There are some kernel to do a capture of screen sliding your hand? I saw in the S3, if you slide the hand on the screen, the S3 do an Screen Capture. That it will be possible in the future?? Thanks for all!!!
PD: Sorry for my english :crying:
No offense but why would want that? I personally think its pointless as all you needd to do is hold the home and power button at the same time. . Now I know everyone has there own opinion but to me its pointless...

I have a problem with my Galaxy when I try to draw with any paint app can not use full display!
The problem is that always stays a white frame as shown in the picture!
Is this normal?
Sorry for my english using google translator!
Your fingers aren't pointy enough.
Can you try on your Galaxy and upload screenshot?
What app are you using? Let me try.

The name of the app's "Painting"
Anyone just a screenshot, or at least test!?
Yay I found the solution! Click the hand in the painting app to adjust scale and bingo! Access to the entire page. Still not perfect but hey...

But it should work without any tricks or not?
Can you draw on your galxy to the edge of the display without any tricks?
No as the apps don't allow it. Nothing wrong with the phone, or your finger lol.

Actually I think I may be wrong about this. The phone does not seem to respond when the very edges of the touchscreen are touched!

I can confirm this. Autodesk Sketchbook show the same problem!
If you want to draw with more accuracy, get a phone with Resistive Touch Screen.
I do not want to draw, drawing program is the only app where I can show my problem!
My question was, Is this normal and if someone else has similar problems?
Everyone with the phone has the same problem as you.

I guess SGN does not offer such a feature, mate! You would probably need to accept it.

indeed it does offer... just press the button on the stylus and swipe to the left on the screen to go back and swipe up on the screen to access the menu options... you can do this on whichever app you are on
Actually those buttons are capacitive and i think i've read somewhere its not a capacitive stylus....it uses some other technology....an like Chillz88 said...use the button and gestures...
The button tip on the stylus is amazing, Thank you for all the help!

I saw that in some roms on various devices like Galaxy Mini, and I would like to ask you are there any way to have it on MiniCM9?
What's the point? You already have buttons and they will only take up screen space. It will just make the screen look smaller.
Dunno why, but i like them. Plus I tried them on my friend's galaxy mini and they looked cool and they would be pretty useful for me because my hardware buttons were crappy.
It is impossible to actually add new software buttons to the phone but this app might do thhe trick for ya https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smart.swkey
Thank me if i helped

It is possible. Its like a software or app. Any phone could have this with ICS even like hmm. hTC Tattoo. The screen does need something special to have them

Our hardware is not capable but the Galaxy MINI's hardware is capable? Its strange if its true... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xe1oesBIDm4&feature=related
I think its totally useless because of our phones screen size. Thoose buttons would took too much space. If your hardware buttons are broken use Button savior from market.
They would look cool, but they're pretty useless for our device!
OK I have a modded Verizon galaxy nexus with 4.0.4,in tab mode. Every thing is customized ,except one thing....with that said, I bring you to my question. Can you make a call button for the navigation menu,. My reason for that is there are two menus one on screen and the other on the navigation bar.a standard call button on that bar would make more space thus elements the on screen menu bar altogether. CAN U DO IT. send answers to [email protected] thanks.

Hi everyone,
I m new to posting here, but I m a regular reader of the forums.
I have a question about the screen you get when being called. Sometimes I get this lightgrey screen where you have to double tap the answer button and sometimes I get a darkgrey screen where you have to drag a green circle across the screen to answer.
Is there a difference between callers or am I overlooking something?

Tap the answer button when calls come in while you are using the phone (the phone is unlocked), silde the green circle when the phone is in standby mode. Hope this answer your question.
p.s. I only need to tap the answer button once to accept the call.
That makes sence!

Hi... I just got my Galaxy Camera in yesterday.
I've been wondering how to do screen capture in Galaxy Camera... does anyone know how to do so?
Thank you... ^.^
The power button and zoom out.

Or go to settings. Under motion settings tick palm swipe to capture. Then you can simply swipe your hand across the screen to make a screenshot.

Thanks for the response. I tried it just now, it doesn't work.
Maybe I did wrong, I hold the zoom in and power button at the same time, doesn't work.
Same situation when I hold the zoom out and power button.

Thanks for the response. The step you provided is to allow me to take a photo from the display when turn on the camera mode.
Let me explain further, I have a Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 and if I want to screen capture on the display, in Jellybean I shall need to hold the power button and home button at the same time.
Can I do same thing if I want to screen capture the desktop without turn on the Camera mode?
Yes you can capture the screen in any mode. The palm swipe takes a little getting used to. I find it best to use the side of my hand.
