What are the chances of the droid incredible s running at&t gsm network since this is a world phone?
Are you talking about the Droid incredible 2 from verizon? If it is, that phone would end up being the same as what happened to the Droid 2 global, gsm bands being locked down. That's just my guess.

Any of the Canadian versions (Bell/Sasktel) will work on AT&T if unlocked.
MTS, Bell, Sasktel, Telus and Rogers all use the same bands as AT&T.

+ I will buy an unlocked thrill will it be necessary to reunlock the SIM each time I flash a ROM? and should I choose only thrill ROMs-not O3D?

because one was released in the UK and one in the US.
and no.
very much the same. only different is the 3g baseband.
thrill has 850, 1900
o3d p920 has 2 versions: 1. 900 / 1900 / 2100
2. 850 / 1700 / 2100
check your phone provider baseband use so that you buy the right one to get 3g/4g

I thought the Thrill has 850/1900/2100 WCDMA band and the O3D has 900/2100 WCDMA band. O3D will not work with US 3G but Thrill will work with Eu/Asia 3G.

you are right about thrill with 850/1900/2100
http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_thrill_4g-3886.php
for some reason phone arena post different lacking 2100
http://www.phonearena.com/phones/LG-Thrill-4G_id5327
i am sorry about that
as for o3d, i have a version that has 850 / 1700 / 2100 and confirm it works with u.s 3g/4g tmobile
They are the same except one is made for Europe the other for ATT USA. You can use both roms interchangeably.
Hi guys, it's great news that GSM is now working on the droid 4 but I'm wondering if it supports 3GSM in the 2100mhz band. Any ideas?

As far as I know, EVDO Rev B is not used in North America. Verizon skipped it going to LTE instead.
Moto's web site indicates the CDMA variant 2013 X only supports EVDO Rev A See -> https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/95871/p/30,6720,8696
I guess you could look up the FCC documents and see if EVDO Rev B is listed, but that wouldn't address if its enabled in the XT1060 software or not.
But some people reports they unlock evdo B by using dfs tools... How to use it ?? I think evdo B supported by our moto x and droid ultra hardware.. But need to unlock
.. Need some advice from you people .. Thanks help should be appreciated
Does carrier aggregation work or not? I doubt it but thought I'd ask.
Cheers

It HAS the option under more in the Mobile Network and it is turn on. If it is working I don't know. I have an L04 from Telcel Mexico and I am in Puerto Rico using T-Mobile. It doesn't connect to Band 66 as it should., it only connects to Band 2 and 4.

Well one way to find out is to run an Ookla speed test using LTE using TMobile sim. Then compare the speeds in particular download Mbps with a branded current TMobile device.
