MIUI ROM(based on CM7) ported by MOMO(Multi languages)[2012-04-20]

Hi friends,this is a ROM ported by my pal MOMO from China,here is his original post:http://bbs.gfan.com/android-4036934-1-1.html
I help him post it here for you to experience,may you enjoy it.
the rom based on MIUI from other device and the latest CM7 for atrix,of course,it has some bugs,but they will be fixed next version or next next...version,so any bugs found,pleae report,thank you.

● Theme(but you can creat a folder named theme in /data/system/ with RootExplorer,theme will work)

stevendebs is ics/cm9 based.
hm, i'd be very interesting in moving to this since my battery life in stevendebs build is not very good so far

this rom based on latest CM7 and resources from MIUI.

What about the v4/ICS download?
Says its 2.4.18 which im assuming means its a newer build (apr 18th)
Stevendeb do you know what differences there are between your V4 and this version?

Basically it my rom modified. Download and compare
Really can't see the gb sound issues being fixed tho. Could be wrong

I just installed it and:
1. the settings have a lot of things in chinese so I dont know what some things are...
2. it kinda feel sluggish, CM7 feels smoother and faster overall
3. Torch widget wont work
I tested this before installing neutrino 2.7, used MIUI before on my last phone, but the atrix really doesnt have a smooth MIUI rom yet... will test agin on the next update, for now I will go back to CM7

stevendebs's ICS/MIUIv4 is just about as smooth as it gets
Just get rid of that stupid MIUI launcher and get apex, nova or trebuchet launcher and you'll see its smooth as a bag of peanut butter, lol

the thing with any Android 4.0 right now its that there are no hardware acceleration for video... I watch a lot of videos and using SW mode takes like double the battery
I hope that motorola "leaks" a ICS version so we can extract the drivers lol

enhances the bass sound with this mod, incredibly amazing, works perfectly in android 2.2 and 2.3. In the title of the post mentioned that perhaps work in ICS 4.0, eh time I did not tested so if someone did for comenatr would be very grateful if it works ...

Is this same as dehumanized work?
I have ported dehumanized mega bass beats for ob, but there is annoying bug, sometime my phone do not enter deep sleep

I get an "Invalid attachment specified" error, could you please fix the downloads?
Also, can you explain what does every file do?
( Will test on ICS 4.0.4 when downloads are fixed )
EDIT: Tried to download from my phone and it gets stuck at 5~% (19kb)...

is this working on Zeus v6.23 ?

apparently, i have ALREADY included it with the supressed ROM (upcoming version) along with some nimble modifications.
when tested, am getting 98~108 decibles with the speakers playing the songs!!!!....the upcoming supressed is having beats+DOLBY digital+SRS WOW+xLOUD.

What does not work with ICS is whether ...
Zeus, CM7, MIUI, Marvel, supressed should work properly!

Anyone here know the procedure to undo the flashes?
Something is very wrong with battery usage after the flash and I don't notice any improvement at all.

Did you say everything in chinese? 2nd min thought, i passed a line saying it has English too ?

mmm, I feel that it lags around all the ROM specially when scrolling, touch input isn't always precise, and sometimes unmounts sdcard without telling. It's nowhere near as fast as Zeus though it feels very stable and customizable. Has it's pros and cons, but other roms to date are just better. However, I see a lot of future in this ROM lol

is echo and bad sound in call really fixed????

Hy everybody,
I wonder if this MOD is still working with the latest TW ver. XXLSZ
I attach the zip for the CWM..to see if anyone can test it and post the result.
I have a temporary root and without CWM...still waiting for Phillz to pull out the kernel ..
And yes I still think a lot of people are interested in this ....

this mod working Fine in xxlsz ( Except HD Video Recording)

Its working on Chinese XXLM5. It should work on XXLSZ too.

I don't think there is one in .apk. I don't know a ROM with Photosphere. Haven't seen one yet.

Does this pushing process replace the stock camera application. If so. Is there additional application that can handle hd video recording.

It will replace only GmsCore.apk and not the Stock Camera application on XXLSZ Rom and You will get 2 camera app and gallery on app drawer, for HD recording you can use stock camera app

cm10.1 with a sprinkle of miui.
This is a CyanogenMod cm10.1.0_RC5 rom all I've done is edited it to get a little bit of a miui feel !
All credits go to CyanogenMod for the rom (thank you).
What I removed from CyanogenMod cm10.1.0 RC5 rom.
Apollo.
Calculator.
Dspmanager.
Camera.
Gallery.
Keyboard.
Lock clock.
Trebuchet.
Video editor.
Terminal emulator.
now i've sprinkled a little bit of miui into the rom.
MiHome.
Miui camera.
Miui gallery.
Miui keyboard.
Miui music v4.
Miui calculator.
Miui compass.
Miui weather ( Europe only)(you can download America/usa from http://www.miui.ch/miui-weather/
Some of these apps are early versions but still have a nice feel. The only problem I've come a cross is in miui gallery the thumbnail pictures are first shown as all black or white colour??? so I've also added gallery 3D app into rom. when you look at pictures in gallery 3D app then go back to miui gallery the thumbnail pictures are shown proper. Please don't do any CyanogenMod system updates if people like this rom i'll do an new version up date rom. And i'm always looking to add more miui

tried mihome on a cm10.1 based rom and lockscreen dosen't work,it lags and I have to press the power button twice every time I want to turn the scren on..don't you have this problem on this rom ?

This ROM works perfectly for me... Try simply uninstalling mihome. I use nova launcher prime and it's quite smooth. I'll keep you informed because I haven't tested the battery drain and the game speed yet.

I get no lags and only the odd time you will see the CyanogenMod lock screen flash up before the miui lock screen. but what you can do is
go to CyanogenMod settings , lock screen , screen security then select screen lock, to none .

already done but on the rom I'm using is still lagging...
maybe I'll try this rom..

I think settings and statusbar might be a hard one to figure out might involve the framework of rom I'm not to sure ? but i'll look into it... ( I'm very new to all of this. This is my first rom I've edited and my first thread on xda so hope everyone will be kind..lol )

I never kept a record I'm afraid sorry, I download so many roms and files wether they worked or not I tend to delete the original files Straight after use. ( But Google was my best friend in the search tho :laugh: )
