Unresponsive touchscreen while charging

I am experiencing unresponsive touch screen while charging.
Although this problem has been mentioned a lot for other phones too but i couldnt find a working solution.
I am experiencing this problem
xxlqb+cocore 5+pegasusq/sio
i am using stock charger
i've also tried decreasing input charge current value to 500 from 600 but even that didnt help!
plz help
should i go to the service centre for this?
(because if i should, i would have to degrade my phone back to gb for warranty)

Try with stock kernel.

Did u get this problem while charging in ac coach of indian railways. I get it when I charge. there, but at home it works fine.Change port type and amperage and see

there's nothing problem for the phone actually..might be it caused by the charger or the socket that you are using..
using not an original charger also can cause the problem.. because the Watt from original charger compared with not an original charger are not the same..
it can cause that kind of problem..
and maybe because of the socket, it supply more volt and watt even if you are using the original charger also can cause the problem

well, my brother just bought another s advance
i tried charging his phone with the same charger and same socket and used it while charging for the whole time, and there was not a single change in its touch
while my hpone's touch goes unresponsive while charging.
PLEASE HELP!!!
PS: I am using XXLQB+cocore 5.0 kernel in BOTH phones and with almost same settings!!!

Well... Uninstall root en CoCore and go to the nearest phone store. This is above my knowledge

my captivate lag when plugin charge

i have problem on my captivate:
my phone become lag and can not control when i plug charge until i remove battery and reboot
if i use 2.3.5 KI2 then problem is solve
any tip for me?

I had some similar issues with another Android phone. The problem was in the charger, too much noise was bugging the phone. If you have Fast Charge option enabled in 4.2.2, the load on charger increases along with the noise in charging line. Not sure if it's your case, just sharing some experience.

Are you using a laptop to charge? I know sometimes when you charge through the laptop, media sync can chew quite a bit of cpu cycles.

True, but only if you have USB data transfer enabled. Otherwise no data connection between the two and no media sync either.

Bro, the problem is in one of the following:
1. charger (try different charger of plug the phone to your computer's USB - same result?)
2. phone's charging circuit (not easy to fix)
3. battery's charging circuit (try different battery, each one has own charge control logic - same result?)

i think that is not my problem because on stock rom 2.3.5 and on Doc's master 4.04, my phone work normally
i think problem is on code of rom
what is your opinion?

If same thing happens with different ROMs, then most likely it's not a software related issue.

If you feel it is software/rom related try "timelines usage" app (available on playstore)
That can tell you what task is occupying your cpu.
I think the issue is battery/hardware related which is aggravated by most roms..except the one. Timelines usage might help to narrow down ...

Re: charger lag
Another reason (not as likely) could be that the ROMs you installed had the Battery Bar option and Charging Animation enabled. I use the battery bar at the top of the status bar instead of using a battery icon or text, and the animations while charging slow my device a bit. I can't recall if the charging animation is enabled by default. If it is hardware-related, it is interesting that you are not seeing this issue while on GB or ICS.

[Q] can't charge when phone on power

Is somebody know why my phone can't be charge why the power is on?
The charging indicator is shown but the battery decrease itself
Is there a problem with my problem or what?
Already try reflashing rom and factory reset but none of that is working

Are you using a original charger ?
I used to have this problem at times, try removing the battery for a while and then use it. Mostly using a different charger solved the issue for me.

Yes, i'm using orginal charger
It only happen when i'm using charger, but when i'm using usb connection, it can charge, maybe charger problem?

Slow charging problem

My Huawei has a problem charging the battery, charging time is too long. He needs two hours to fill from 50% to 65% ?????? Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

How are you charging it? via a computer? What kind of charger do you use if you don't use a computer? The stock one that comes with the device or a different one?
Have you tried using a different charger for the phone?
I've never had any problems with charging my huawei ascend p7 and I'm using the stock charger that came with the device.
Also charging from my laptop seems to work fine for me.
Also, are you using a custom ROM?

Charging with the charger that came with phone. I have not tried it with someone else. Factory 5.1.1 is software B832

the problem isn't your phone but same as you, i think the problem is in lollipop firmware, i have tested them, and now i reverted back to b623
other issue is the phone over heating when playing audio and video

I tried with a stronger charger and charge the battery quickly ....

I use samsung charger from very beginning, since from few days I'm facing this late charging problem

Hey, I got the same problem now. I do the same as alway (= same charger, cable, the same apps using, same android version, etc.) and now it got very slow charging unreasonably. I tried to change chargers, cables, plugs, but the same story appears.
to charge 1% up takes more than 3 -4minutes, before it was 50% less time...

Xperia z3c is not charging

I plugged my phone into wall charger with 66% battery. After 2 hours I see the battery was 99% charged but at this time the phone was not charging also no charging light.. I tried this charger with my Xperia Z2,the charger was fine and working good... Now the problem is my Z3 Compact is not charging and also no charging indication so please suggest me solution...

Please help I am confused ? Is there is problem in charging port or ic problem???

Hello, are you on stock rom?
I have same experience with some modified roms, stock based or aosp doesnt matter. Its not a hardware error, you can find answers on xda, if i not wrong there is a topic on xda for this problem.

Yes I am on stock rom and non-rooted.. I sent my device to a local service center,they changed charging port but not succeed they said it is a power ic issue
If there is a software issue then plz help me

Try different charger, i still have similar problem, when i charge the phone with cheap charger. Btw its not a big deal.
