For ginger bread, i think no because it needs resizing and possibly back porting which is tedious, so no tw5 for gb.
This kernal is really great also so is my sweet ics rom both combined really works like a treat...

You can use any CM10 theme on CM10. Find some that has centered clock.
Go to settings/system/statusbar... you can choose centered there

I already tried that. It showed center clock in screenshot but when I applied that it didn't worked.
