Helmi,
Thanks a lot for the great work; I was using TuMa 1.3 and decided to give your ROM a try; overall, I am happy; however, I still the following problems, number 3 being the nastiest.
1) I got the error for Voice Commander; re-installed it from EXTROM; working fine now.
2) Contacts still don't show in PI 2005; downloaded PI 2007 Beta but could not install it at all; did anybody have any luck installing it?
3) I am using the Arabizer software from ImagiNet which is working fine except for one problem; the Arabizer installs an additional keyboard that has the Arabic layout; I cannot select the Arabic keyboard at all; whenever I do, the selection goes back to the default English keyboard; tried to change it from the Settings/Input; didn't work either; I cannot type Arabic SMS which is a big problem for me;
Hope you can fix this problem soon.
Keep up the spirit of good work.
Hassen.
Hello everyone!
As the title indicates, I'm trying to get Japanese text support on my HD but I'm hitting a few snags.
I've managed to get partial support following instructions in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445550
Opera can correctly display Japanese characters now.
But my main issue is Outlook. It refuses to show Japanese text in emails. It replaces it with loads of funny symbols...
I'm using Dutty's 2.3 Xtreme by the way.
I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter!
do not use the dutty 2.3,new RHODIUM didnt support non western code well
just use dutty 2.1
you can solve the problem
Okay, after installing Dutty's 2.1, what sofware(s) would you recommend to get Japanese text support? Freeware would be preferable... ^^'
Also, I just thought I'd mention this: after installing "Lets Japan no 6" I managed to get almost full Japanese support with Dutty's 2.3X. But this also seemed to cause some very strange bugs while typing normal western text...
Thanks,
WmH
you can use this one

it works very well for me
Has anyone got the HTC Touch Input keyboard working yet?
I've tried a few different APK's that I've found on various forums and sites and so far either it continually force closes, or the keyboard just never shows up when I need it.
I'm using the Vegan Rom.
Thanks!

Hi, I'm wondering if any of you gotten the android 2.2 keyboard to work on the hero with 2.1 installed. I am mostly interested in this because I want to use the microphone for speech to text...thanks for any information you have! (I currently also have an Evo and the speech to text works like a charm, save a lot of time.)
hey guys,
Im thinking about buying hd7 phone, and wanted to know if it supports hebrew fonts. I couldnt find anywhere on the internet if it does.
I dont need a keyboard or masseging, just to know if the facebook application and the browser shows hebrew fonts so I can just read em.
if it doesnt support, is it a problem to make it happen? (on my hd2 it was great!).
hebrew
I have a t-mobile hd7 and hebrew is reversed in apps such as facebook.
I haven't managed to get language installed because i only have english keyboard, and the cracked keyboard doesnt install on it.
