some questions

im using aokp build 40 and i have some question looking for an answer ... and beleive me i searched everywhere and didnt find an answer
1- how to use betterbatterystats ? cause i downloaded it from here xda version and open it and it give me this when i choose any option

no refernance set yet !!!
2- i want any one to try downloading these app " bey2ollak " cause it didnt work for me .. it opens the start screen and suddenly off to app drawer !! so i want to know what is the problem
3- in data usage there is an option for restrict background data for any app when using mobile data ... does it really work ? cause i restrict alot of apps and when i open it using mobile data it works and not restricted at all !! is there any app that make what i meant ? actually i want an app that block all app to reach to mobile data and select which app i want to reach to it
4- in navigation bar section in rom control there are two options " width and height " didnt work for me
5- recently i figured out alot of options that i didnt know it be4 .. but there are some options still i didnt know " wifi sleep power mode - voltage control - fast charge ( does it really works ?) - zipalign apks - read ahead value - fix permissions - enable sysctl - force gpu rendering -
6 - recently these error message appears alot " system process not responding kill the process ;ok - wait "
7- how to replace any system app with one i downloaded ? ex: if i want to delete the stock camera and replace it with camera fx to be the default camera app and poweramp to be the default system music app
8- is there any risk if if i played with max cpu speed and gpu clock speed and touchscreen clock speed ? if not so by ur experience what is the ideal values to set ?

And by the way, your google docs doesn't allow access.
Anyway, BetterBatteryStats, just run it, charge your tab to full, and let BBS run for say 1hr
then open it and look at the kernel wakelocks "since unplugged" and also partial wakelocks.
You can paste the picture here and I can try with my limited knowledge to help.
BTW, why do you want to run BBS? you have battery consumption issue?
And for your other questions, I don't know the answers.

You can force GPU rendering for playing games smoothly......!!!!
For improving games performance.....
Max CPU: 1200Mhz
Min CPU: 100Mhz
Set Governor to Lagfree.....
and see that games performance changes......
Also for the apps(Why do you want them to be default?????) Everytime you get an option to choose something:
For example: If u have have multiple launchers.......When you press the home button, a dialog box appears which wants You to choose one from them.....There you can set that launcher to default.....Hence everytime you press home button you will get the selected launcher without any dialog box popping up
You can do that for music players and other stuff where you have multiple apps to do the same thing....

yes sort of battery consumption issue ... when i full charged my tab and unplugged the cable it is on 99% and quick drains to 94 about 4 min then it is normal !!

mmm i will try maxing the cpu ... actually i still didnt played any heavy game just played angry birds and amazing alex ... by the way these games works ? nova 3 - gta 3 - asphalt 7 ...cause i dont want to download it and found it doesnt work !!!

Yeah HD games work......Tried MC3, Asphalt 6 (not 7 yet) and many more!!!

mmmm good enough i will try m6 for aokp and then download these hd games and try

Try under locking your device to reduce battery usage. To play HD games, use chain fire 3d to change pixel shaders.

(Q) Problem with ram :( . Help !!!

My phone ram simply disappear. Gangstar playing yesterday and my phone started a crash was inposible play, then I turn it off and on again. when I turn on, it was very slow I went to the settings to see how much ram and there were only 60 of their
maybe anyone know why this is so

lol. the settings itself consumes 15-30 mb of ram.:silly:

Just some advice! Using themes will make your phone a little laggy! (I see you use Xperia S theme)
Just change to system and reboot! I hope that might help for your ram to be free! (My experience)
You're BL unlocked so use swap! And also ChainFire 3D can help you out I suppose! (search about how to use)
Don't install too many unused apps (Recommended by GingerDX's developers)

try typing "free" in terminal to check your memory usage.

Asphalt 8 low grapphics issue

When i download Asphalt 8 from the Google Play, i was pretty dissapointed.
Even not so weak device like Optimus 2X is not capable of medium/high settings of the game ? Gameloft, you ****ing kidding me.
I tried to edit the prob file in the system folder and lying it to that, the device is "P880".
It didn't works. It still don't allow me to set high settings.
I even try to write in the prob file, the manufacture/vendor is Samsung, and model "GT-I9505" and after that, the games closes after 30 seconds and that is every time i run it.
So, what can i do in this case ? I am sure for that, my Optimus 2X will handle it on high settings with good FPS, because i even clock it to 1.4 Ghz and it running stable.

To change the graphic setting u need only to change the model from P990 or Optimus2x ( i dont know what rom u usei suggest you temasek 4.2.2 the only 4.x+ that allows to play on every map even on high settings tested by me and 2.3.7 from temasek too ) to GT-I9505 btw the game dont crash on this roms without overclock on high settings good luck

I don't know how, but this game somehow understands what is my phone, even when the Android OS recognize the phone as "GT-I9505".
First time, i tried only to change the model and write "GT-I9505". The android recognizes my phone model as "GT-I9505" but it didn't works.
The second time, i tried to change the vendor/manufacturer and write "samsung" on it. It didn't works.

I only need to change model hmm maybe try to change model , manufacter to samsung and brand to samsung

Hi.
Does anyone of you guys play "order and chaos"? It's also a gameloft game, but I think they dropped the support for tegra. 2 years ago, it had nice graphics and was fluid, but after some updates, its graphics got horrible and it lagged like hell. I tried changing the model for fun, even if that was a fix for something else.
Does someone know a solution for this?

Dont know but i played this game too Heroes of order and chaos and the graphics are all low ;d

Micro shuttering

Hello recently I have flashed RR weekly and I have been facing a lot of micro shuttering like scrolling on play music, YouTube, Facebook, chrome, album and more... Can anyone help me I'm using beangapps tried lots of kernel stuff didn't help.

root/vendor/bin and delete "perfd" and "thermal-engine" files
2-Go to
root/system/etc/ and delete "thermal-engine-8996.conf"
3-Reboot

Well I deleted them but still the micro shuttering is here..... And it's killing me :silly:

Sorry, maybe I've not understood what you mean with "micro shuttering". Do you mean something like micro lag?

Yes frame drops while scrolling on everything and sometime it gets very laggy like 14 fps

You can try to go into developer options and change window/ transition/animator scale to .5x and turn on the force GPU rendering.

Install that file and select oneplus 3t since it has the same CPU as the Mi mix. Choose the Ghostpepper profile under balanced and restart your phone. Make sure you give the file root access. Good luck.

Did this and phone is running better than when I deleted those thermal files. Ghost pepper rocks, good tip!

Maybe a rogue app running in the background that MIUI restricts by default or dumps from ram earlier than RR? I (and many others) have had no issues on RR. Are you using dragonxia kernel with the thermal fixes and ghostpepper?

Game space odd issue. Please help me out.

Hi everyone. Yesterday i got my x2 pro chinese model top of the line 12gb 256gb varient as i was eagerly waiting foe it to play my favourite games on it you know because of sd855+ chipset and all and i was stunned due to the fact that i am unable to open the game space app to launch the games with full optimizations etc. Instead i am presented with a page telling me to recover "game space" and a tab at the bottom which does nothing on clicking. I tried to install game space 2.0 but first of all i couldn't find any apk on the internet believe me i searched like hours and hours for it but nothing i only got game space v1.1 of oneplus but when trying to install it it says an app with same same signature is already installed but i am not able to find it anywhere on my phone. I even factory reseted it couple of times hoping that a miracle will happen but it didn't. I have also posted on multiple forums of realme but atill no response. Kindly help me if anyone knows this issue or a work around. I am attaching a screen shot as well.

I don't use it when playing

I also have the same issue...my game space is missing and in settings therea recover option but nothing happens when i click it...i also cant find any suitbale versions to my os ,which is colour os 6.1, old versions of game space is no where to find...pls help me to find the links for game space suitable for colour os 6.1 for realme x2 pro!, i tried the links in the thread but they are not working now
