When I open email on gmail app, some of it forces close the app. Also with Current app, I can't open feed that in other lanquages (not English).
Anyone also have this problem? How to fix? Please share.
I already clear data on both apps and it still happend.

I have some problem with the Google services framework as it constantly (in some period of time) shows the announcement that I have to close the services.
"Application Google Services Framework (process com.google.process.gapps) was unexpectedly closed. Try again"
I was looking for solution in different places and somebody informed this is the problem with synchronization of gmail account.
After checking it, I noticed that problem really appeared while synchronization of the gmail calendar.
As I have been using gmail calendar every day, I can't just turn the synchronization off.
Does somebody has any idea how to solve this problem ?

Are you running a stock firmware? The reason why I'm asking is that I'd the same problems but only due to my mistake: I restored apps (and its data) after I'd changed to CM7 from a stock version.
The way I solved it: I reinstalled CM7 from scratch, added the apps 1 by 1 I needed and manually (re)configured everything. it goes without saying that it's a pain in the ... ehm... bumm but hey, at least CM7 and the Google framework are working stable (no crash whatsoever!).
I agree that this might not be your case but that's the only advice/experience I can share with you.
today i was going to add my friends number in my contact. when i press new it just closes the app. there is no FC. it just closes. I do have google synced to it and i am rooted. is their any way to fix this? is this a problem with anyone else?
Edit: I solved the problem. I had google contacts sync app installed. I uninstalled it and now it works fine

Have a french unbranded Z since 4 days, and have a major issue.
When I try to show some contact profiles the app directly crash.
FOr some of them I can see the top infos, but if I try to scroll down it crash.
Is there a problem with some characters, formating or something else ?

Backup the application with Titanium backup (so the data is backed up) then clear it's data, and resync your contacts. If that does not fix the issue, screenshot the crash popup (if any) and post it.
My phone is not rooted. I can't use Titanium. :/
And I have the 253 update.
I have synched my contacts from Google, Hotmail, etc... Same as on my "old" SG Note 2 but it had not this problem.
The only difference are the links with "Xperia Facebook" and other Xperia service like this.
I've just had a similar issue and pinpointed it to displaying Ubersync contacts in contacts settings, "filter", so I backed up my contacts in Gmail then wiped them from my Phone, uninstalled Uber, restored my contacts by importing the backup file made with Gmail, installed Sync.Me and everything works perfect with full res images.

Do u use any Facebook sync app like ubersync Facebook? It is known to have issue with the xperia z and the contact app. So uninstall it and just sync it with the normal Facebook app.

I use Ubersync too.
After searching with the contact editing, it seems to be the birthday date who cause problem..
Maybe related to the formating used by Ubersync?

It's definitely the app that's at fault but couldn't say what exactly is causing the issue. I exported to all three formats and put them on the SD, then when you run the restore option in Phone settings it will pick up the right file, and Sync.ME like I say is perfect.
I had similar issue with ubersync too.
Didn't need to backup/restore contacts, simply just uninstalled the app and all worked fine after that.

I just want a confirmation if this problem only exists on my phone or rom. The E-Mail app from sony xperia accepts perfectly my mail account but if I setup a second the app returns to main screen (after mail account assistent completed) and displays my first mail account with a short toast message like "mail account not found! Maybe it got deleted".
Phone: Xperia Z C6603
Rom: Link: [ROM][LB/UB][5.1.1 .222][ v1.5.0 ][ Fully Featured! ] Customized Sony 5.1.1
I think this is up to the new E-Mail app from the latest update. Can someone confirm this?

I have exactly the same problem on my Xperia Z3 Compact (no custom rom). Did you find any fix for it?
Edit: I don't exactly know how I fixed it, but it seems that clearing the apps cache before creating a new email account helped. Also I alternated between creating the account directly in the email app and under Settings -> Accounts...

Yeah found a fix too. Adding an account manually, then add an account with automatic setup (e.g. gmail). After that you can add as much accounts manually as you want and you can delete the automatic setup account too.
I have the exact same problem.
I can add one activesync account (whichever one), but when I try to add the seccond account it just finishes without an error but I can't find it anywhere.
I've tried clearing email app cache but it didn't help.

I have working 3 email accounts.
Accidentally cleared cache & data in email app. (wakelock detector)
After that I was able to access only one account.
It passes all settings but only one stay's active.
(I have all google services disabled)
Before smashing the phone tried to re enable all google stuff.
After that (phone reboot etc..)
Now I can put how many emails I want and it work.
Now disabled google again and all 3 emails work.
All of my Google apps broke after updating origin os. Anyone have any ideas or advice on what to do next?
İt happens sometime. Go to app manager and delete data of google services. İt startsnworking afterwards

So... The apps will open but clicking the icon doesn't open it. A link from the browser had to open YouTube. An incoming text opened Google voice

Try to update manually all apps. Start with playstore from APK mirror. This one help me to restore all without issue.
In my case, playstore is a basic app and not a priv-app or system app then you can delete (if needed) and install again latest version.
Here's my workaround. Go to settings then account and sync. Look for Google basic service management. Turn it off, then on again. Google apps should work after that.
Need to do it everytime google apps not launching.
