Hi and welcome to this forum,first to root you have 2 ways:
1) use my post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37980209 ps: this method will increase your binary count be carefull.
2) or go to the general forum and search for a prerooted rom

Hi & welcome. Go here and download I8190XXAMA2 4.1.2 (OXX multi-csc, PDA: I8190XXAMA2, CSC: I8190OXXAMA2)
It wont trigger the binary count, and it doesnt wipe data, so everything will be just as you got your phone set up now, only with root.

Hi everyone! I have a question related to my S3 mini I8190: after I hang up for about 2s appears the person/contact whom I had spoken with (also showing those 3 options: voice calling, video calling and messaging) and then appears the same display which was before talking with that person. Can I deactivate that 2s option? After the call I just want to appear the initial display i was toggle. Thanks

blurred pictures at contact
I noticed that the pictures from the contacts are blurred (mostely when I want to put a family picture (3 faces)) , even though I changed the rezolution of the pictures many times (from 290Kb to 13,5MB). Can someone help me with that?

have an galaxy mini with CyanoMobile relase 2 installed, everything working well, but i dont feel multitouching on my device.
can i activate it? i mean more than 2 point multitouch?

Impossible...hardware thing...
Judging from his name he's Romanian. But even so this post will be in English. Arabu don't hope that this will be fixed soon.Only if someone will make a petition or stuff like that to Samsung so maybe they will solve it

Like in first reply no more than 2 touch recognitions on mini
it cannot be fixed its a hardware thing not software mini is low end smartphone and is having a low quality touchscreen
Is it better to keep your phone on maximum brightness or lower to minimise screen burn? Generally whats better for the screen?
I know amoled screens suffer from banding and weird discoloration so I want to prevent anything funny.

for me I change my brightness as my need in the day and when am out I raise it but when am at home I put it at average and night I lowe it to approximately minimum.

I use nfc task manager .i use the connection to my home wifi as a trigger to dim the screen and when im out of range it turns it up .

but sadly since the standard version doesn't have nfc then I can't do it...

i tried but tasker is a little harder to config,.:good:, nfc app is very strait forward
can someone try on a non nfc mini and see, cant see why it wont work,
i configared a lot of stuff like ring volume ect, works a treat,

Have you looked at settings->motion ? If it's what you mean, just enable or disable, or look at the context menu there.

I've not yet used note 2. But are you sure that extra motion does exist on note 1. Here we are in the note 1 forum.
I read that there were some devs trying to port to s3 but it required extensive modding of framework, still in progress. After that quick glance may be ported to note as well.

of course its exist in note 1 that's y I posted for developers to mod it or make it for our note 1....
My samsung galaxy S3 is using my top microphone instead of my bottom one when trying to make voip calls with apps such as Fongo , does anyone know why or how i can fix this?
I am currently on the latest version of Cyanogen mod and have the latest radio on my phone, please respond. Thank you

No, the t211 is the 3G version, but you can try that will not happen anything out of the ordinary.

not own a t210 model to confirm. I have understood that installing the dialer causes a force close. (FC)

Found this info on another site about getting into the dial pad of the versions without a dialer (i.e the SM217a variant)
Enter this using calculator (+30012012732+ , to get phone dial window.
This works well and I have used it on my device aswell

I've searched almost every where but i couldn't find the code for hsdpa/hsupa menu... Looking around i found that *#301279# works on most of the Samsung devices but not on tab 3 t211... All your given codes work on my device so, i thought may be you might know this code as well.... Its samsung tab 3 t211 running Android 4.4.2
