Default Browser not working Oprera mini is

I falshed my phone with CM6 nightly (I dont know what version) and my browser wont go to any page so I installed opera mini and skyfire. Oprea works great but skyfire wont. Also android market wont download any apps it always say download paused. Is there any way to make Oprea mini my default browser or fix this problem with my browser any help would be great

Hi Experts,
Tried all the way, mentioned in the thread, but still facing problem with market.
It says 'Download Paused' whenever I download new apps / update existing.
Haven't tried with WiFi, but facing problem with Mobile/3G internet.
During Feb-2011, I upgraded Android software (even after upgrading to 2.1, during Nov-2010), from Sony. As received notification from Sony.
Could you guys help us here?

[Q] Unable to install / Download WhatsApp

Hello,
I am unable to see WhatsApp in the Market.
So I have downloaded it seperately from another site and tried to install it.
The installation failed with the error "App not installed".
Furthermore I tried to copy WhatsApp to the system apps, but it didn't work as well.
I am on the latest CyanogenMod nightly. Changing DPI didn't change anything about my problem, too.
Hope you can help me

guy me too having same problem if there any to help to solve the issue.
by using cleaner my whatsapp was gone. when i try to install it an error occured as cannot install in default location

[Q] Difficulties in rooting the phone

My Phone details are as follows
Samsung Galaxy S i 9000
firmware version 2.3.6
kernel 2.6.35.7-I9000DDJVB
I am trying intsall the new room by following instructions from here at thedroidcity.com/galaxy-s-gt-i9000-upgrade-to-official-jellybean-4-2-1-firmware
But not able to root . What ever application I used ( gingerbreak, root with restore, CASUAL-PublicBeta4, ROM Manager , super oneclick,InitialCFRootFlasher, mtofail) I am never successful in root my phone. Always the applications go unending with message that files are read only and su can be copied. Even I tried mount system(r/w, r/o). Not much use
Request team member to help me in understanding how to root this phone and install the latest rom ( Hope the jellybean 4.2.1 is the latest )

Everything went well.thanks. but now i have new issue .It displays error can't connect to network right now. please try again. I tried a lot . but still the problem persists. my phone is unlocked phone and so is my sim

go back to xxjvu then do it all again from there i had same problem and remICS 4.2.2 working for me

Thanks the problem is solved I have upgraded to 4.2.2. HAve a strange problem now.I have contacts updated from my gmail and they all appear in contacts. Same is not accessible while messaging and calling. Any suggestions

chech settings of dialer - somewhere there'll be which contacts are shown

you could try wiping your dalvic and cache just and reflash the rom if you dont get any other solution

Thanks a lot. I reflashed ROM and now the problem seems solved. But issue now is that it is taking time to connect to 3g netwrok and I need to struggle a lot a connect( switch on/off airplane mode, installed 3g manager, reset settings). Is there any solution for this

where is the lockscreen file of a rom?and whats its name?
and the wallpapers of the rom?

[Q] Lockscreen problem after uptade to 4.2.2

Hi Everyone,
I had one HTC one in 4.1.2, and I uptaded to 4.2.2 with Android Revolution.
After this uptade, when I active security password after unlock, I have a bug, lots of page can opening, and sometimes too, after I unlock with lots of application open, my HTC one reboot alone.
I tried to reinstall lots of time, full wipe, I try with 0 application, with 5 rom (maximus, trick, android, Inser coin), my phone was empty, I launch Facebook, or I download Go sms, and same probleme all time.
I made one video, because I never saw this probleme anywhere: watch?v=BcSIo_Lo_1U&feature=youtu.be (put youtube url before I can't post link :/ )
This problems is only with 4.2.2, I back to 4.1.2 and this problems is fix, but if I reinstall, same problem again...
If someone else already fix this problem, thanks to help me

Chrome browser problem

Recently upgraded TP to Marshmallow but the Chrome browser won't work at all, just get a message saying that chrome has stopped.
Initially this was v57 but I get the same result with v58
Anyone got any ideas please?

Anyone else had this problem? I've tried re-installing Android but get exactly the same problem - is there an issue with the GAPPs package maybe?
I could do with some help here please...
