What ROM are you using?

Try Titanium Backup. Your phone needs to be rooted for this to work.
Also, there are quite a few uninstaller apps on the App Market.

Had the same problem.
Your phone must be rooted and you can find that app in your /system/app directory and delete the .apk and the .odex file with the same filename.
Reboot
For me was this the solution.

you most likely had an earlier installation, that need to be cleared
use a root file manager to remove system/liblibtitanium.so and data/app/com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup-1.odex
Thx, it works

this problem just appeared out of nowhere when titanium backup fc when I open it so I deleted cache but still it fc so I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app
But when I tried to install it again a message appeared : insufficient storage space error
How is that??? I have a lot of space on phone and SD card same thing.
I moved all apps to sdcard
I cleared Google play cache many times but still the problem persists
I reflashed ROM (sabsa prime 8.5) and wiped cache and dalvik three times or more and I even fixed permissions!! Bit the problem is still there now I am clueless

You rooted ? You could copy to data/app with permissions and then see if it runs?

How can i do that? I was looking for some way like this to force the installation and/or do it with "more permitions"

Is anyone else having weird behaviour when making apps go full screen? Before it would work perfectly but now I've noticed in a few games it doesn't work properly (Odd screen tearing and muddled graphics are displayed).

File explorer such as es explorer (free to get in market) browse to where you have the adobe air apk and copy, browse to the /data partition (you have to go right out to the root of your phone) copy to /data/app and paste the apk, long hold, scroll to properties , then you will see a change button beside permissions , change to same as scree shot
In screenshot, then see if it works
Hit Thanks if I help
