[Q] Sound Issues

I'm heading back to exchange my Revo for a different one, but I was just curious. Has anyone had any problems with the sound over the HDMI output? Like it going out every minute or two for like 2 seconds(only when video is streaming, whether it be a game or HBO Go, Pandora works fine). Then over the 3.5mm I hear this screeching sound at random intervals. Tried multiple radios, cords, and applications. I am very happy with the Revo thus far, and it seems once the Recovery is found out, it'll be a much easier phone to work with then then thunderbolt. Can't wait, but I think it's obvious I got a defective unit.
Just wondering if anyone else had these problems?

i linked my phone to an older tv and got no sound through the HDMI but i also think that i read something about having to have a certain type of TV that has some sort of anti piracy crap on it i am still looking into it.

Hi all,
I know this is at the back of lots of gamers mind's who are using an i9000.
I am running a Darky Rom so I still get TV out - which is a big thing for me.
I got rid of my HD2 for this i9000 - and I still have not been able to connect a Wiimote to my device.
I was playing FPSCE with the wiimote on the HD2 and I really really miss this functionality.
I am aware that the bluetooth Kernal is the issue and that the Cynogen mod roms and others based around this are running a different BT imp which addresses and resolves this issue, but if I jump to Cynogen, I loose my TV out which is sadly more important (blame Ttorrent).
Has anyone heard of anything happening anywhere that will let me play with my wiimote whilst TvOUTed?

A2DP snicking and distortion driving me crazy!

Hi all, I have tried searching around and haven't managed to to find anything even remotely similar (if such a thread exists, I apologise and I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction), So i'm posting as a last resort, I really hope somebody is able to help me.
I am experiencing a lot of random "snicking" and clicking over btaudio A2DP between my xperia Z and my 2010 camry hybrid. The snicking is not present in bt calls, just bt audio playback. I have not experienced this problem with any of my older phones in the same car (iphone 4, 4s, sgs, sgs2, sgs3 have all been without issue).
The snicking is most noticeable in quiet or silent parts of a song, although lately from time to time it will progress from quiet snicking into full terrible distortion on every beat requiring me to pull over, unpair the phone, powercycle both the car and the phone and re-pair everything to get it back to something that is listenable.
I am using poweramp, but have tried several different music players to rule out the possibility of it being the player.
Has anybody encountered this, or able to help me troubleshoot it?
I am using a completely stock xperia Z, no mods whatsoever.

Are you using the Walkman app to play songs as a default player or at least have you tried... then I if problem is still there I would seek the advise of the shop from where bought ...

Thank you for your reply, I have tried with poweramp, and the standard walkman app, both have the same problem. I tried my wifes xz on the car and it was much much worse (dropping out, freezing etc) So I can only assume sony (or telstra) have screwed up the a2dp as it works completely fine in calls.
I might try dropping something non branded on it and see how it all goes.

Bluetooth Game Controllers slow down whole system

Hi there,
I love playing on emulators with my HTC One, namely DraStic, MyBoy! and Snes9x.
I've noticed that the whole system slows down when I connect one of my Bluetooth Controllers to the phone, namely Gametel Controller, PS3 Wireless Controller and the Impulse Controller.
I am aware that emulation, especially DS emulation need a lot of CPU power but I can see a huge framedrop of about 15fps and sound gets really choppy when a bluetooth controller is connected.
Is anyone else playing on emulators and has installed any Custom ROM, Google Edition ROM or a 4.2.2 or even 4.1.2 ROM and can test if the described problem occurs on these ROMs too?
Thanks in advance, hope that some guys are interested in investigating so we can have clarity and solve this issue.

mic problem when playing games

guys,
i have this problem when playing games like mobile legends or pubg, when im not using headset, other player is hard to hear my voice, they say my voice is to low.. i want to know is this hardware os software issue, because is seems normal when i using mic for calls.

Me too.after update my pnone to miui 12 my mic not work good in pubg.just in games.i did factory reset clear catch but continued
