why i have lag in games ???

hi guys ...
my phons have laaaaaags in new HD games why ??
(nova3-mc3-six guns ...)
i9000 - GamezROM v9 ( i cant update it to v11 because i need RTL fix )
what should i do ??

The newer games are gonna need better specs on the phone or your gonna get lag.

I have CM9 nightly with the latest update and all these games work great especially NOVA 3 it's awesome

TRY THAT ROM [NIGHTLY][ROM][4.0.4][IMM76I] CyanogenMod 9 for Samsung Galaxy S
AND THEN INSTALL THAT KERNEL
[KERNEL] Semaphore ICS 1.2.2
AFTER THAT YOU CAN PLAY ALL NEW HD GAMES
TRY IT

Try clearing ram before opening the game.

hello i want i 2.3.6 rom with very good and faster kernel for my samsung galaxy s5839i/s5830i ...
i want i fast and lite rom with not any theme from ics or JB or somthing other!
i want only fast ,full warking and mach of my phone (memmory) card and all this with a very good kernet!
can any body help me?
(i have install very mach roms and all is with ics or Jb theme and all is slowly or with full phone card!!!!)

Go for retribution rom. Its in the development tread. Just with a holo launcher...otherwise perfect for performance....i guess it has got a older kernel...which shud be good for you...as the newest one has some bugs.

it's not for me. it haven't anything to i want!
it have old kernet
it have bugs
it is not light and soft
it have ics theme
it occupies all my phome memmory card!
anything other?

Then go for any deodexed stock rom. All other are themed. And the latest kernel is buggy. Reboots. You should be more than happy with the old version.
Ask someone if they have any previous versions.
As far as i know. Retribution hasnt got any bugs. Moreover, its a barebone rom....how can it occupy so much of your memory?

with my castom official rom i have 20mb free but this id rom is official and have nook kernet and it is from cosmote (it not good)
with all other roms i have 3-14 mb free.. beacause it have holo and other launchers and programmes i want a "license" rom
a good castom with good kernel is the best from me!!!

Remove some applications in system. Deodex rom alucard only default launcher, not holo or otherwise.

I recomend jellybam rom and custom kernel, for kernel pm to me, because we not allowed to talk about it. with this combo I get 10k in antutu score. games tuning fast, and battery life is pretty good

You can use ANGRY v3 or SVA ROM JB v5.1 for Jelly Bean (xxlsc)
But is you want to more stable and problemless rom, you should use ICS rom. I think the best rom on ICS is Criskelo's v11.2

I Don't find any problems on the Ultimate JB one.If you are talking about beta(s) jellybeans rom(s) yes,they have many issues :silly:

Guys, im coming from CM9 now. I want to flash back GB with 411mb of RAM and all those lot. Is there a ROM like that? At least stable for gaming?

DSLR ROM is the first rom with 411mb ram (with brian kernel), and is based stock rom, and is running fast.
But, all roms with brian kernel (411 mb ram), have camera bugs ! (camrecorder not working)
And...about cm7, because is using an modded brian kernel, of course camera will not work too !!! (dedicated to dev of cm7)

I tested RHAN ICED PLUS ROM and ICE BLAST ROM and I prefer ICE BLAST ROM but it was too heavy. Im testing RHAN ROM for now, tho, idl really. Can you recommend a good GB cusrom?

Well, I created my custom rom, based stock to get maximum performance from squadzone's kernel. Btw rom is not released, is personal.:silly:
You can create your own...if you want. :angel:

For me, I just use DXLD1 stock rom and then I use Squadzone kernel .. Use any tweak that You like . I really like squadzone kernel !! I've been using 1126 Mhz as my Max Oc since last week .. no reboot :victory:

Flashed on my stock rom. Apparantly, wifi didn't work, its like the problem in this thread in another post. After that, i flashed Ice Blast ROM and all worked tho, upon setting up the rom, the font size got humongous suddenly.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that .. The Kernel are having wifi issue with the LK2E stockrom Series and any latest stockrom because It is using the latest wifi driver and cannot be loaded by the kernel .. the only stock that I have tried is DXLD1 and It works perfectly .. to make it work in any stock rom,you can get the wifi driver from DXLD1 .. Its in system/wifi if im not mistaken .. the ar6000.ko . take it and replace it in any stock you want to use ..

Read this.
If you want a fast device then try Mackay ICS.
For gaming try CyanAOSP (Jelly Bean), CyanAOSP (KitKat).
For customizations try Cyanogenmod or Cyanogenmod based ROMS.
Also Omni is pretty good.

That's a good choice. To take advantage of the Semaphore's kernel features download Semaphore Manager from Play Store.
If you want to overclock your device choose 1.2 MHz and the ondemand Governor. Also for 400+ MB of RAM choose the s Semaphore version and also download the Bigmem libs.

Can i Overclock the cpu more than 1.2Ghz ?

Yes you can but not with Semaphore kernel. Mackay kernel supports up to 1.4 MHz.
Keep in mind that with clock speeds over 1.2 MHz you will experience a lot of crashes and reboots, your device will get hot etc.

When im installing the rom (CyanAOSP) and the kernel (Semaphore) is it need to have installed custom 4.3 or 4.4 ROM first ? Or i can install everyting from the stock rom ?

You might lose your IMEI if you install 4.4 straight from stock. The right way is to install ICS first then JB and finally KK (or you can install KK straight from ICS).

Install the ROM first. Make sure to choose the correct Semaphore kernel for your ROM.

Can you tell me what kernel i need for cyanAOSP JB or mackay ics and then i want to install cyanAOSP KK.

You only need to flash a kernel once you install the final ROM, in your case KK.

Hi to all
After to try upgrade my GT-I9000 by KIES (realy bad choice) my phone crash and can't coming back in original without any issues.
I was going and in samsung service to setback but the problems are still there.
Boot freezings and random of sorry the android.process.media has stopped. acore, keybord etc.
I try to fix them first by cache or apps settings but no luck- i was try everything.
Next step for - i had a feeling my phone is not dead and i can't to use it like this - is try to fount a rom in all net.
To many rom's and installs clears with full format or not - with xp,7 or 8 - but all they have same problems (slim,paranoid,etc.). Full of Sorry's that service or other has stop and press the ok every sec.or rom apps crash down or freezings and next black screen or freezing and many reboot's auto.
2 weeks try and try again. It must to save my phone.
And yesterday i try another rom.
1. set (must have) the I9000XXJVU_I9000OXAJVU_OXA by ODIN 1.83 with repartition s1_odin_20100512.pit
1st reboot auto and freezing again (many auto reboots) but final open the phone in settings.I didn't stop so must see the next step
2. Set Kernel by Odin again CF-Root-XX_OXA_JVU_2.3.6-v4.3-CWM3RFS.
The phone reboot but boot over and over without go in. Again i didn't stop so i go in recovery (other way to take the install file) and mount usb (i can't go in phone) and take the ICS_4.0.3_MR1-RC4.2_I9000 rom in internal sd (no external sd and no sim in the phone).
3. Clear the data/factory, reset data cache and dalvic cache and install it (i can say the install it was slowest by the others rom's and more stady in the load bar).
No extra gapps files to install need.
The phone auto reboot and i wait with hope again.
Boom. The phone open in the setting without single problem.:victory:
The Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 is there all works perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I save my phone and is realy fast because the phone have a realy good hardwear.
So the Final answer is the rom must fit in your phone
