it's a .tar file..
Thanks,
Nuj
I'm currently on ARHD and CWM touch recovery, i'm unlocked and S-Off.. but i want to go back to fully stock rom (WWE) to get OTA updates. What's the easiest way to do that? I'm a noob HTC user i used Galaxy S4 and Nexus 4 so i don't know anyting about RUU or else. I would really appreciate if you could help me.. Thanks for your time.

flash RUU.exe, for example "RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.7" from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39588860
just run the exe, it's not difficult as long as you are s-off
cheers

If you can't find an ruu for your carrier or device, just change cid to 11111111, and you can use any of the ruus.
"Fastboot one writecid 11111111"
AT&T HTC M7
Baadnewz's InsertCoin 3.0-10
Flar's Bulletproof 4.3
I don't have much of an idea of what I'm doing but I want to reset my rooted HTC one back to stock so I can install an OTA update and according to the tut I'm following I need the relevant RUU but I can't find it.
Can I use the Optus or another RUU for my Virgin Mobile HTC One? (1.29.980.2)
If you are in s-off you can use all the ruu you want.
And after you can be able to do all the OTA to 4.2.2 you want
Looking for an RUU so i can s-off my device and have stock ROM installed Preferably Bell but if there's a WWE that works too.
Thx.
ICS RUU is in the post below... hopefully the link still works and it doesn't take a long time to download:

Here you can see file with BM are for Bell
