Im in the same boat. Im in Fairfield, Ct and Ive the exact same status....its 5pm now. I can deal with a day or two after given the $70 discount I got but if no email confirmation saying that they at least have it in stock does not come in by end of tomorrow, well, I may start acting childish

lol, I'm with you. I wouldn't mind as much if I had a working phone....digitizer has been acting up for about a month, phone is barely usable.
Just got off the phone with newegg....Was told if they do receive the phone over the weekend it's possible we will receive it by Monday, definitely maybe .....I am being sent a $25 prepaid credit card for the inconvenience...didn't have to ask or anything.

Thanks for link...I have been lurking there as well as many other threads looking for answers...this was supposed to be more like a poll....I guess it doesn't work when only one person responds

Chill bro. That's the thing with donations. I'm kinda too tied up to make any donations (been meaning to do so for a long time) to XDA, but if I do, I'd really prefer NOT to make a fuss out of it.
Although, from the perspective of common courtesy, I'd personally thanks any donaters. Personally.
I would definitely send individualized thank you messages. If I donated to someone, it would feel great to be thanked.

DD is right. I had the repo guys come over once. But I happen to have the money on me at the time.
Just be straight with the seller and message him you f'ed up. Let him know the date you will pay. It all should be good.

The seller could complain to Pay Pal, and as screwed up as Pay Pal is, god only knows how their incompetence could manifest itself into a never ending series of gremlins, always screwing up your account balance.

I'm looking for tips on getting a job at Sprint. I've been with Sprint for about 15 years and I've been applying there for about 4 months since I saw a "now hiring" sign on their door. I really want this job. I've applied for basically every position at every neighboring Sprint store that I'm qualified for.
Does anyone that works for a cellular provider have any advice? Or even better, does anyone work for Sprint in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area that I can use as an employee reference?

If you have received your HTC One, please comment also on which country you are in and what kind of seller(retailer/provider) did you use.
