Lock screen not working... Stock ICS and king droid

Hey guys
Today i updated to a stock ics and the lick screen would not lock on password or pin or anything.
So i updated to custom kingdroid ics and am having the same problem
Any ideas

Are your security settings set to none? Try changing it to swipe

I have the same problem... screen locks if I press the power button but does not lock after 'screen timeout'.
Edit: Re-flashed (the same exact way) and that fixed the problem
It seems KD is pretty temperamental

Hmmmm I am just downloading the v7.1 I will flash that a couple of time and see what happens
EDIT --- I have tried flashing this rom a couple of times now and the same thing no lock screen

(I know it's in the Galaxy W forum, but it will probably work with Galaxy S too... But you should make a backup, before flashing it, becouse it's for Galaxy W!)

Patterrn lockscreen on cm7 roms

used almost 10 custom roms based on cm7. but the pattern lockscreen on all these roms are quite ugly and unusable because the dots are too close and big... can some one suggest a way out ??
i don't want to use apps like go locker or magic locker foe pattern lock as they unnecessarily consume ram..
please help !!!

Which ones and where? I've checked SystemUI and framework-res.

Will give detailed guide later
Also maybe modify keyguard.xml
And remove the clock from patterlock
It might give u some more space

Yep don't need the clock either.
The pattern lock is the one ugly thing on CM7.2 and as a result I stopped using it.

Are you running stock ROM and stock launcher?

I have stock ROM (not unlocked) with xperia launcher. I use this now but widgets don`t work with lg`s launcher too.

Yes all original galaxy weather clock widgets only works on Stock ROM/TouchWiz.
