Multitasking lag and app freezing - Nexus 7 General

So, I am very fond of my N7 and use it for virtually everything ( except phone calls as I use my iPhone for that but nexus 4 will be my new friend soon) but recently things have been bumpy as it seems there is some kind of memory management issue because of which if I switch between too many apps everything starts to lag. This is present is CM 10.1, Aokp, PA and all ROMs I have tried and its killing me inside! Even music starts to lag due to this and I am baffles by this issue as this has never happened before.
So, is anyone else facing this!? Does this have anything with 4.2.1 in general or is this a kernel level issue?
Lastly is there any solution to it or should I downgrade to 4.1.2!?

The only time I experienced such is with some of the apps on my phone. I think that is due to a rogue app hogging memory. Haven't experienced flashing custom roms on N7 yet though. But I think you should look at the apps you have installed.

Two things are known to cause this on N7
1/ Lack of free space
2/ Multi-user accounts on the device
(although 2/ may cause 1/)

^
I second the poster above me. I've read threads where they experience sluggishness when they are low in storage space. Haven't experienced that on my 32GB nexus 7 though. I still have 12GB left and its still smooth as silk in terms of transition and performance.

I have 4gb free memory on 3g modell, but everything go smoothly. Yesterday i have too much lags, but i too quickly switching apps, mx player, chrome, Gdisk, angry birds, youtube.
After restart, everything go on right way.

There's only be account which is mine and I believe I still 16gb of free space left on my 32gb n7
So I am not sure how that adds up...............

Games lag so much. any ideas why?

So far to test it further more I played some THD-games/tegra3 optimized games like DeadTrigger and Shadowgun and the lag is unbearable. Ive had the device for a while now(pre-ordered) but I didnt really have the time to try some games so Im not sure if its been like this or if its the update. Pretty much all fps game lags to hell. Its unplayable. Ive looked at vids on youtube of people playing similar games and theyre device seems to do well. Not mine though.
Heres some info that could help:
Nexus 7:
Not-Rooted
4gb space used( its the 16gb version)
OTA updates so Im guessing its the 4.2 ver.( google currents and all...)
You've probably got some app that is bringing your performance down.

Disable the sync feature in Google currents. Also as someone said it might be a rogue app. Mine is fine gaming.

The only time my N7 lagged was when I filled up my memory, I had 600 MB left.on the SD card.

The only people who don't have lag while gaming is those that don't have anything installed in their nexus 7. I mean literally nothing, except the stock apps. Those type of people are the so called "geeks" and most of xda folks in nexus scenes are geeks. No use asking your question to these folks because they'll give the same answers: uninstall all apps. IMO what you can do now is root and install a custom kernel then over clock your cpu and gpu. I was having the same issue as you OP, but after a few tweaks here and there, the lags are reduced (but still visible somewhere). 4.2.1 is making our nexus 7 slow, that's a fact. Hopefully Google will fix this issue soon..

i know that feeling, having to uninstall something to install something else
One thing I did notice that I found unusual is that I'm always at 450-600mb of ram usage. I tried terminating every task and I only got it down to 400+mb. There's no way that the OS uses that much.... Or does it?

So your saying you only had minimal lag during the prev versions? If that's true then it can work if I flashed a ROM from the previous JB updates?

No, you got the wrong idea. I said that my Nexus 7 got that blasted lag while playing games ever since I first got it. After root, overclocking of cpu and gpu, my Nexus 7 is somewhat having less lag than before, but it's still lagging nonetheless

That is nonsense. I have loads of apps loaded, and the device is full of media, and I have no lag whatsoever. Either on 4.2 or 4.1 (which I have moved back to to fix Bluetooth issues).
The lag is a myth.
Same.. i have like 400mb memory left on mu nexus 7 16gb and no lag what so ever. Smooth as butter... im completely stock aswell.

I have a 16GB I bought back in September and it had the lag problem and I had about 600mb free. I kept doing the Forever Gone trick (filling up alll the free space and then deleting it) and it helped in the short term, but the lag would always return eventually. So I decided to bite the bullet and made a Nandroid to an external USB flash drive through the latest version of TWRP, copied /data/media to it too and then formatted /system, /data and /cache. Simply doing a factory reset wasn't enough; it had to be a fresh re-format of ext4. Then I restored my Nandroid and copied back /data/media and even with 600mb free, I have had no lag ever since.
I think a re-format on all the N7 partitions using a recovery built on the latest Google kernel (I.e. a kernel based on 4.1.2 or newer) is the only way to properly reset the internal map of the 16gb's flash controller for those that shipped with plain 4.1. A simple factory reset won't do it because it only deletes files via rm, rather than re-format with mkefs.ext4 (verified because after a factory reset, the files on /data/media (which lives on the main /data partition) were still there).
I suspect that newer N7s that shipped with 4.1.2 or newer probably don't have this problem, even if they have the same flash controller.

I also have experienced lags in NFS most wanted. I think that problem is connected with multiuser accounts, because when the game started lagging, i have switched to second user account and killed apps running in background. IT helped and game was again smooth. IT was not once, I had this problem several times.

Really? That's weird. Because I have 77 apps installed including the stock system apps (27 of them are games, quite a few are very large like GTA 3 & Vice City) and I have no lag whatsoever.
So no, it's not "fact". Stock 4.2.1 16GB unrooted.
I love it when people use their own tiny experience to create "fact" for the rest of the world.

[Q] 1gb ram not enough?

I'm using my Xperia T since 3 weeks ago, and overall I'm satisfied.
However, since I got back again to using Chrome instead of the stock browser, an unwelcome thought that creeped in my mind well before buying the XT came back full force: 1gb of ram is just not enough anymore.
Yeah, I know all too well that Chrome's memory consumption is absurd (I seriously think my full Win7 pc would probably run better given the same ram amount).
But it's very distressing when you open the 4th tab in chrome, and suddenly every other app gets terminated by Android, including the music player (which I was joyfully listening to), the home screen, emails, messages, etc.
Problem is, that the situation is still the same after many Chrome updates. It looks as if Chrome raised the bar for device memory, setting it to a 2gb minimum for "pro" devices. This is ridiculous, and it's gonna look worse, given that in JB and onwards there's no stock browser anymore.
I think the XT is not even a bit future proof. If this Chrome annoyance becomes real and everyday's, I may sell it well before than I expected.
Any thoughts?
Since music app is "making processes and producing sound" actively then it must be considered as a foreground app. Or at least a part of it (services) is active on the foreground. A fore ground app can not be closed by the system unless the available memory is really critical (less than 4 Mb i guess). Sometingh else must be forcing your devices memory. Galaxy S3 has the same amount of RAM but i have never seen it stopping the music or radio with neither stock music app or poweramp. Which music app is that?

the app is Sony's walkman app (Sony's stock music player).
tell me, have you ever used chrome with more than 2-3 tabs open? try it. it can bring your device down to its knees, sucking away the last remaining byte of ram from the system. it did so with my last year's Motorola atrix 2, it does now with my XT. same ram amount.
other than that, I've got facebook and whatsapp, and the least number of automatic syncs active.
I never experienced something like this. Usually have about 8 to 10 tabs open for sites I check regularly. Phone is always fast and smooth

Also no problems here, 6 tabs, while playing walkman via Bluetooth to a headset, auto sync on, WiFi on, could you try resetting both apps, force stop, clear cache and try again, see if it helps!

I sometimes even exceed 12 tabs. Nothing so for. Because Chrome also has RAM management. If it notices that the free RAM is decreasing rapidly it saves one -or more- of the background tabs into a temp memory and closes it. Once you click on a closes tab it shows it in grey and takes 1-2 secs to relaod. It does not try to force keep every tab in the RAM.
In this thread I'm making different hypotheses.
1) Chrome sucks. It's dog slow, and becomes slower day after day (cache size growing indefinitely). It's pig fat.
2) Xperia T can't handle Chrome because 1 gig of ram is not enough for it.
The first one is a fact. I tended to just blame Chrome, but now I'm considering the second view too.
I'm happy if you don't have any problems with 6 or 12 tabs, but for me the issue strikes at as few as 4 tabs. Music stopping, home reloading, and everything. By the way, I wonder what are your average tabs' content in Chrome.
I am now testing Firefox and it seems it's much lighter on the system while displaying the same tabs. Now I wish they would strip out that useless extensions support... no one needs them, at least on mobile...
P.S.: When I say "four tabs" I mean tabs you're actively browsing in, not dormant/unloaded tabs!
How about the other way around? Does your browser keep refreshing if u open like 5 apps or more and go back to browser?
My s3 is getting an issue like this and I'm annoyed. Would like to switch or wait for 2gb ram Xperia Z

Usual apps get reloaded pretty quickly on my Xperia, it almost goes unnoticed to me. Other than that, I think it's down to the individual app's weight.
Judging from the running apps list, most apps weigh well below Chrome.
How come there is only 643 mb total available ram?
And is there a way to lock apps in memory? I want to lock browser, it keeps reloading if I opened 2 apps and go back to browser.
Or can we modify how android is killing the apps?
Thanks
Edit: I searched and found out that the gpu eats the remaining ram

R: [Q] 1gb ram not enough?
The memory not shown is used by the video card (probably 128 mb), the linux kernel and drivers and maybe some core android libraries.
The scandal is that 300~400 megs used by android apps just to idle around.
Even an easy app like whatsapp eats 8 mb just to sit there and wait for incoming messages.
This really boils down to bad os design.

I haven't tried the latest Firefox on my Xperia TL, but on my Captivate running CM 10.1, it was even more bloated than Chrome.
Try any of these:
Full versions;
Boat Mobile
Opera
Xscope
Dolphin
All of them are WAY faster than chrome, (especially boat and opera) and easily handle a heavy tab load.

Uh.. No.. Android has _WAY_ better memory management than most OS' including Windows. Try running Chrome on a Pentium 4 1.5 Ghz (MIPS equivalent???) with only 768 MB of system memory available.
Most versions of windows would choke and die on that.
the way Android handles memory is brilliant and allows for seamless multi-tasking. I would suggest a couple of things:
1) Root your phone and remove the bloated apps.
2) If you don't want to root your phone, disable apps you are not using. Like instead of leaving the stock messaging app enabled while using What's app, disable it. It will reduce your messaging requirements.
And really, don't you want your messaging app running all the time? Do you want to miss a message?

I don't have any 512mb phone anymore, but I've tried Explorer on a WP7.8 phone with that amount of ram and it ran faster, leaner, lag-less, and it didn't shut down tabs or other system apps with 6 tabs open.

I am already trying Opera (but like Firefox more for its smoothness, and Opera's UI is outdated after many years), and have used Dolphin some time. Second hand browsers are all more or less clones built around major engines. I prefer first hand.

MIPS? ARM you mean? Either way if there's only 768mb available out of 1gb, it's still android's/google's fault. Specifically in my Xperia T there's only ~650mb available, making it a combined Google-Sony fault.
Besides, I'm not talking of bad memory management, but of Google's bad design choices. Without going too deep, Google could have chosen to use native code like ios, to improve speed and memory consumption. Java code (turned into native code at run-time) can not be shared between apps, so if 2 apps use the same java library, basically the same native code will be generated and stored twice. I don't know if android core libraries are native or java, but the minimum 3-4mb memory usage per process, even the lightest one, points to the worse option, at least for part of the libs.
Besides memory consumption, android's java runtime (dalvik) is not nearly as fast as it should be; it eats dust from .net (Windows phone) and oracle's desktop java. But Google is not interested in gettings these things better, unless we're talking of in app purchases, ads, or other sources of their revenue....
Also keep in mind programmers will do as much as you allow them in terms of bloat. Google's Android team should be slapping Facebook's all the time for consuming up more memory than a browser instance of facebook on my full-featured Windows box (66mb on android for the service alone vs 60mb on internet Explorer 10), but with their class-leading memory-whore Chrome, they come first in the blame list.
Ultimately, I think it's all Google's fault, be it for bad design decisions or for not keeping the environment controlled enough.
1gb of ram is easily enough for a top end device (though 2gb is optimal) but as has been mentioned, its due to 'bad' design, android was built for blackberry style devices and quickly edited to run on touchscreens to compete with the iPhone so at its core its not really a touch OS. If you were to buy an ancient castle and try upgrade it to a modern 5star hotel or build a 5 star hotel from scratch you will see what I mean - this is why we have launcher being killed from memory on the s3 with 1g ram, bad handling with the browser etc...
The problem is, while Google do eventually get around to fixing fundamental flaws (project butter for example) its always too late and after just trying to throw better hardware at it. An iPhone 3gs was smoother than the s3 quad core on ICS, that was embarrassing for them and they realised it was time to fix it in the software because hardware only improved it so much... Next year when our phones have 4gb ram and browsers lose the data and need to reload while iPhone 4s retain all 8 tabs on 512 mb ram will force them to implement a project ram type change to the os. I wish it wasn't necessary though because jelly bean on 2012/13 flagships should be perfect, not almost there.

I have had this happen to me. Listening to the Sony Walkman App through bluetooth headset...and browsing on stock browser.. after around 20 mins or so..the walkman app stops and has lost the playlist etc and on opening shows the tracks as if they have just been loaded from new. Posted this on sony forum's but they cannot say anything on this behaviour.

Memory management and multitasking

One of my biggest issues with the OneX was the overly aggressive memory management that made multitasking impossible and plain broke some stuff. Even on my GS3 AT&T with 2GB of RAM the memory management is quite aggressive probably to help battery life or something. On my Nexus 4 however I can choose to leave apps running non stop for days at a time and they remain that way. Especially handy for Maps or Ingress BTW.
Anybody with one have a sense on how it is on the One? I'm hoping the extra 1GB of RAM helps but then Sense was always overly bloated and the whole blink feed thing can't have a small footprint.
Looking for thoughts since the phone is useless to me if it will continuously kill apps in the background.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
Well I dont know if the apps remain days after launching them but I got to tell You that its faaaar better than One X. The other day I opened 10tabs in the browser at the same time and no reloading. When it comes to new sense its like a night and day. Normally on my OneX ram usage was about 800MB without any app runnig. With The One I have 550MB from 1.5GB that is usable so that indicates that Sense 5 is a lot lighter and believe me... Its really fast. They got rid of most widgets, animations are more simple etc. Blinkfeed is kinda nice but it needs extended functionality.
Multitasking isn't an issue.
I've come from phones with 512Mb RAM - the dialer in particular used to get shut down all the time, leading to lag when someone rang, or when I wanted to boot the dialer up again to ring someone. I rooted those phones just so I could lock the dialer in memory.
The HTC One appears to do the same (well, the dialer eventually disappears from the recent apps list anyway), but even so, it is no problem. Using the dialer as an example, whether I have used it 5 minutes ago or six hours ago, when I press the dialer button it comes up straight away, i.e no laggy delay like previous phones. And the dialer comes up and the phone rings pretty much straight away when someone rings me (well, me ringing myself from my other phones to test the response time).
So more than enough RAM (and processing power) on the HTC One to not make it an issue any more, everything flies and all apps come straight up when you want them to. More than happy.
I know what u mean coming from the HTC one x and one x+ myself . HTC have solved the problem finally.. this baby can multitask properly.. and very quickly I might add

Can u pls tell me how much memory is free when u boot it up and let it settle...
Sent from my GT-N7100 using Tapatalk 2
Regarding free RAM, out of the box there was about 1GB RAM free (1.5GB showing as available in the 'running apps' screen, with about 550MB used, or as it is displayed in Sense 5, '550MB/1.5GB').
I've now disabled all the stuff I don't need, and loaded Novalauncher, with six home screens full of widgets and app icons, and also Widgetlocker, i.e. quite a lot of stuff loaded - now it shows '825MB/1.5GB' (the range is about 775MB to 875MB from what I observe), which means roughly 600-700MB free RAM still, allegedly. That's without any specialist tweaking from me.
No slowdown or lag at all since I have loaded everything up.
Coming from the Nexus 4, multi tasking is a bit disappointing for me; it’s not a deal breaker but with the N4 I’d switch to an app I’d not touched in a week and it would be up, responsive and exactly where I’d left off a week later no matter what I’d done in the mean time. On the One however, apps sometimes have to reopen and - for me a more annoying behaviour- sometimes relatively recently used apps do a sort of ‘refresh’ when they first load up. The app seems to load up, but then it fades out and then back again, which means that although they usually pick up where they left off, they’re unresponsive for a second. It’s not all the time and it may sound like nit-picking but it feels like a fairly significant delay when everything else is so fast.
It’s also frustrating using certain apps where the refresh can lead to you losing progress; I was using a run tracker for example, stopped my run, multi tasked to music and stopped that, jumped in the shower and then switched back to the run log to sort out the details, but instead of loading my stats where I’d left it, or even reopening the app entirely, it showed an image of my runs stats just as i'd left it but then refreshed and loaded up a new run. Because i'd not pressed 'continue' in the app the run was lost. It's poor that the app didn't autosave before that point but it’s not unique behaviour either as I’ve had the same happen with office documents, games and other apps - seems very odd behaviour to me and not something i've seen in other phones where an app is either ready where it was left, or needs reopening.
If I’d gone straight from the SGS2 to this it wouldn’t be an issue but with the N4 showing me what can be done, I do feel that the One could use some improvement.
It also depends on the app, some apps for me dont save their state at all.
As soon as I switch app it reloads when I go back to it, however on my Senny with edited memory management the same app could be opened again at same state without reloads.
For me, every single app on the 9 recent apps grid will load instantly with no refresh.
Even the stock browser? That's the biggest culpit for me in terms of seemingly needless refreshing. Hopefully what im experiencing will be fixed either by HTC or a third party as if this phone had the N4's multitasking prowess - and there's no reason it can't imo - it would feel much, much better to me.
Yeah the browser is fine; are you on stock rom? Not sure if ARHD has any tweaks in regards to multitasking but it's good for me.

Yep completely stock - usually like to wait a few weeks before going down the custom rom route so i can get a good guage of the otb experience. If it fixes the muti-tasking i'll switch over to ARHD once i've fixed my N4 though
So some people are actually having the refresh problems again?

I don’t know what the last generation HTC One’s were like but this isn’t terrible, it’s better at multi tasking than my S2 in general - just not as good as the N4 and the strange refreshing/redrawing behaviour seems totally pointless and counterintuitive.
At least it does that because of the battery !

It isn't pointless it helps save battery because it essentially freezes apps in the background so they don't use CPU. When you go back to them they then resume and have to refresh. So in the end it will help with battery - on a stock One X I used to easily get 5h screen on time. Never got close on a SGS3 or any other phone.

Not going to lie but my Note 2 has never refreshed an app yet. If the One is plagued with refreshing and aggressive memory management its a deal breaker. Im just confused because some people say yes and others no to the problem. Which is it?

As always it depends entirely on what apps you use and what state they report. The memory management on the One won't be for RAM reasons but CPU and battery reasons. The worse news is even after rooting and changing system settings some of the aggressive management on the One X was at the kernel level.
Given the extra memory on the One. I'm guessing it won't be as bad but you'll have to use it yourself to know for sure.
I'm currently on a Nexus 4 and this is the best Android multitasking I've ever seen on a phone ever.
Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk 2
I think it also depends what phone you came from and how you use it. I constantly switch out between a dozen or so apps and am used to the nexus 4 which is pretty much flawless for multi tasking, but having used a one x+ side by side (literally 5 minutes ago) the one is massively improved, and it's also a lot better than my s2.
It's a damn fast phone and most of the time there's no issue, but it could still be improved slightly - I'll check out a custom rom this week and see if that does it.
I'm still very happy with my purchase - particularly since the battery life has improved significantly and now trounces what I got with the n4 in the same situation.

Pretty sure everyone knows, and if you look at a changelog there was no mention of it being fixed: http://aosp.changelog.to/aosp-LRX22C-LRX22G.html
There are commits that fix a memory leak (https://github.com/Lethargy/android_frameworks_base/commit/da2133d046e59b590e51448eda31d710da217d40 and https://github.com/Lethargy/android_frameworks_base/commit/e30ccdbeac2c53b04a389c7ffd8e9d500c93ef30), however I do not experience such memory leak myself so I cannot say if it fixed the issue for others.

I'm not sure if those commits fix the memory leak that is widely experienced by some users. I only know it fixes "a" memory leak. Again, I did not experience a memory leak myself before merging those commits to my ROM source, so I can't comment on whether it helps or not.
Not sure if turning off animation will make a difference or not, but I don't think it will.

Stock 5.0.1
Also 3 Day usage with 3 h sot on data (3g) and wifi on but connected only during 22 to 10.
There's a memory leak?
1.3Gb free here, been on stock 5.0.1 for something like a week now. Maybe there's something else eating up your RAM.
Some say it is the Google Experience Launcher...

This memory leak obviously is not hitting every device, me and 2 of my buds are seeing this issue (system fills up RAM and handling the device becomes a struggle), while a fourth friend is not seeing it on his N5.
3 days ago i ditched the Google Now launcher and returned to Nova, and i think the problem is not that severe anymore, but i have to keep an eye on it for a bit longer to be able to say for sure.

So u conclude this only because less ram is free ? Or the device becomes unusable?

How is this a memory leak? When more memory is needed, it will open up. Contrary to a long time "windows user" mentality, using memory is good. Especially on android. Why do people think using ram is bad? Using ram helps speed things up.
On a semi side note, after perusing computer forums for many years, I've seen many people get as much RAM as possible then try to get their systems to use as little as possible. It makes no sense. RAM is your friend. Use it.
I haven't had this 'memory leak' ever..even from 5.0.0
Yes using ram speeds things up but only when its being used for things like caching preloading and keeping apps in memory. Even then too little free ram can result in lots of paging when using multiple apps so the system tries to achieve a balance keeping some things in memory while having enough free to not cause paging. In this case people are reporting the opposite that after a few days the phone becomes slow and laggy and memory usage is very high even when they have no apps open so there is no swapping it paging going on. If it was just the is caching things it would just delete them to make room for the current app but that is not the case, the only explanation there fore is that something is leaking memory and consuming it till there is very little left for anything else. Also the os might not be managing memory properly but that seems unlikely as android has always been pretty good at memory management.

I'm thinking the highly modified ROM/kernel combination might have more of an effect on OPs free RAM than any "memory leak". Stocks working just fine. Still 1.3Gb free after games, forums, screen on/off, been on for three days, etc.
Can't post screenshots with XDA one app?

I don't think so.. i have the "laggy phone Problem" with 5.0.0 and 5.0.1 . Always absolutely stock. It's very frustrating...

It has nothing to do with amount of free RAM. As shown in my pictures you can see 600 mb free ram, but phone starts shutting down apps. This happens on stock ROM without installing extra apps too by the way. Navigation and google music streaming quickly makes this happen it seems for me.
Duh, most of the changes for 5.0.2 were for Tegra N7.

It's not the usage of RAM the issue, I think it's more about RAM management, if bigger apps need more RAM let them take it up. But the issues arises when the OS does not release the memory take up by the previous app back into the pool, so then each time we take the same program it takes more and more of the space until other apps cannot access it easily. Presto launcher redraws or apps fc's(or not even running or abruptly stopping the background music playback service) in phones, and whole system freeze or "hang" of the OS in desktop environments.

Scrolling smoothness

Some phones exhibit choppy scrolling, especially when navigating long web pages when multiple apps are running in the background. Rate this thread to express how you smooth scrolling feels on the HTC 10 under such conditions. A higher rating indicates that scrolling is always buttery smooth, even when you're reading a 10,000 word article on "how to kiss a girl".
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Darn, I hope it'll just get better once HTC starts patching and updating things more. If rumors are true that HTC will probably make a Nexus variant of the 10, you would say we'd see a lot of improvements on the side of the 10, unless they vastly revamp the hardware. post #600 hurrah
I'm actually experiencing some stuttering while scrolling on some apps. Google Plus, Facebook and phone settings are the most noticeable
I've noticed this problem too and it's more prominent in some apps than others. It also happens more frequently when the app is still loading content. Is this considered a malfunction of the phone or does it not happen to all HTC 10?
It happens to all Android phones...

Didn't notice it on my Nexus 5.
It depends on the app. Other than being app based, I experience nothing different than my SHIELD or iPad

I think it was something messed up after playing with several themes for a while. After a memory cleanup and a restart, everything's back to smooth again

I personally don't see any slow downs, compared to my old phone, nexus 6P, id say it's on par. Speed up animations to 0.5.
HTC sense since the m7 has always been snappy though. I'd have expected no less from the 10 and sense 8.
I suppose if you loaded it with tonnes of widgets and had a few things running it may slow but the 820 isn't a slouch and should cope with pretty much anything
mine is always buttery smooth unless I'm using it while its charging. I'm assuming thats a heat caused issue though.
I've never encountered any slowdowns.Sense 8 is as snappy as stock Android.
Buttery Smooth
Scrolling is always smooth. No matter how many apps are running in the background or how long the pages I am browsing are, it's just amazing. :good::good:
Check your SD card
Hi everyone, I had this problem and I was wondering why, suddenly I had a problem with the SD card (Sandisk 128 GB) which I never doubted its performance. So I reformat it on the phone, and the phone became 10 times more responsive, no glitches (unless extremely minor android glitches), and can report that the phone is really a beast. So I highly recommend if you have an SD card, especially old one, to reformat it and give it a try.
Smooth as a baby's bottom.
Never a lag with the 10
WOW, I have never got a lag on this device and it is no surprise.
