You don't need root. Just enter in fastboot (Press power + volume down buttons and then back button wen you're in)
Yes, flash that one
Thanks.
Now i'm download that ROM.

But why i have this problem?
What i was doing wrong?
Android Commander is bad?
You shouldn't do this with any 3rd Party App because you don't know if the procedures are compatible for the Tattoo...Gain root with the m7 exploit, upload su and flash_image and then flash first a recovery, then you can make a nandroid backup and after this you can flash anything you want - custom recovery saves your life, trust me!
but how to get in adb?
When i go "cmd" -> "adb devices" it shows device not found
need help please.

What OS do you have? Linux? If so, you must start adb server with root permisions:
- cd to dir where you have downloaded & extracted android sdk tools, eg „cd ~/bin/android-sdk-linux/tools“
- Type „sudo ./adb kill-server“ and then „sudo ./adb start-server“
- Type „adb devices“ and you should see you phone.
For Windows XP, Vista, Seven... I just don't know mate, maybe some driver problem :-/
ok here is what i have done
rooted and cwm after unlocking boot loader then installed arhd 3.5
relocked bootloader to return to stock then tried to flash the rru file but it wouldnt work phone wouldnt boot so unlocked bootloader again but now stuck on start up screen

Hi,
I have a Sprint htc one that I had previously unlocked, rooted and installed twrp and cm10.1 on. I was trying to restore the factory rom and now I can't boot up. seams like i have deleted all OS'. I can open the bootloader and twrp. I can not find any zip in twrp to reinstall cm10 just to get the phone working again. I have tried the adb function in twrp but it keeps failing. i have also tried to install the RUU file but can not get it to work. it states that my device has 1.31.651.2 and the RUU I'm trying to use is 1.29.651.7. Is there somewhere I can download the 1.31.651.2 image version. Or is there another way to unbrick my phone.
help
Now I cannot get into TWRP.
Can you get into bootloader?

1) Get into bootloader (Power and volume down)
2) go to fastboot
3) Copy the recovery you want to the directory you use for abd and rename it recovery.zip
4) fastboot flash recovery recovery.zip
5) Run fastboot erase cache
6) Then open recovery
7) Go to sideload and sideload a ROM you want. Make sure that is for SPRINT HTC ONE
8) Reboot and good luck

Get your recovery here

After that you should be able to get to sideload in advanced
sideload
how long should the sideload take?

It takes a while depending on how big the ROM is. Buy you can see the advance in the % dont worry it'll get there

I think the safest at this point where FASTBOOT recognizes your devices but ADB doesn't is to go back to stock flashing a RUU this only requires FASTBOOT.
This thread will show you how

That isn't working either. the only RUU file I can find is for 1.29.651.10RUU instead of the 1.31.651.2RUU. I have tried running it anyway hoping to limp it back to life but it won't take it. I really need the 1.31.651.2RUU. but can't find it.

To run RUU, the phone has to be able to be recognized by the computer, and if its doing what his device is doing won't be able to be read at all.
Sent from my HTC first using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

ok with RUU is possible
try this:
Download ruu file
http://www.androidruu.com/?developer=Myst
RUU_MYST_UL_Cingular_US_1.08.502.1_Radio_1.15.40.00.13_2_10.64.40.33AL_release_316579_signed_2.exe
open the file RUU.exe and leave it open
type key windows+ R, write %temp%
this open windows temp , here decompresses RUU file
in temp folder you find a folder name this 91B0E17D-0DCF-409F-AECF-45012397AC62 (example) or similar
browse rom.zip a copy in desktop
you need fastboot, search tutorials for fastboot, is very easy, install drivers etc...
reset your phone in booloader (power + vol-)
in windows open a terminal
put fastboot and adb in desktop and open it in terminal
in terminal type
fastboot oem rebootRUU
your phone star in RUU mode
in terminal type
fastboot flash zip rom.zip
it’s all! you wait for install the rom a few minutes
PD: block the booloader again... fastboot oem lock booloader and install the stock recovery this is indispensable for install!!!!
Thanks for the help
Sorry that this is such a late reply but I was on vacation.
I figured it out by relocking the bootloader with the fastboot command and then just running the ruu files.
So after using motoapocalypse to unlock the bootloader, I flashed the bootloader with clockworkmod recovery, Now when I try to boot in to it, it is just the icon of the android guy with his guts open.
