You first need to know what happend when you tried to install MIUI. Jtag only unbrick the HardBricked devices, because they repartitions the whole phone. Some bricks prevents your note begin charged, so you need an external charger for the battery or another note. Charge it and try again. Sorry my bad english too!

Unfortunately, no it can't. Jtag can revive traditional hardbricks where bootloader is gone, but can do nothing for superbricked Notes.
I don't know of a single superbrick case where Jtagging helped, and I've been around here for a long time.
And judging by the symptoms, you have a superbrick on your hands.

A question in general section.. I don't care about it all untill it's been moved to q&a section even wondering why everyone is posting their replies here even chasmodo did..

Did you try "jig"
And
Did odin recognize the device
Try this :
Pull out the battery and remove sim card and micro sd
Then leave the battery bulled out for 3 minutes
Then let any one but the battery back while you keep pushing volume up, power button and home button

Did you install CM10 straight over official Ics? Or did you flash official GB with odin before flashing? Some details would be nice. What "step by step" guide did you use?

If it does not turn on, there are not many options, except few things I have explained in a similar case from Emscar. Just somewhere near in the same section. Hope it helps.

Well you definitely didn't follow the CM10 installation instructions "step by step" since they say NOT to do this in bold red text.
Your 2 options are to send it for a motherboard replacement, or repartition and bypass the damaged sectors which means you'll lose 3 or so gb of rom space. Follow instructions to the letter at all times, short cuts invariably lead to total bricks especially when dealing with ics.

By the way - Where and when did you download the CM10 preview? Preview 2 should have been safe unless you were using a dangerous recovery (not CF-Root).
Preview 1 was removed by last Friday.

I tried it on my mini since it can't powered on a few days ago. and it worked.

Hi dheeraj, is it possible that an empty or totally dead battery could prevent your phone from "memorizing" the flashing you do with Odin, so to send the device always in boot loop? I'm asking this since I'm having the same problem that the user who opened this thread has described, even if with a GT-S6500. It can only go into download mode, but not into recovery mode (could it be soft bricked?). I don't know what the previous owner did, but I'm trying to resurrect the phone. Thanks in advance for your help.

thought your problem got solved
no it cannot happen that without battery the memory would be washed out as it is written on a storage kind of device
what you can do is just flash a four package firmware through odin (phone, pda, csc etc. slots filled)
let the phone reboots on it own, after rebooting the mobile will automatically go into stock recovery and will do some processing and you would be done

[Q] Samsung galaxy s advance dead problem

I was interested and I know 2 ways, either with usb jig or with jtag (in service), there is a possibility to do it? I tried volume + - button in middle of ... + Power but nothing I put in download mode ... waiting for reply thanks!

I9070 & I9070P seem to be quite different. There is much development for I9070 and little with I9070P. In addition to I9070 bins bricking I9070P devices, there are no recovery programs such as CWM or TWRP for the I9070P. The difference between the two devices may be enough to warrant independent discussions or separate threads.
