Just downloaded and ran it, I really like it so far too it's awesome that recent apps works and when you disable softkeys it's a nice look although the screen seems a little small

Widgets not refreshing on ics

I've tried almost all of the ics roms and different launchers. For some reason my widgets will intermittently stop refreshing.
Does anyone have this problem.
I've tried apex, nova, go etc..

It happens sometimes. But I use nova launcher so I can just restart the launcher if the widgets stop.

I found a fix. In ROM control/ performance settings I increased the free memory to 75.

Post back here in a week and tell me how it goes. Its not a big enough issue for me to mod any settings right now but if it is that simple of a fix I might as well.

[Q][KINDLE] Video Screenshots?

I have a kindle fire hd, and i have been searching for hours now on how to take a video screenshot.
I found some apps, but the same thing happens to me every time; The video turns out completely black with no movement!
I found a video on how to fix this problem for regular android devices, but the kindle settings are different, and I cant access them!
Can someone please give me some advice!
Are you talking about a screencast application?

I think screencast apps just don't work on tablets in general, I've been able to use it on my Transformer but haven't found a suitable one for my Kindle.

The problem is that there's only 2 apps out there. And one of them barely works on any device. I have the paid version of Screencast Video Recorder... Hoping for an update soon that will make it compatible with the kfhd7.

Netflix UI

Hello, I have searched all over xda, and did not find a solution. My problem is, Netflix only loads the old U.I, the new Netflix has the tablet ui, but for some reason on my 4x hd, it insists on loading the single row, non tablet u.I. at first I thought it was the stock Rom, but it still does it in cm10.1. Anyone else experience this? And yes I downloaded Netflix from the Play Store. Help please and thank you

I was wondering when netflix was going to change the netflix ui for phones. Turns out it's been out for a while... That's really annoying.

I found a fix if anyone is interested. I used a build prop editor to edit the build prop line ro.product.model and changed it to unknown. Now Netflix loads the new UI.

Great but wouldn't changing the build.prop screw with all the other apps?

App FC's

I have rooted my phone and I noticed that a lot of times when I exit an app I get a message saying it fc'd. Other times I can launch an app and it fc's but if I launch it again it runs fine. I don't know what caused this but I was wondering if maybe it would resolve the issue if I use rom toolbox pro and fix permissions. Any thoughts on this?

So was I but I'm glad to say that I no longer have issues. I do get an occasional force close(wouldn't say any out of the ordinary on android) but nothing crazy like it was
