[Q] Galaxy S2-M250S can't boot and can't go to Recovery Mode

Hello!
Now my Galaxy S2 can't boot, it keeps stuck at the logo Samsung Galaxy SII and it can't go to Recovery Mode either when pressing Volume Up + Home + Power. By the way, it still can get into Download Mode
So I tried to flash offcial rom 4.0.3 but nothing happened, after that I tried to flash official rom 2.3.6 and the issue didn't resolve.
Pls help me to resolve this issue.
Many thanks!!!

look brother .. first of all this forum is for I9000 not I9100 , secondly you should download an official rom with three parts and flash it through odin with re-partition checked
Thanks bro!
I'm sorry for my mistake because I'm just a newbie in this amazing 4rum. Will try to never let it happens again.

You flashed the wrong ROM. Pop is Galaxy Mini from India.
Use driver for Galaxy Pop for compatible driver.

RevolutionROM(for GalaxyS2) on Galaxy S3 Mini Troubleshooting

Hello there! I just install Revolution ROM (Link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...om-revolution-rom-ux-2014-build-2-22-t2607749) on Glalaxy S3 Mini and CWM crashed when recovery installation was done. I turned off my phone and CAN NOT turn it on. HELP! :crying:
Why you install ROM for S2 on S3 mini ?
Can you enter to the Download mode ? (Volume down + home button + power button) If yes, than you can flash stock rom via Odin

You hard bricked your phone because you flashed a ROM not meant for your phone. So send it in for repairs.
