CID

Hey guys,
is it posibble to change the cid of my HTC ONE?
Cause, i have a T-Mobile branded HTC ONE.
We have to wait for s-off.
With s-off we are able to change the CID.
I hope s-off will released in the next 2 months

and when we have S-OFF, do you think that there will be some ,,tools'' which can do this automatically?
just because I'm a bit scared of doing this myself...

T-Mobile RUU

I'm s-off with supercid...is there any T-Mobile ruu's? I've searched but can't find any. I just want it for safe keeping if I ever need to ruu or just to do it to clean stuff up etc.....or should I use a non T-Mobile ruu? Thanks in advance

there's no 2.24 RUU available for us (yet), look here for the correct RUU and update with the official OTA updates to 4.2.2: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39588860

i see you're on cid 001 so if you're s-off you can just install RUU "RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.7" and you should get 2 updates and the second one will be 4.2.2..

Hi all,
Silly question. My CID is 001 bootloader 1.54 and S-ON. So because this i can't use the "RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.28.401.7" ?
Use the method to get s off it works fine.. I did it to my phone it's simple and easy

Important to remember cid is eight characters long, better to list your full cid.
Not everyone is aware that
HTC__001
Is different from H3G_001 or any other cid that ends with 001

[Q] Which RUU should I download?

Hello all,
I have a factory unlocked 32GB US HTC One and I'm not sure which RUU I should be downloading. I see that the closest match would be the Developer edition RUU but I'm not so sure.
I would be glad if someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks.
For what provider

I don't think there's a provider. hxxp://shopamerica.htc.com/cell-phones/productdetail.htm?prId=41589 is the one I got (replace hxxp with http). If it'll help I can provide my serial number also.

Brightstar US WWE 1.29.1540.16 RUU is the one you want. http://www.htcdev.com/devcenter/downloads
Filter for One, Brightstar US and this RUU will show up. Your CID will be BS_US001.

You have to change it to the appropriate CID to get an OTA.

The same thing you did to change your CID to SuperCID. Search for a conversion guide around XDA to be on the safe side.
Thnx a lot,but how did i can find the right cid ?
