I had the same problem. Fix: change home folder under settings to:
/storage/sdcard0/
And enable up to root feature

No, up to root means you can view root folder, no need to root unless you want to modify files in the root folder

I'm talking about a bad link as in URL.. To that specific mod pack. Unless it does that for every mod pack.

If you know how to take a logcat then you should do that and post it in the viper rom thread.
Maybe try finding which apk that is and wiping it's data.
You may lose your settings for your mods though

Is your Xperia V running 4.4.2 KitKat? It only works on KitKat.
Here is the original thread by the guy who got the port working.

Can change the colors of the Blinkfeed now, still no Facebook support though.

My 6p is still processing but I installed it on my gs6e

FWIW the flashable zip didn't install and trying to simply install the apk didn't work either on my 6p. I installed it using root explorer and dropping the commandcenter.apk into the system/priv-app folder and setting the permissions to rwxr-xr-x (octal 0755) and dropping the library.jar file in the system/framework folder and setting permissions to rw-r--r-- (octal 0644)
Widget is working perfectly
Everything works great except this area
