did u root ur device after unlocking it?
if not! start with this
if yes! then go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1341127 download the recovery image from the website, put it in the tools folder u have used while unlocking, reboot ur phone in fastboot (remove battery > volume down+power), open a cmd on ur PC, go to the tools folder
type in:
fastboot flash recovery r1-recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.7-modaco-runnymede.img
(tip is to type r1 then hit tab to complete full line without typing it all)
that's it for flashing the recovery image!
then go to the development section to choose a ROM to flash it on ur device.

you need to unlock your bootloader first before installing CWM. to recover from that error, reflash .kdz file. after that, reroot, unlock bootloader, then install CWM. good luck

yes, by editing the fuse file. there is a tutorial somewhere, but i'm too lazy to search it for you. if i find it, i'll post it here.
edit:
here, last post of this topic, a guy quoted another guy with the solution:

but i can't find it out!!! plz if someone else have to answer like this plz stay away... Man please if it was a joke this wasn't funny i really don't know how to flash a new f*****g kernel, to flash cm10.1 nightly
The Optimus Black doesn't use fastboot. Everything is done through recovery.
Download Clockwork Mod from the Play store, use that app to flash a custom recovery.
Enter recovery by repeatedly pressing volume down at power up or use a reboot to recovery app.
To flash roms/kernels, copy to your sd card, boot into recovery, select install zip.
The bootloader is not locked, unless you have flashed the offical LG ICS rom with the smartflash tool. If you have and want to unlock it, just flash any froyo/gingerbread offical LG rom with smartflash, that will unlock.
1. Make sure you are rooted, if not, read Nooby's how-to on how to do it. It's a sticky in LGP970 section on xda.
2. Once rooted, you can install ROM Manager and flash cwm/twrp recovery from there. Give it root permissions when asked for.
3. Boot into recovery using ROM Manager or any other third-party app. Flash the .zip for the kernel you want. Make sure it is compatible with the ROM you are using.
4. Once kernel flashed, boot into the system.
Bootloader is generally unlocked unless you are running official ICS on your OB. If that is the case, don't do any of the above mentioned steps as you will end in a boot loop.
If on official ICS, use Smart Flash Tool to flash unlocked bootloader. You can follow instructions here on jockjoint's thread
Once bootloader is unlocked and you have flashed su.zip as per instructions in the previouslsy mentioned thread, boot into recovery (it's already there in the unlocked bootloader flash).
Once in there, flash a compatible kernel and ROM as per your needs/liking.

Not sure what you mean when you say "attach in recovery mode". Here's the basic process to fully customizing your phone:
0) backup all photos and app data to a computer
1) HTC Unlock
2)fastboot flash a custom recovery like TWRP
3) backup current setup
4) flash SuperSU from recovery OR wipe then flash ROM from recovery
At which step are you stuck?
thank you for your reply I did everything in your guide now its rooted unlocked boot but it is still looked to sprint
I tried this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2534208
but I get vdm error when I press start in viper unlock helper
then I tried this http://forum.xda-developers.com/spr...ide-sim-unlock-s-off-odex-htc-one-m7-t3077275
but I don't get anything when I press start
do you have any idea on how to unlock this phone or cant I install the international firmware on so it can read any sim??
please help

oh shoot, my bad, you meant unlock SIM. Yeah, I know nothing about that.
But you can find quite a few Deodexed roms around here if the procedure for one requires that. Just check in the android development section.

Is SRK Tool still good to use to root p9 today?

For rooting with SuperSU there is a good active topic with instructions

For rooting with Magisk, similarly search for the existing topic

I'm sorry but i'm kinda a noob at this rooting stuff but how do I actually flash twrp on my p9? I followed a guide within that thread you linked me to, and the instructions are as follows:
1. Enter fastboot mode on unlocked device
2. Flash recovery using the following command: fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.1.1-1-eva.img
3. reboot to recovery!
I'm not quite sure how to do step #2. It says to flash the .img file using the following command. Question is, what program do I use to flash the file? The thread doesn't have any links to a program that can flash the image file. It only has the img file itself.

Search is your friend, you need to install ADB and drivers, you will need to enable ADB on the phone, but furst of all you will need to unlock Bootloader.
For ADB the easiest (smallest package and fastest to install on the PC): Minimal ADB and Fastboot.
Invest a day or two or more (depending on your knowledge and experience with hacking of other Android phones)) by searching and reading topics and ask further questions (in the corresponding topics) once you have an overview of the proess and when you start on and have practical questions

Is it so hard to enter "Minimal ADB" to Google and it immediately gives you a link to XDA with installation and instructions for PC - it takes a second or two?!?
Or you really expect that others will search for every for every small detail to copy you links and instructions - if searching and concentrating to read is to hard than better give up and use stock, un-rooted phone, but also not a bricked phone
