Hey guys i want to help my friend, he has

He is so frustrated with the stock things
and really want to try MiniCM7 in his phone
Flashing kernel without unlocked bootloader
is not possible so is there any method through
which his phone can be unlocked?
Anyone managed to unlock without

Please search before posting. There are many threads about this.
The answer currently is no. If your phone says "bootloader unlock = no" then it means it cannot be unlocked via the official Sony method. Currently there is no unnofficial method either.

may be u can try This out, although that for xperia z, it is almost similar to all phone, my XV is based on xperia S procedure i mean via this Video to unlock my phone, may b u can too
Flash the "relock bottloader xperia TX" ftf that is in the development or general section...

you do not need to unlock your bootloader for this.
Just root, install recovery, flash a deodexed rom and flash the MOD.
Find instructions on how to do this in the second post of the first thread in the Q&A section

Are you rooted?
If not then root your phone. If you are, then ask in that thread, because you are not installing it properly, it works fine for others.

Hello Guys,I was checked my Sony Xperia SP service info and its telled to me Bootloader Unlock allowed: NO,I want to know how its possilbe to change to Yes? and if is it ,i want to know how to make it than...I want to install KitKat 4.4 Rom to my phone but only have with other kernel and not with stock kernel...This is why i want to unlock bootloader and change kernel + use KitKat rom...

NO use.. If it says NO.. You cant unlock it.. Cant root.. It depends on the version release of SP.. Some say yes n other NO.

You really cant unlock, method is selling Xperia sp, buying new one with bootloader allowed

you are rooted ..thats fine.but you CANT unlock.. that means you cant flash custom ROMs..

Yes I checked the website from sony (and some other).
Does all of those Tools works on W8 ?
Because I did my best (including asking for bootloader unlock key) and I'm unable to make my fastboot mode recognize on W8 hardware list

(btw : I just want to root my Xperia SP to be able to pull away some sony' apz that work underflow and make it 60% ram used without launching anything; this of course, make it slow !!)

Bro its not a ROM..its a guide specialized in xperias ..so try your luck there..

Ya I think so.. You should pm one of the experienced dev or member who owns Xperia SP and has carried out or helped in the development of the same phone model.. :thumbup:

I have the same unlock allowed: No...
You can only use stock based roms, only recoveries for locked BL, and cannot enter fastboot mode...
Use SEUS for repairing or reinstalling stock rom if u ever mess something up during rom installation.
