I recently flashed slim cm7 rom which is of gingerbread. The rom builder is very good at making rom so smooth and fast. In the process many apps have been removed. But I want tts. I tried to go to text to speech settings but the settings get force closed. I tried to install svona speech engine but the tts doesn't appear. Tts is essential for me as I use google navigation often. Pls help me. Thanks in advance.

You have to use the proper driver for our LG and then the adb driver from android sdk.

I looked for an answer in the forums but had no luck. I have downloaded the file and searched each one and still not finding adb exe. its not in tools where it used to be and its not in platform tools either? Does anyone know where to find it?

Yeah I got that download from the site and that's why it seems weird its not their.
You probably didn't check on the appropriate box to install the tools you should check and see and if you didn't just install them from the android sdk exe.
